I filled my cup, but when I tasted it before I put on the lid, the mixture/syrup-water ratio was off, so it tasted awful. I dumped out the soda and threw away the empty cup. The coffee itself tastes like it was brewed in a boot and left out in the Arizona sun for a week. But hey, I am sure it's the cheapest option in town, so if you're desperate or pinching pennies, it'll do. The most recent broken coffee machine saga? It was out for long enough I started a support group. I'm not even sure if it's fixed, I stopped caring somewhere around day three of the coffee drought and started exploring local coffee & tea shops. Here's the kicker though, Circle Ks are a dime a dozen. Hate this one? Don't worry, you can find another one within a half-mile radius in any direction. It's like a coffee and snack store Hydra. I really like the layout of this store better, it feels more organized and comfortable. They also do a better job keeping their coffee and creamers well stocked, which is a win in my book. This location has a self-checkout, which I appreciate on those days when I'm not in the mood to make friends. Today, the self-checkout machine was down, but the chick was quick to let me know and kindly helped me out, so that was a nice touch. Overall, it's a Circle K, so it's not my favorite spot, but it gets the job done when I need it.

But it is a hit or a miss on whether there is going to be any tea made. If Gary is working, it is almost a guarantee that I'll be able to get my tea, if they have any in stock. If he is not working, then i can bank on the tea containers being empty. All offerings should be available 24/7. I could go in at 5:30 am or 7:30 am and on a day Gary is not there, 70% of the time, no tea is made. I've taken to going and checking the containers before i grab a cup and fill it with ice. Oh and if you play scratchers/lottery, you are an early worker bee and stop by before 6am... good luck wanting to buy or check/claim winning lottery tickets. For some reason, this location does not sell or check before 6am. It's like corporate is letting this one die a slow death. Maybe so they can sell the property cause there's now 2 vacant lots just south of the building.
