This morning, I stopped in with two of my employees for lunch at Fiesta Burrito. While I would love to say the experience was wonderful, the customer service fell far short. I ordered my food and drink, handed my money to one of my employees, and stepped away to use the restroom while they completed the transaction. My employees received their drink cups along with an additional cup for me. They filled their drinks, and when I returned, I grabbed my cup to get my own beverage. This is when the situation became unbelievable. The older man working the register turned off the soda machine and refused to allow me to get my drink, insisting I was trying to get a refill. For the record, there is no signage anywhere in the store indicating a refill charge, and more importantly, I had not even gotten my first drink yet. He continued to argue with me, accusing me of getting a refill rather than simply serving myself the drink I paid for. His lack of respect and rude behavior were completely unacceptable. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of customer service--and this experience ensured I will never return. I will take my business elsewhere, and I encourage others to think twice before visiting this establishment. read more

It is a quick drive through though and they seem like they really expect tips, with making you sign a receipt with a tip line when you pay with a credit card and there is a bucket for tips at the window too. The drive through was very fast even though there was a few cars ahead of me. I ended up getting a "carne asada" burrito and I also asked for some hot sauce. To my surprise I got green and red salsa. I was honestly expecting a little more from the salsas, since I like a good taste and a little spicy kick. The green one was not great and had zero spice, the red one was a little better but could use improvement. There were crunchy and I opened the paper and the taco shells were all broken. They hardly had any meet or cheese. Mainly all lettuce. Very hard to eat them. This place was recommended to me based on a Facebook group chat. I wasn't expecting much but to my delight this is one of the better burritos I've had in Arizona so far. It was fresh extremely flavorful and reasonably priced. It was also packed full of meat. And the meat wasn't super fatty and it was cooked appropriately. The only downside is the restaurant is only open for drive-through right now. As I was on foot they allowed me to walk through the drive-through to order. I'm not sure I recommend it in the middle of the afternoon when it's 110° outside. But I will tell you I thought my burrito was delicious and well worth the price! read more

It came to $27.00 for 2 burritos I felt that was kind of lot but I think it's cause my husband ordered a bunch of extra stuff in his food. BOOM done that's all you need.. they also give red and green sauce and both have a decent kick (I'm also a weenie with spice so maybe not so much to others).
