Worst Wendy's location and service that I've ever been to. I pre-ordered on the app and then came to pick-up 5 minutes later in the drive thru. It was more than an hour before they closed but they seemed to have nothing available. No, not due to shortages or being sold out, but because they said they had already turned off the Frosty machine and put away other items such as the chili. In fact, they had nothing that we ordered except for the junior bacon cheeseburger and fries. They even got our drink order wrong. They didn't seem to care that they didn't have the items we ordered and claimed they didn't know how to give a refund. We were told we'd have to contact customer service for the items we paid for but didn't receive. We also realized they gave us condiments with expired dates on them. I stopped going to Wendy's for a while, because they were too expensive, but lately they are killing it with fresh food and good prices. I like this place, because it's fast and fresh! I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich take out thru the Wendy's App then drove over to pick it. App said it would be ready in 5 minutes, but even at 9pm on a Thursday there was 5 cars deep in the drive thru. It took almost a full minute to get the attention of an person at the inside register. There were a few others there, but one could tell the focus was on the drive thru. It appeared they just started making it when I arrived and asked about my order. Another 5+ minutes passed before my sandwich was ready. There were many signs around about Wendy's hiring. I am guessing they are just understaffed. I liked the app ordering. It allowed me to know the free add ons to the sandwich. I ordered no mayo, extra lettuce, extra spring mix, extra tomatoes, extra sweet onions, extra pickles and smokey honey mustard. It have me almost a mini side salad with of greens with my sandwich. The sandwich wasn't really spicy at all. I lean more twords Cool Ranch Doritos over Flaming Hot Cheetos. So, when I say it was not spicy I would call it mild at best. Overall, I liked the sandwich. However, there was a medium sized piece of gristle on the chicken breast I had to remove that took away from the meal. read more

Ima just go ahead and say I was looking for the Wendy's that I know and love and this was not the case. I got Postmates (I know, temper the expectations), but this was straight up cold. All of it. I got some sort of bacon burger deal which they completely screwed up. Asked for no ketchup or pickles. Okay fine ketchup and pickle but cold as the Himalayas. Stopped in at 3:30 on Saturday, or should say tried to stop in. But the lobby was locked, no sign, just locked. Easy enough to figure out it just must be to not enough staff, so pull into drive in behind 5 or 6 cars. After one car finally moves after 5 minutes and no one else, i just pull out of line to leave. All fast food, including Wendy's is barely edible on a good day, with only the fat part making it marginally worthwhile. I ended up at 5 Guys a mile away and had much better food even if at a price premium. But then again, I'd probably still be waiting on the drive thru at Wendy's. read more

Another frosty review from this location 9 years later. This time, we have the new Strawberry version and it was not that great. I didn't get a great Strawberry taste, more like Vanilla with added sugar and some Strawberry puree to make it pink. Not the worst thing on a hot day, but chocolate still rules. read more

They took my order and overcharged me. They let me sit there for over ten minutes while my frosty melted and nuggets became cold. They held my card and food the whole time while working to fix a 'slow computer issue'. They were not up front about the issues happening with their machine and did not offer to remake my food. Meanwhile my card kept getting notifications and I waited calmly. The refund to my card was unsuccessful and they gave me poor quality food. This is actually the slowest fast food place I have ever been, I came back a couple times throughout the week just to see if they were having an off night that time I came. Nope still slow, still takes about 30 min to get through the drive through. I didn't take a picture of the cars behind me, and the cars leaving the drive thru because it's taking so long. This use to be my bacon fix spot. Nowadays prices are important and so should the value in which you treat your customers. First of all the driver thru menu was not working and so I made it easy. Yesterday at lunch I went through the drive through and it was only 5 minutes total (there were two cars ahead of me) the employee taking orders was friendly. My order was correct, hot and delicious.
