Don't ever go here. Most of all QTs have a pleasant selection of staff Andrew C. The manager here is very rude. I watched him laugh at another costumer who came on about gas she forgot at the pump. She was obviously in distress an he laughed at her. She asked for help saying she made a mistake as soon as she noticed she came back. He follows up with "not my problem" as other guest started to pay attention he laughed again and said whatever it's on pump 10. People like this shouldn't be in costumer service let alone a manager I don't even think I will go back to this location after witnessing that. Shame on you Andrew C. read more

Very disappointing to know that all the QT Gas Stations put the overstock snacks in a dirty drawer that's close to the floor. This isn't sanitary. Bugs can get in the food, mice could get in the food. The overstock should be kept in the box and stored on a shelf somewhere inside. I am debating on posting due to the possibility of negative feedback but I came here this morning to buy my children some snacks. As I was checking out a man addressed me on my parenting. Asking why would I hit my kid on the head? What kind of mother am I? First I did not hit her on her head!! It was a tap on her shoulder. Second I'm a mother buying her children junk food at 8 in the morning. LOL. Reality I don't hit my kids at all. They do as they please except in public because it takes only seconds for someone to kidnap. This location has addicts and homeless people around so I keep my children very close to me. Anywhere I go. Anyways words were exchanged. He threatened me to "let's take it outside". The staff and security officer did nothing to de-escalate the situation. QT is suppose to be a "safe place" and I did not feel safe. This man waited til I was out the store then continued to pursue me parking behind my vehicle. I was scared for my life as I'm only 5'0 ft with my 3 children yet I'm the customer who was escorted out the store. The staff manager did absolutely nothing but tell me to never come back and not hit my kids. I'm like bro where did you come from. All of a sudden he wants to say something. I called corporate and am now leaving a review. I'm a great mother. I am present in their lives and I work hard to provide! There are way worse people out here in this world who do harmful disgusting things to their children. That's not me!! Overall the store and staff itself was ok up until today. QT is where it's at. Don't waste your time at circle k. QT has extremely fast checkout and friendly staff 10/10 Only thing I find annoying is that they have made the individual pizza slices smaller for the same price. This place has really gone downhill. It used to be so clean. Went in today to get a drink and use the restroom. Ladies restroom was a disaster! Both Toilet paper and paper towel holder missing. Only a toilet paper refill on the railing in the bathroom and paper towel refill on the sink - no soap was available. Very disappointed!!!!! The one star is because they did say hi to me. Clean welcoming gas station. Reviews are mixed but my experience is a welcoming reputable business in a lower income area. Area has lots of drug problems and unemployed transients in and out of this location but not too bad that they detour from visiting while in the area. Employees today's where respectful and positive with customer service at the top of their priority. Just found out that they no longer make fresh espresso from there quick deli they have inside, it's shame since they are half the price of Starbucks Coffee. read more

My 1st gas station rating because I am very impressed. Fresh from Chicago! We didn't have gas stations like this at all. They have everything there! Reminds me of some of the truck stops I have seen in my travels. Very good food, prices, and their employees are 2nd to none! I have been here for 7 months now, and after a few trips to Circle K, I have decided I am QuikTrip Loyal! I typically get gas at Costco, but if there isn't one around, I go right for my closest QT! During the Gas Plummet of late 2014-Early 2015 I saw the cheapest gas I have seen in so long I can't remember at a QT. I believe at the low, it was $1.65 while other stations hugged the $1.70-1.80 mark! Oh, and FREE Air Pump for your car too!!! Other stations charge 50¢-$1 for that! Bathrooms are usually very clean! And to add, I recently found out that QT pays its employees very well! They were called the Costco of Gas Stations by a friend! No wonder their employees are always happy and friendly! Great to know their are still a handful of companies out there that believe taking care of their employees results in Happy Employees who in turn have customers like me become loyal! read more

I don't often write reviews about gas stations or convenience stores but this particular location is exceptional. I try to fill up my car when I am near by. It is clean and organized and functions well. There is a ton of space to get your car in and out of the gas pumps. The employees are friendly and personable and considering the volume of traffic they get through, they manage to move the customers along at a fast clip. read more

The reason I didn't give five, and the real reason I'm writing this, is just to make them aware of the dirtiness of the outside, especially around the air pump (which needs to be serviced). I love QT However this is the absolute worst experience ever at one of their locations, I was 4 cents short on my purchase and was treated with the upmost disrespect. I asked another patron if they had a couple pennies on them and was questioned in front of everyone by the manager as if I was some beggar, the manager approached me and asked if I had been asking customers for money. Uhm I asked one person if they had a nickel who instantly obliged openly. In fact I don't think anyone would be bothered by someone needing a nickel. I'm no beggar I would never ask someone for more than a quarter, I come to this QT all the time as it's right across the street from our dealership. This is the last time I'll ever visit this location. I completely understand that they're just trying to prevent legitimate homeless people from begging in front of the stores which I appreciate to an extent but how could you treat an actual customer like shit for needing a nickel. read more

It's QT, so it's really as good as it gets. I really don't even see a point in reviewing it. The only reason I am is because I saw a two star review while browsing food in my area and had to read why. Their reasons were inappropriate. So, here it is. The stores are super clean, well lit, safe feeling, and the employees are super friendly and professional. The prices are good, a bit higher than other places, but that's only because other convenience stores have to lower their prices to compete against QT. When things break, they do their best to fix them as quickly as possible. So, what the previous review said about the tech "still won't fix it" was completely wrong. Not being ABLE to fix it (due to waiting on a part) is different than just refusing to (which would get the tech immediately fired). Also, since customer service is the core of QT's business model, "Not my problem" is something that a QT employee would NEVER EVER EVER say. EVER. So, that quote was made up. Or, maybe the reviewer was in a Circle K and got confused. Who knows. That being said, they see thousands of customers every day. 85% of those customers couldn't care less if they are damaging things or making messes, and about a third of those are actively trying to do those things, just because they can. Do you put candy into your Quickshake before blending it in the machine? Then YOU are the reason those machines break so often. So yes, things will break. If you can't get your FREE whipped cream, too bad. (BTW, whipped cream is something they only started offering a few years ago. Gee, how did anyone ever drink hot chocolate before that!?) PRO TIP: Whipped cream, when put into a hot liquid, melts back into REGULAR cream. So, skip the middle man and just put creamer in it. The drink carriers (really, people complain about DRINK CARRIERS?) work perfectly well, provided you are intelligent enough to figure out basic un-folding skills. Or, you know, READ the simple directions on the side. Yes, the floors are sometimes wet. (I'm sure the bottom of your shoes will survive.) They are constantly being forced to mop the floors because customers are constantly spilling their drinks. Cups have been refined over thousands of years to be the perfect way to carry liquids for drinking. Yet, a great majority of people can't seem to figure them out. When you pour yourself a drink at home, do you leave a dribbly trail of soda from your fridge to your table? No? Then why do you leave one at QT? If you fill your cup all the way to the brim, you are going to spill. Period. Unless you're a robot, you don't have the fine motor skills to carry it to the counter without spilling on the floor. Lids and straws take up space in our universe. So when you put them in an already full container, the liquid inside has nowhere to go but out the top, and onto the floor. Again. So, learn to throw your trash IN THE TRASH instead of the floor. Stop spilling, or mop up the store after yourself. And stop complaining that they are always cleaning! If you did, they wouldn't have to! YOUR MOM DOESN'T WORK THERE. Reaching past kids to get a drink? Secret: The fountains are specially designed to be used by multiple people AT THE SAME TIME. CRAZY, right!? Ice machine down? Things break. Frozen drinks watery (which I assume you mean not frozen)? Unfortunately, if people empty the machine, it takes time to freeze more. Dusting while you're standing there? Well, do everyone a favor and storm out, vowing never to return.
