The wings were excellent, dusted with spices and really crispy. They are small but still meaty. Six wings are plenty for me. The dirty rice was good too. After returning, it took approximately 15 minutes for a manager to assist me. Both Liz and the manager displayed a nonchalant attitude and did not offer an apology. Instead, I was simply asked if I wanted another salad. When I expressed my concerns, I was told the items come premade and was given multiple excuses. At that point, I declined the offer for a replacement. Given the inconvenience, poor food quality, and lack of customer service, I did not feel confident accepting another meal from this location. I motioned for her to reopen the window because I wanted to address the situation but instead I was told to "move it along" because there was another customer waiting behind me.
