I purchased a car wash and the car wash apparently had leaked hydraulic fluid all over the washer sponge. After I came out of the car was I noticed a slime film all over my truck. I went back inside and they said there is nothing they could do and they would not give me any info to Peter (I found out later) the GM. He was very rude and said he would allow me to go back thru the car wash. Why Peter would I want to further damage my vehicle? I filed a police report so my insurance would take the case without questions. After found out they were not a Corporate location(They had told me they were) I contacted the corporate office and a lady named Helene started to Laugh and say well clean it off, Im sorry you don't just clean it off. Then asked for 5 more tickets on separate tickets. He got angry and stated, "I have a line." There were two people behind me and none of us had been in line more than a minute. I took the tickets and left. When I got home, I realized that he only gave me $6 worth of tickets from the $18 batch. It was such an uncomfortable experience, that I didn't even look while I was there. Double check your stuff if the large guy is at the cash register.

This Timewise was a welcome stop with a large parking lot, freshly stocked shelves, and a nice clean bathroom. We bought a few snacks at typical convenience store prices. We arrived at shift change (I guess) and they had just rebooted the pumps. So, the first one I tried would not accept my card. The second one gave me an error. But, the third worked just fine. After fueling up, I noticed that the next several gas stations I paid attention to had per gallon prices $0.10 higher than this Timewise. If I lived in this area, I'd go out of my way to come here. Will definitely prefer it should we come through this area again. Recommended!

At legit stations including Shell, when I fill my tank up with this fuel I get between 600 and 645 miles to empty on my fuel gauge. I filled my tank up for $162.97 and it only gave me 380 miles to empty. Proving that they are selling regular unleaded as Premium and screwing customers out of their money. My truck shakes and trembles when I put cheap gas in it and it started doing that soon after I left Shell. Damn, blue color thrives. Yes they sell it cheaper than other places but, I see why. It was still $4.89 a gallon!!!

Now, I'll put it like this, even though I can literally see this place from my backyard I drive by it to the next closest gas station every single time I ever need anything from the gas station. Don't get me wrong I have tried to give it a chance periodically over time but literally every single time I go in there I'm amazed at how bad every aspect of the place is. Just to give you an example for instance the most recent encounter I had here I had a good friend (who was the one that asked to stop there btw) buy me a coke while I was in the car on the phone and when he accidentally got me a Coke Zero I went to try to give it back and get a regular coke instead. That honestly doesn't feel like it's asking for something that serious but that's just how I feel still the joke of a employee working there said and I quote "no I know I didn't sell that to you, and who is your friend and he bought it from me? No, I don't believe you. No." This was after I had just explained to him that my friend just bought it from there and there was only 2 ppl working there. As this was happening I'm assuming his manager (and also the one who my friend bought it from) just casually walked away in the back employees only area out of sight. Just as if clearing up this simple misunderstanding was of no concern to him. Also not to mention previously they had great prices but since new management took over a while ago the prices are significantly higher across the board than everywhere else. Which really sucks because I want to like this place it would be so convenient but they are just so bad I go out of my way every single day to avoid having to deal with them. Mind you I have only ever reviewed less than a handful of places and besides one other bad one the others were good so it's not like I'm trying to rip on this out of spite.
