The managers aren't at all put together and have no sense of proper communication towards customers and seem to have trouble knowing how to run the store to get orders out in time. I do know one of the managers(KENYA) who I've had a good number of encounters with in which she gives me attitude and makes me seem as a bother for them not getting my order right. Overall i hope that theres a shift in management or a more positive attitude towards customers.
