Aside from the sharp rise in price over the past few years which has made me go from visiting this place at least once or twice every two weeks to about 2-3 times a year. This last occurrence just got everything they do well all wrong. The service was beyond slow. From the time I got in line till the time I left felt like 30 min minimum. The fries, usually fresh, felt like they had been sitting up awhile. The chicken, usually moist, was dry and over cooked and tasted like it had been cooked in old grease. Not to mention they didn't give me all the wings that come with the meal. If I'm paying 18-20 dollars for a meal I expect the order to be correct. My drink was lacking flavor and i tasted more tap water from it than the HI-C. Lastly, to circle back to the slow service. When I get to the drive through window I see they have enough staff but most of them were just standing around. I'm writing this review, not to bash on Cane's but to hopefully remind the management of why I like it so much. And if you can't do what you're good at good anymore then you're going to further push away your base.
