Drawback: Corporate didn't allow me to use more points and only gave six (6) points for a $10+ regular sub. I legit thought it was more points but ok. Specific to this location: 1) online orders are handed by a team member once you give your name. It's not self help grab and go but they have them racked and ready for a quick in and out. 2) Seating available 3) I wish they opened earlier to grab that AM crowd on the way to work or get the Sam's Club Business Crowd. Anywhoo, still fresh cut meats but meatball hasn't been back since COVID (NATIONWIDE).

Did not take long to arrive and you could still see the steam coming off the food. My daughter said the burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were hot and fresh. The only bad part was the garlic bread which I believe was of the frozen and baked variety, it was still hot, so not terribly disappointing. The salad was just the basic salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber. Not bad. Will I go back, you bet I will. I want to try something else.

My roast beef sandwich was huge, fresh, and delicious especially since this time I was able to dunk it in their flavorful au jus sauce. That combination is clearly the best in our area. I did get extra mayo. So my order was perfect. Nothing was missing. The gingerbread muffins taste exactly like my grandmother's recipe. They were delicious. Their bowl of tomato soup was also on point in terms of flavor and this time I got plenty of crackers. Two pack of crackers, is their norm, so on my first visit, I was given the correct amount of crackers. I just didn't know that was the norm. In town for a week for business and got tired of fast food chain food. Found this little "sandwich…read moreshop" a little off the beaten path and I'm glad I did. I was met by the new owner (just purchased it a week ago) and he explained that he only had a temp lunch menu. I asked if the club sandwich was on the temp menu and he indicated it wasn't but he had all the ingredients for it and would happily make it for me. While he was preparing we had a chat about the place and he said he wanted to experiment with the layout of the sandwich. It turned out great. Plenty of meat, right amount of cheese and toppings. The ONLY thing I'd change is the bread appears to be toasted on a buttered grill. I'm a little old school and would have preferred standard toasted bread, but that alone would not stop me from going again. Best of luck to the new owner and if you're in town, the extra 3 minute drive away from the main part of town is well worth it!
