I love the food and restaurant! The staff can be a little off and not that smart when it comes to taking orders and making change but what can ya do! The croutons are supposed to be put in a little plastic container that only fit maybe 4 so I bypass it and use a napkin. You charge me over $9.00 for a container of macaroni and cheese and as you can see in the picture, you didn't even bother to fill it up. I ordered a Caesar salad online in route to the restaurant. When I arrive the workers immediately asked if they could help me. I gave them my name and online order. The lady at the takeout counter reviewed my order and inform me that they were preparing the bread for my order. I waited about 1-2 more minutes. Newk's is nothing special. If you have options you think might be good, I would choose those. But Newk's is decent and solid. So if you are concerned that you just have a bunch of horrible options, I would go to Newk's because it is definitely not horrible. My go to move - they have little lemon slices at the drinks area. I put a lot of them into my unsweetened tea and make a great arnold palmer. That is probably the best consumption part of the whole place. The self-made lemon tea, 4.5 stars. read more

I love Newk's! However, this branch is a disappointment. I walked in and lots of tables still had dirty dishes. I looked around and the place is just filthy! Went to the ladies' room and it was horrendous! The floor has some leak from I don't know where and I almost slipped. My food was served by an unfriendly server, ate my Southern Salad and I did not think it was seasoned properly. Weird, because it's a chain! Also, the croutons were STALE!
