I explained the problem. He checked the programmable thermostat, then the furnace, did an electronics test and found some part malfunctioned, a solenoid, I think. He showed me the electronic test and I saw the failure register. He retrieved a new part from his truck, had it installed in less than 15 minutes, rechecked the system and performed another test and pronounced my furnace as being cured...for now. WHAT?? Yeah, he informed me this was usually the part that failed a majority of the time and based on what I briefed him on, he had a pretty good idea what the problem was. Anyway, he cleaned out the dirty furnace, buttoned it up and wrote out the bill. I paid him and he was gone - all in just under an hour....and the house was warming up. Yeaaa!

If it wasn't registered at the time This stated warranty will not be honored. I thought my contractor let me down I thought they should have seen to it instead of expecting me to do it. Putting a new furnaces is a highly distracted Consumer experience And with the amount of money involved the contractor should be taking this responsibility. I tried to give him more business but I was just treated like they treat everybody else so I had to go to a different contractor. It's hard to get good info but people should check BBB and check datcp State of Wisconsin consumer protection. That's about all you can do because just about everybody's out to screw you one way or the other. You know unless you know somebody personally.

I have gone in to purchase a filter, my husband has gone in, and I know of other customers who have been subjected to her very poor customer service. He fit us into his busy day to come help us out. We had an unknown problem with our furnace and he was able to give his opinion of what the problem may be. Greg came out and I brought him down the furnace. He offered to have me watch what he did so that I could maybe gain some know-how. Greg worked quick , and as someone who enjoys learning he was more than willing to educate me on what he was doing , and why he was doing it. STAY AWAY,spent 9 days trying to get in touch with office,sign on door said open 9 to noon and call…read morenumber after that until 5PM.Office was closed everyday so called over and over,finally got a call back after 5 days and scheduled a service call.Tech showed up and we told him furnace was intermittent running and house was cold.As he started checking wires it came on and he said it was fixed and gave me bill and told me to call him at number he called me at when he arrived if it quit again.5 minutes after he left it quit again,tried calling number he gave me over and over,tried everyday for next 12 days and tried office number and drove to officemstill no answer,Kept calling tech and he finally called me wondering who was calling him so much (no voicemail) and found out he gave me his personal number and gave me his work cell number and said he would come over Saturday morning on his own time to fix it and I told him to call me before coming over so i could be there to open house for him.He said about 10AM would work.Saturday morning I was listening for phone by 8AM,no call by 10AM,no call by 10:15 so I went to house to wait,called from house both numbers over and over til 5PM,no response ! Tried following week over and over but no response,finally had to call someone else to fix it and they came over in morning and found problem in less than a minute,bad air valve,cost me $37 in parts,works great now,Now they billed me and I refused to pay as they didn't do anything and explained I called office and tech more than 50 times in 2 1/2 weeks with no response,they now sent it to collection agency ! I have used them for new furnaces and A/C units in all my income properties and my house for over 30 years,but now seems they are out of business ? At least they act like thay are out of business ! We called them to look at our furnace, they were honest about the cost to repair and the cost of new. We chose to go new because the furnace was older and we knew we would have more problems. The costs were explained up front, we knew the start date, plans were made. On the day of the install, the men came in, put down plastic runners to protect my floors from their work boots, and did the job with a minimum of disruption to my day. Then they hauled all the old furnace and trash away. You couldn't tell that they had been there, except for the quiet hum of our new furnace. We highly recommend them!

I called maybe twice if not them and another local well company. I guess if it's not a big job they don't bother to respond. The guy who took number and said owner would call was pretty rude too seemingly because I tried to describe the well and admitted to little knowledge as to what was there - which I later learned about with a internet search engine. So, I don't know how their work is but I know they were not of any value to me, just a waste of time and missed opportunity waiting for a call that was a false promise.

But one week prior to my inspection report being due to my buyers, told me to hire someone else because they refused to do an inspection report if I couldn't provide a document from 1950 that they said likely didn't even exist ....No I'm not kidding ... I called Bloyer, explained my situation that I essentially needed an inspection and water test ASAP. I had the buyers realtor bugging me for the report. I spoke with Chris who came out the very next morning and did the inspection. They got me the report and water sample report within a few business days. They even went out of their way to call the lab to check on the status of my samples and called me with updates because they knew the time crunch I was under.
