1 star! Service is real bad and I rarely put on 1 star on a fast food restaurant operation like this. But it's just ridiculous. Not to mention about the price on this location is extremely pricy. $38 with 2 drinks and 2 food order. On Jan 14, 2025, I purchase an order with 2 drink and 2 food. Was pressing too fast in the chaos so I did not order a bag. After waiting for 20 mins for my order to be ready. I immediately realize that I need a bag and asked the lady if she can give me a bag but instead she gave me a no and ask for a .25$. I did not negotiate and hand out my credit and debit card and she refused to take it saying that it need a transaction of $25 in order to use card. She said she only take cash..well I asked if I can take an exception to let me purchasing the bag using card but a no again from them. No minimum card spending sign in the store too. I end up have no choice but have myself holding all the food and drink and have drop one of the order on the floor. I don't really expect good customer service cuz it's quickly. But this unprofessional service needs to be change. Also Upon research, looks like this merchant is violating multiple rule about asking minimum purchase on a debit card and also asking for minimum spending of 25$ for credit card which is illegal. First of all, drinks here aren't above average but they deserve some points for location. It's the only boba near the piers and Fisherman's so some props there. I'm sure boba cravings aren't that uncommon for tourists around the area. Anyways, Quickly reminds me of TapEx with their branding and the drinks are very comparable. Likely powdery drinks and lower quality than other boba spots, but they hit the spot when craving tapioca. We brought the kids over (high school wrestlers) because they all apparently love boba but their definition of boba was not the same as mine, so I'll skip all of their drinks. Go to always is the jasmine milk tea or the normal milk tea with grass jelly and aloe. Popcorn chicken and tofu are also favorites. The place is clean and the menus are bright to be easily seen. This Quickly offers good bubble tea, good prices, and a nice variety of snacks! My favorite drinks are the smoothies because the fruits they use are real and fresh. I usually get the avocado smoothie for only $5. The milk tea options are plentiful and they have all the standard flavors and options you expect at any bubble tea shop. If you're hungry, then I recommend the popcorn chicken! It's fried pieces of chicken with salt, pepper, and spicy powder. Not the healthiest, but so delicious! The place is conveniently located right off Fisherman's Wharf. I like how they don't try to charge you a tip automatically with their payment card processing device like all the coffee shops and restaurants are doing these days. It's not quick service. One staff member taking orders and making drinks. The name doesn't fit the establishment. The staff at the front... One can tell easily she doesn't like explaining the drinks as she has no time.... when she had to also make them. I love Quickly and I have been to this one half a dozen times or so. However, I love it so much that my friend and I couldn't wait for tea this morning and got here about 5 minutes before they opened. I could tell the employee inside was annoying with our presence, so we looked around in the store across the street for a few minutes and came back. Still clearly annoyed, the employee opened the doors at 10:03 and let us come in and stand there as she ignored us for another 5 minutes or so doing her morning prep. When she finally asked if we were ready my friend ordered a tea with boba and the employee said "No, boba not ready." Uhhhhhhhhhhhhh..... huh? This is a boba tea shop right and you are open right? But my friend is nice and said OK. We ordered a few more drinks and some food and she said "fryer not ready yet" but I'm not as nice as my friend, so guess what? We're waiting 10 minutes for our food. I am a little annoyed at myself as well for the 20% tip I added when this girl is clearly not deserving, but at the same time, it's now almost 10:30 an we are still the only people here, so I wanted to make sure my food didn't get any "extra additives". Normally I love quickly but this employee is RUDE AF. Unfortunately that means I won't be back to this location. Ah Quickly, one of the first boba chains to pave the way and set the market for all the other chains to come. As I was taking a walk by the pier to enjoy the waterfront and fresh sun I started craving some boba. With nothing really in sight, I just kept following the pier holding onto this craving. At the very end and around a corner what did I see? I saw a Quickly.i haven't had Quickly since almost a decade ago. Seeing a Quickly had brought over a bit of nostalgia for me so I decided to stop by and grab myself a quick drink. The inside of the store was closed due to health concerns around this whole corona mess which was understandable. The had a menu and an ordering station right at the front of the store so I could order conveniently. They had a nice bottle of hand sanitizer right there also like most places these days. I decided to order a honeydew milk tea drink with boba since I don't even remember the last time I ordered honeydew/melon anywhere. Payment was quick and simple,drink came out fairly quick and I was on my way. As I said, Quickly was the one that paved the way, but that's it. I appreciate how they were able to bring boba into a custom here in the US but that's about where the end. The drink fell flat compared to many other places. The honeydew flavor was a bit weird and off-putting. It did have that signature melon flavor but there was something weird about the way the sweetness tasted like a weird sweetener was used. The drink itself was also very watered down in terms of taste. It felt very and tasted very thin. It was almost like they only added a couple drops of milk to it. The amount of milk added actually made it taste worse. It was barely any milk there so it tasted like if milk was lingering in the cup from the drink before and then they added another drink in. The boba was still good in terms of texture so it didn't feel like it had sat for too long which is okay. overall though, the drink was very mediocre. I haven't had Quickly in such a long time that I had forgotten how it tasted. I don't know if it was always like this or just this one time. The attitude of the workers there were night and day in comparison to the gentleman who not only produced QUALITY food but also gave QUALITY service. It was obvious that they didn't want to be there. I'm a self-claimed boba connoisseur, and all I can say is that while the boba is decent, the drink (I got the peach yogurt one) tastes like a melted slushee from 7-11. I have no idea if the Bubble Tea is any good. I can't quite imagine walking into this place any getting a Bubble Tea. Not my deal. I won't lie, I'm not saying that the service isn't good, but I think almost everyone who has visited would not pick the word "Quickly" for this business. I don't hate them for that - just realize that they won't be pulling some pre-made food from a warmer. So, it's not exactly rapid-fire. That said, I enjoy coming over for the Spam Musubi (thank you for finally not listing it Mushubi) and the Takoyaki. They aren't the stellar or defining example of either, but both are good. I'd be interested to know what else I am missing, but these two items are the go-to's. I have heard that the Karache (fried chicken) is ahhh-ight. It's always clean. Quickly is a bubble tea chain but I actually like Quickly. They're in a lot of places especially around the Bay Area and the milk tea has been consistently good for me. The tapioca is always chewy so I don't really have any issues here. This location even takes credit card which is nice. Some Quickly shops don't which is a bummer given this day and age. There is even some seating here. It's located next to Fishermen's Wharf so there's a decent amount of foot traffic here. read more

We got a Tiger Milk Tea with honey boba (the default boba) and it was delicious: a slightly more milky and tamed Thai milk tea, although both types are great. It was $3.75 for a 20 or 24 ounce cup and an extra $0.50 for boba, which we had to ask for. There was also a 15% discount available for students with a valid student ID, but we didn't try to use it.
