Decided to stop by here for a quick bite and drinks. Let's just say it wasn't quick at all. I understand the place is new and workers are still learning but this place needs major customer service training!!! The older Asian lady who's the owner/manager is straight up rude and does not know anything about customer service at all. That explains the whole reason why the other workers there lacks decent customer skills. They messed up on our whole orders but that was everyone's else issues before and after us. Instead of correcting the order, the workers wants to argue instead. I had to show them my receipt. No thanks!!! I'll take my money elsewhere even if it's further away Update:7/31/19 Frank, the owner, contacted me personally. The decor and ambiance of this place is really cute and modern! The drinks and food both taste equally great. We ordered the taro and coconut snow with boba and the popcorn chicken combo (comes with fries). The taro is ALWAYS on point and both drinks were blended well with a good amount of boba. The popcorn chicken was seasoned perfectly and crispy too. I love that they have a sauce station as well. Will definitely come here more often! read more

I went there on their grand opening. I really liked how clean the place was, but that's about it. Ordering was hectic and all over the place, which I understand as it was the first day, but their employees need to be trained better in customer service. I didn't feel welcomed nor did I feel excited to be there on the opening day. Ordered food and two drinks. The food came out quickly and was actually really good. I think they forgot about my drinks when they gave me the food. The drinks, one of them was not filled all the way and was already separating when I got it. The other one, its lid came off while he was ready to give it to me, so he tried putting another seal on while the original seal wasn't torn off all the way. I got it and gave it a light squeeze, only for the seal to come off again. I just asked them to make me another drink and they did. Both drinks were separated and tasted artificial and just wrong. Food was good. I shrugged it off, chalking it up to first day nerves and decided to give them a few weeks before coming back. Today, I came back and ordered just two drinks, as their food menu was not complete yet. Again, customer service was not good. I don't have anything against teenagers, as some of the best customer service I've received was from teenagers, but the environment felt really immature. As for the drinks, I ordered a honey milk tea. It tasted like milk tea, but I didn't taste honey or anything of the sort. I also ordered a mango slush, but again, it was separated and tasted artificial. I also got small boba in both when I asked for large. I'm just really disappointed. I gave them a second chance, and that's probably going to be my last. I hope the owners take these criticisms to heart, as I want this place to be good and thrive. read more

Love the taro snow with boba and if you haven't had any before you have to have some popcorn chicken. Nice clean store but the service is a hit or miss and a couple times I've came they didn't have boba. If you have a boba shop you should never run out of boba read more

The cashier was not personable at all! She looked very stuck up and unhappy to service customers,she had her friend their sitting around with her gossiping , when we walked up to order she had glanced over and then after her conversation was over she appeared at the counter to take our orders. After waiting about 15 mins for 4 drinks, some other customers walked in and they were given their orders before we were. We had been waiting 10 mins at this point And nobody was ahead of us! Meanwhile she was on her phone, texting away, Just giving mean looks! I almost told her to just refund us. But I had my daughter with me and she is definitely more patient than I am and didn't want me to cause a scene. Needless to say I won't be returning. And to make matters worse! She can't make a damn drink to save her life! I was crunching on ice! It is almost like she purposely sabotaged the drinks! My first impression is that the place is actually really nice ! It was clean. There wasn't a super long wait. I do think that the buy 1 get 1 free opening promo was a good call. The milk tea itself was a bit underwhelming. Super watered down. Since it just opened it isn't exactly on the same level as other Quickly's in the area. Nbd though, I believe it'll have its improvement Update! Went in today and decided to give their food a try. I've read some reviews here about their poor experience. I got the popcorn chicken and it was as good as any other quickly! I went to this quickly for the first time with my fiancée and we got what we normally get at any other quickly in Sacramento.I got a Thai Tea Snow with boba and my future hubbie got a peach milk tea with mango boba. His came out like it normally does but my snow tasted funny. It tasted like butterscotch which was weird. It wasn't bad but it didn't taste like how it normally does. Maybe they put too much sweetener or something but I was mildly disappointed. Aside from that, the staff was lovely. Greeted us and made our orders pretty quickly (haha see the joke there?) The interior was lovely and they had an extensive menu like all the other quicklys in the area. Overall, I totally recommend coming here to help support them and try out some boba. I was happy to know that there was one close by to me. However the drinks I ordered was not to my expedition. Pulse the popcorn chickens and the toko yaki was disgusting. It did not taste like I usually get it. My kids usually finish the bag but I could see just like me it was a disappointment. Just found out a new Quickly has just opened by my old high school on Truxel. Out of all the boba places, I always like Quickly's portion size and affordability. Wish it was opened when I was still in Natomas High school, it would've been a perfect hangout place for me and my friends. I ordered some fried fish balls, it came really quick and tasted very good. I ate the whole thing on the way home. The server was attentive and friendly. My experience there was overall positive. What I didn't know was when I left in a hurry I had left my wallet behind and looked for like mad for a few days when I got home. The employee from Quickly found it and tried to return it to the address on my driver's license, but I had moved to a new place 9 months ago. So he placed my wallet at my bank Wells Fargo, and my bank notified me. I'm very thankful that they went through all that trouble to return my wallet. Nasty! Just left this place . Wasted $8 on 2 taro milk teas. The girl that took my order had a slight attitude but she wasn't tryna go there with me cuz she knew. The other girl that made my drink looked like she had no idea wth she was making . I already knew before I even tasted the drink that it would taste like shit . She tried to give me the drink HOT. did I order a hot tea ? I gave it back she made it again . Cold this time but the drink itself was nasty! It tasted like water down NOTHING . The only thing I tasted in that drink was the boba . I understand this place is new but if your gana hire people , make sure they pass the training on how to make a drink first . Smfh. This is a very Chill boba spot and there is Never really large amounts of people in the store so you can be in and out pretty quickly.

The staff was amazing! We arrived with a big order right before closing and they were so sweet and accommodating! Extremely professional and courteous. Very nice interior decor. We showed up 15 minutes before closing and they still let us order for four people without any rude remarks. The lady making the drink took her time and even asked us if the drinks were ok. She even thanked us for coming by and remained kind even after staying past closing time. I was in the mood for boba tea after work, and surprisingly this Quickly came up when I searched for something close by. I've tried two other Quickly's before, and they were great! So, I was excited and eager to stop by this location since it was on my way home. Sadly, this location needs much improvement. Hopefully they will since apparently it's newly opened. It looks great and they seem to have a great menu, but they're still working out some bugs and its causing longer than usual wait times. Also, I would not recommend their popcorn chicken. Most of the pieces contained a lot of fried chicken fat, which tasted disgusting. I ended up just throwing them away, and felt like I overpaid and wasted money on them. The tea also wasn't very good and they used small boba instead of large. Not a fan. Maybe as time goes on they'll get better. At least that's my hope for their sake. I gave 2 stars because they're still very new and have the potential to do better. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend this location, especially since I know of other bubble tea places that are much tastier- different Quickly locations included. read more
