So happy that I was able to find a Quickly's! My new go to boba spot. I love the almond milk tea! The boba pearls are really soft and chewy and the tea is sweet without being overbearing. This size is the large. They also have a regular size which is smaller, and a super size which is bigger. There is a parking lot but I parked on the street at a meter. Will be back! read more

Worst service ever.... I ordered 2 watermelon smoothies.... 15 minutes later everyone who came after me received their orders. I asked what happened.... they forgot. Then other orders kept coming out......They forgot me AGAIN!!!! Then they tried to make a lame excuse about cutting up more melon. I asked for my money back and magically it was ready. I wanted boba and this was the closest spot so I went to try it. I got a coffee slush which I've only had once before at Lollicup. It was watered down which I obviously didn't like. I LOVE this place!! I just moved to Chinatown recently and whenever I'm craving a yummy Iced Coffee Boba or vegetarian egg rolls I walk over there. Not only are the staff friendly and detail orientated but tolerable of customers like me that ask a ton of questions about their menu. The stuff is good here! But I've noticed that when I'm in line first and then someone of their own race is in back of me they treat them better. They get their stuff first and I get them last! That's very stupid. They are racist and the employees are rude, they are rude if ones not their race. I even wanted to order some French fries and they didn't give me the chance to order them. I love their drinks, especially their honey green tea with boba, and the price of their food and drinks is so reasonable. Taiwanese rice at around $4.50, and drinks are at around only $2.75. What made this a 3 stars place is they have no parking spaces. Located in China Town, it is really tough to find a parking space. Hearing from my LA friends that boba there is extremely good, I decided to hunt for a boba place while I was traveling from Boston. This is my first time finding a boba place that is under $3! Drinks in Boston are at LEAST $3 - $6, a cup of water and some powder does not cost $3+, lol. Anyway, the drinks are SUPER good too! Service is pretty fast and extremely friendly! The guy working there is very nice and talkative. My first time seeing Yogurt flavored slush! So gooooooooooooood. The little asian girl with the glasses so rude. Needs to be retrained with proper customer service!!! First of all she decided to finish doing her business on her phone before completing my ordering and giving me my change. Second, rudely handed me my drinks and popcorn chicken without a thank you nor asking me if I needed anything else. Just plainly walked away. Worst of all when she forgot to add my lychee jelly I went back to the counter and stood there waiting but she didn't bother to come out til I had to bloody yell out excuse me a few times! Not even an apology for forgetting the lychee. Just threw the one I handed to her aside and gave me an attitude while remaking it. I left them a 1 star review before coming back from SF so I guess I was a little harsh with my review, I recently tried them again and I think there teas are some of the best in china town, my fave is still lolli cup for jasmine milk green tea with the best boba you can get in LA, but the teas with jelly is'nt as good, quickly has the best jelly in china town if your into good quantity tea and jelly and ten ren has the best tea quality I just wish there large boba was bigger (it's like a medium boba) quickly is very cheap which is always good like everyday you can get a green tea with jelly for $1.65! or $1 for a milk tea with boba, same with strawberry slush for $1.50 with mango jelly (ask for it to be less sweet though or you'll have a sugar rush out of this world lol) , I am not a big fan of the boba here, it's ok it's just not how I like it from lollicup (I am am very spoiled) but jelly wise it's wonderful plus there tea tastes good and there staff is very friendly, I come here at least 3 times a week so it speaks for it self. as you can see I am a boba tea / jelly tea addict so I know what I am talking about, I live in NoHo and drive all the way to down town almost every other day for my fix, the valley sucks for teas so i am always willing to travel for good tea :) read more

I'm unsure why this venue is called Quickly, maybe it's because they serve you quite promptly, which is a good thing. The only thing I've ever had there so far is a traditional boba milk tea with pudding, and I just say that it has been delicious, quality and fresh every time. Drinks at quicklys tastes like crap(water)((filtered water)). Service is horrible with lazy employees slacking off half of the time. They don't even dress in the proper attire for the kitchen and it gives you the thought of that place being unsanitary and disgusting. The only things decent there are probably the snacks but they take FORVER to make. I went there for the first time and their drinks tasted like water, basically low buget POS (piece of sh*t), I'd recommend Ten Ren's right next to it which tastes a hundred times better than Quicklys. The second time I was there, I ordered fries and they took about 35 minutes just to make some fries, seriously?, it is unbelievable how slow their service is, The third time I went they lost my order for fries and it took about 50 minutes even though I asked 2 times throughout how long it will take, they just told me, "in a few minutes". It's a horrible place with decent snacks, that's all there is to it along with old people cutting in line while your actually waiting in line. Basically when you walk it, you should just walk back out the doors and go to Ten Ren's for a refreshing drink, aslo Ten Ren's even fixes your drinks to your liking after you order it. Don't like it? Just tell them what's wrong and they would fix it. Also this place charges 2.19 for drinks, at a first glance, it isn't that costly right? But after you add tax, it rounds up to about 2.40 compared to Ten Ren's flat price of 2.50. It's an illusion to make you think it's much cheaper than Ten Ren's, but really, you can get a drink that you can actually enjoy for just 10 extra cents. Half of the time when you order in Quicklys, the price also ends up being a few cents past a dollar because of the way they priced their items. This fact really annoys me because you either have to carry coins with you all the time when you go to this place or make sure you have enough pockets to hold all the change you give back to you. read more
