Personally I have probably been one of their most skeptical and did my research before committing to the program. My husband wanted me to take the leap and so I did since he was going in on it with me and I could not for the life of me get him to commit to any other cleanse or veggie eating. I have been very impressed since I started my power plates sessions and ever since I finished the cleanse portion. I am a believer that's for sure this program works; it works because of the time they commit to figuring out where your personal weight loss is originating from (muscle loss or fat loss) and go from there to personalize your diet and the length of your program. No two programs seem like they are the same and you won't get that at any old 24 hr fitness! They have every piece addressed and someone that specializes in it to really give that expertise it takes to lose those fat cells that have been on you since you were developing as a child and have always just stuck. I am a testament to the fact that you can lose those pounds you lost faith that you could. I will continue even after my program to work with them to make this a lifestyle for myself and my husband. Our lives have dramatically improved with this program and the enlightenment that came with the drastic change in diet and trying new things to be able to even get through the program. My eyes have been opened and so have my husbands and there is not a price you can put on that! Just something to consider when you are looking into this program is that even insurance companies have deemed this place legitimate enough that they will in some cases even reimburse you for your program because it can help with so many medical aliments that come with poor diet. Riding the body of toxins is something everyone can afford all the time and this is just one step towards having that level of health. I did my research and this place is really truly on to something with their methods and the time they have put into developing this program is truly remarkable. Update - I'm surprised by negative comments because my experience at Quickfit has been life changing. The staff is phenomenal and helpful. I'm loving the nutrient dense foods so it's not a diet at all but a lifestyle change. Many people know to eat more fruits and vegetables but do they? Having someone guide you in exercise and give you a diet plan, nutrient dense, and check in with you on your progress has been my path to success. I'll let the facts stand as my recommendation for Quickfit: March 1 - visited Quickfit for the first time - joined because I was steadily gaining weight around the middle and had a wedding coming up in October. Getting older, too. Want to look my best for my daughter. I weighed 136.5, not bad at all, but at the edge of losing my waist I wanted to partner with someone knowledgeable. I found it at Quickfit. Today, I weigh 120.3. I've got the weight under control but the core strength is more important. I could never do more than 2 pushups - now I can do almost 16. I can see improvements in various exercises that previously I couldn't do for long. Don't come with a bad attitude like some have reported here - you may see only what you want to see, but you'll miss something life changing. We strongly advise no-one does business with them on any level. The offences range from: (1) Selling machines under fake specs. (2) Changing " made in China " labels on machines to European countries to jack up the price. (3) Flicking off machines that have failed tests to the disabled. I love this fitness studio. The staff is incredibly helpful and encouraging and the workouts take less than 30 minutes. I joined to lose weight, to build bone density, and get fit. So far I have lost weight and I am getting fit. I won't know about bone density until my next dexa scan at the end of the year, but with everything else coming together I have no doubts that I will show improvement. I love the fact that the workouts change every week so I don't get bored. I am a bike rider and I notice that I am already stronger in early spring than in previous years, despite the fact that I am a year older. I'm going up the hills with more strength and riding the flats much faster. Hurray! The studio offers some bonuses which are great, such as nutrition counseling and herbal body wraps. I have taken advantage of both and have learned a lot about what I need to stay strong and healthy as I age. The body wraps are very relaxing. I started out wearing a size 12 and in 3 months I am in a size 8. I don't expect to get into smaller sizes, since I never have, but who knows....In summary I love this place and recommend it to anyone who wants to get fit. read more

I heard of Quick Fit through a work hosted "Lunch and Learn". I figured I would check out the presentation and learn tips of how to lead a healthier life style. Glad I did. As a person whom regularly exercises, tries to eat healthy, and get the recommended sleep per night, I was still feeling tired and sluggish most days. My routine physical revealed no health conditions. I decided to try a six week program to see if there would be a difference in the way I feel. My diet is better, I feel like my body is using the fuel I feed it more efficiently. The power plates give me a great work out with out having to spend and hour or hour and a half in the gym. I have a key fob to come in and out after hours as my work schedule will allow. If I put in a ten or twelve hour day at work, it is great to know that I can still squeeze in a quick and effective workout. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful if you have a question or concern. I am feeling more energetic and have learned lifelong healthier habits. Definitely worth it. read more

I love the powerplates, it is such a good workout. I love how the employees switch the workouts every week so your body doesn't get used to it. I feel challenged physically and feel an improvement in my body. 15 minutes a day, 3 times a week is great. I have better stamina, more energy, feel better mentally & physically, lost inches,and look lean and in shape. I really enjoy the employees they are always friendly, supportive and helpful at teaching us through the proper form of the exercises. They also provide good nutrition information and encouraging healthy eating and exercise habits. I have done the liver cleanse and lost 10 pounds. I have also had 2 body wrap and lost several inches each time. I have learned a lot and my body has changed while going to Quickfit. I definitely recommend checking out the services provided and taking advantage of a free week of powerplate workouts. One small drawback is the cost of the services but well worth it. read more

I went to Quickfit to lose my stubborn belly fat. Ever since having my kids, for the last 5 years, I have tried everything, and nothing seemed to work, so naturally I was skeptical. I saw their ad, and BOY! am I glad I found my way in there!! They definitely earned their name "Quick" fit. In the last 10 weeks I have lost 23 pounds of fat! - NOT muscle - FAT! In the past several years I have worked out pretty consistently and gotten okay results. The Power Plate is light-years beyond conventional techniques! I have had a great experience at QuickFit. I loved the lack of full length mirrors, and found the workouts on the PowerPlates to be really quick & effective. I always leave feeling refreshed. And, the workout can be short -- 20 minutes is good enough for a good work-out, which is great for busy schedules. read more
