The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable, making laundry day much more enjoyable. With 62 washers and 56 dryers, getting your laundry done is quick and easy, even when the laundromat is busy. They also have vending machines and sell soap and detergent, so you can conveniently pick up anything you may need. The facility offers several TVs and free Wi-Fi, which is a huge plus. I usually start my loads, bring my computer, and watch movies while I wait. The dryers work great, dry clothes quickly, and are free with every wash, making this place incredibly affordable. I had a small hiccup during one of my visits, but Kristin and Meredith were eager to help and resolved the issue right away with the friendliest customer service. Their professionalism and kindness really stood out. Overall, this is a fantastic laundromat with excellent staff, great amenities, and unbeatable value. 10/10 would recommend!

I was told it may have gone onto the train and that there was nothing they could do except say sorry. I've been to more than 36 laundromats across the United States, and this is the first time something like this has ever happened. An apology does not replace an expensive bracelet, and customers should be clearly warned if there is any risk of personal items being lost during the wash process. I expected better accountability and customer service. Very disappointing experience.

I spoke to her nicely and called her ma'am twice when she completely pretended to not hear me to try and explain to her that I have my eyes on him and he wasn't doing anything but touching the door knob. she proceeded to tell me that cause he touched the vending machine and was touching the knob that I can't control him which I tried telling her that my baby has cancer and is currently doing steroids which keep him very active and bipolar and he can't stay still but that I had my eyes on him at all times and he wasn't breaking or damaging anything cause I wouldn't allow that for her to understand. She said once again if I can't control him to leave because the owners check cameras and tell them stuff which I told her that I completely understand, but that my son was only touching the door knob or about to because she moved him and told him to go with his mom that she didn't have to be rude to him. I left in tears cause I even tried telling her that I can't spank him due to his cancer he gets bruces easily and I am getting after him but apparently I couldn't control him According to her. I wouldn't have made it a big deal but I was watching him and he wasn't doing anything wrong. she didn't even want to understand that I was upset cause he wasn't doing anything and she was being rude for no reason she kept cutting me off telling me that the owners will get after her for not telling parents that if they can't control their kids to leave and if I don't like it to just leave which I did.

The prices range from about $3.50 for the medium washers up to $10.00 for the XL ones, and the wash cycle only takes around 24 minutes which is pretty convenient. The dryers cost $1.00 for 15 minutes. They also have larger dryers for $3.00, but there is a warning that they can get very hot and may damage delicate clothes, so that is something to keep in mind. The overall environment was pleasant. They even have a few things to keep kids entertained like games, and there are small turtles, fish, and birds which was a fun surprise. The attendant was friendly and helpful whenever we had questions. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place.

As soon as I walked in, she told me I only had three minutes to start my washer. I made it in time and started my load before the cutoff. Later, I noticed a different washing machine leaking water all over the floor. I politely let her know because I was concerned someone could slip and get hurt. Instead of thanking me, she immediately blamed me, saying the leak was caused by clothes caught in the door. I explained that it wasn't my machine--I was simply informing her about the leak. I understand the laundromat closes at 8:00 p.m., and I was doing my best to finish before closing. About 10 minutes before closing, I removed my clothes from the dryer and was folding them when she turned off the lights in the folding area. She then told me I had only three minutes to leave, even though I was still folding my clean laundry. At 8:00 p.m., she turned off all the lights and repeatedly told me I needed to leave. I fully respect business hours and understand employees need to close on time. However, customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. Throughout my visit, I felt rushed, unfairly blamed for something that wasn't my fault, and treated in an unprofessional manner. I hope management reviews this employee's behavior and reminds staff that good customer service is just as important as enforcing closing time.
