Very clean, machines well-maintained, and all seemed to work properly. A nice place to spend an afternoon washing clothes!

Very nice staff. They do a wonderful job with our laundry. Everything is done just as we ask. We drop off our clothes and the are all ready for pick up the next day it is a 24 hour turnaround because the stay so busy. read more

very rude cleaning lady. Even ignored me when I tried to talk to her and explain that i am watching my 2 year old because she decided to keep telling my baby, "go with your mom" since he touched the door knob of the restroom door and the window of the vending machine. I spoke to her nicely and called her ma'am twice when she completely pretended to not hear me to try and explain to her that I have my eyes on him and he wasn't doing anything but touching the door knob. she proceeded to tell me that cause he touched the vending machine and was touching the knob that I can't control him which I tried telling her that my baby has cancer and is currently doing steroids which keep him very active and bipolar and he can't stay still but that I had my eyes on him at all times and he wasn't breaking or damaging anything cause I wouldn't allow that for her to understand. She said once again if I can't control him to leave because the owners check cameras and tell them stuff which I told her that I completely understand, but that my son was only touching the door knob or about to because she moved him and told him to go with his mom that she didn't have to be rude to him. I left in tears cause I even tried telling her that I can't spank him due to his cancer he gets bruces easily and I am getting after him but apparently I couldn't control him According to her. I wouldn't have made it a big deal but I was watching him and he wasn't doing anything wrong. she didn't even want to understand that I was upset cause he wasn't doing anything and she was being rude for no reason she kept cutting me off telling me that the owners will get after her for not telling parents that if they can't control their kids to leave and if I don't like it to just leave which I did. read more

Great service! Quick and had no issues while I was there. Vending machines available with snacks and drinks and with laundry necessities. They also have wi-fi which was so convenient for my kids to stay entertained while I washed. read more

The service was great and the place was clean, but here's why they get one star, none of the staff was wearing masks. Only one other couple were wearing masks. The place was full and the rest weren't wearing masks! There was no signage about social distancing. We are traveling, so we didn't know where else to go. Got our clothes washed and dried and got out of there as fast as we could. read more

I wish I could give a lower rating if the option was available. My father yesterday went in to this very rude and discriminating establishment. The worker accused my father of taking a photo of someone. I bought my father that phone less than a week ago. And he was taking a photo of himself for his bank set up. He was there washing my sons bedding for him cause it's too big to fit in our washer. My father is a veteran. He is a family man. A good man. The lady threatened to call the cops on him. And he was in shock and hurt and didn't know how to respond. My son was with him. And My father left here feelings humiliated. What kind of establishment does this???? Not one that likes buisness. I work in retail management, and I would never accuse someone of anything. Not only that. But NEWS FLASH EVEN IF HE DID TAKE A PHOTO OF SOMEONE. WHICH HE DIDNT. IN A PUBLIC PLACE, ITS NOT A CRIME. SO I WISH YOU WOULD HAVE CALLED THE POLICE. ITS MY MISSION NOW TO TELL EVERYONE THAT WILL LISTEN....NOT TO GO TO THIS JUDGEMENTAL PLACE. SHAME ON YOU FOR HOW YOU MADE MY FATHER/ GRANDFATHER FEEL. Here in the small West Texas oilfield towns it's often difficult to find a good laundry. This one combines modern, clean and friendly. They have every size machine, even SIX load. On 05/02/2018 approx 07:25 I dropped my laundry at the drive thru at All Washed Up on FM 700 I've been using their services for several months. The attendant finely left the office when another customer went inside. She waited on him first as he went inside, I was at the drive up. She came to the drive thru called me by name & took my laundry & $20.00 the bill came to $15.00 even. The attendant brought me a $5.00 bill, I'm sorry as a disabled person I don't make enough to tip $5.00 on a $15.00 bill unless it's great service. The next day I picked up my laundry it was missing a few things plus my laundry bag. I guess she showed me! By the way a few months ago I got some items in my laundry & returned them to All Washed Up! read more
