This laundromat is really nice and well kept. They have fast washers in different sizes, from medium loads to extra large loads. The prices range from about $3.50 for the medium washers up to $10.00 for the XL ones, and the wash cycle only takes around 24 minutes which is pretty convenient. The dryers cost $1.00 for 15 minutes. They also have larger dryers for $3.00, but there is a warning that they can get very hot and may damage delicate clothes, so that is something to keep in mind. The overall environment was pleasant. They even have a few things to keep kids entertained like games, and there are small turtles, fish, and birds which was a fun surprise. Save yourself the trouble...Do not go here. The parking lot smells like a urinal. They work on a card system no quarters. So you put $20 in the machine and get a card with $18...they hold a $2 deposit for some reason...thought that was my money. The wash machines are $3.50 so your first wash is $5.50....dryer $2 for 15 minutes. If you speak English you'll be the only one here. Do yourself a favor and drive down to Sweetwater. I can do 3 loads for the same price there...much better experience. read more

I have been to this laundromat before, but my experience on Saturday, June 27, was very disappointing because of one of the employees working the evening shift. As soon as I walked in, she told me I only had three minutes to start my washer. I made it in time and started my load before the cutoff. Later, I noticed a different washing machine leaking water all over the floor. I politely let her know because I was concerned someone could slip and get hurt. Instead of thanking me, she immediately blamed me, saying the leak was caused by clothes caught in the door. I explained that it wasn't my machine--I was simply informing her about the leak. I understand the laundromat closes at 8:00 p.m., and I was doing my best to finish before closing. About 10 minutes before closing, I removed my clothes from the dryer and was folding them when she turned off the lights in the folding area. She then told me I had only three minutes to leave, even though I was still folding my clean laundry. At 8:00 p.m., she turned off all the lights and repeatedly told me I needed to leave. I fully respect business hours and understand employees need to close on time. However, customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. Throughout my visit, I felt rushed, unfairly blamed for something that wasn't my fault, and treated in an unprofessional manner. I hope management reviews this employee's behavior and reminds staff that good customer service is just as important as enforcing closing time. read more

Used to be the best but lately it has not been. I thought the machines were cleaned out through out the day. Three of the machines had stuff in them like cakes hair, socks, and were dirty like a construction worker, with long hair, washed in those machines. I can say, the toilet was clean. read more

Just passing through and tried to use this laundromat... The staff is very rude!! Treated like a second class citizen... Wouldn't recommend to anyone... It's a business that doesn't want business! Completely insane jerks. Don't trust this place. They washed my oily jeans with my white socks. All my socks were ruined, black. (With someone else's underwear to boot) Then she denied it and assured me they were washed separately. I pointed out that the old receipt did not have a "separate wash charge". She didn't respond I asked, "do you understand?" She responded "yes" I decided this wasn't going anywhere and left it at that. This was a very clean laundromat with helpful employees. I learned the machines only take cards instead of quarters. I had been to another laundromat like this in Illinois but learned here that you pay a $2 card fee but you can get that back and the money left on your card back. You just have to turn your card in and write your name on their record books. They even had cats hanging out that belonged to the owner. This is the nicest laundromat I have ever been in. It's extremely clean. In fact, someone was constantly wiping down everything, mopping the floors and emptying the lint screens. Lots and lots of machines. They have a restroom, vending machine, microwave, magazines, children's books, etc. I do wish they would have had more xtra large machines. I'm from Colorado so won't be back anytime soon but loved the place. read more

It isn't a coin operated mat, and forces you to buy a laundry card for $2. The double load washers are $3.25 to wash, and it costs you $1.50 for every 15 minutes of dryer time. This is a very clean establishment & great atmosphere. Everything is ran by a card instead of quarters, but you can get a refund of whatever balance that is left on the card, which includes the $2 it takes to get the card. I personally kept my card after my home machine was fixed, so I can use their large machines to wash my comforters. Every time I've been in, the employees were helpful & nice. This is a horrible establishment. Clearly the business hours are from 8am to 10 PM. I get here at 8:30, and I'm told that I can't wash my clothes. So I I asked the lady at the front desk will you guys don't close till 10. Her response was "you can't wash your clothes." read more
