I'm agreeing with all the bad comments concerning this company. We took our vehicle for engine light and Albert stated that it needed a new engine who requested money in advance before the repair. 1st Motor that he put in was faulty not holding the pressure, 2nd motor was also faulty ( misfire in all cylinders). I called to honor the warranty but Albert rudely hung up the phone, arguing that it was the coils but the 2nd mechanic opinion stated otherwise and that it was a bad motor. BEWARE OF UNETHICAL PRACTICES! I took my auto to this shop for front end noise on March 15, 2024. Albert who claimed to be the Manager said the engine was loose and that it was critical that I replace 3 motor mounts which I agreed to have completed that day. The work was completed in less than an hour. I was experiencing the same problem the following day so I brought it back into the shop. Albert said it likely needed a tire balance or wheel alignment. I brought the car into Walmart on April 09, 20024 for tire replacement and balance which fixed the problem. I returned to the Quick Service Auto Center a couple of weeks ago about another issue. Without removing the undercarriage panel, Albert said I needed to replace the 4th motor mount and a gasket from the oil pan shield location. Service was declined. Reviewing past repairs, I noticed that I had just replaced 2 engine mounts by Meineke on November 22, 2023. I returned to Quick Service Auto Center on May 12, 2024 and was met by Chris (Manager) when Albert immediately stepped outside of his office. I asked him if could confirm his position and he said he was the Manager. I asked him if he could verify which mounts were replaced but he refused to answer the question. Chris came forward and asked how he could help, Albert spoke to him in Spanish and Chris backed off and said I'm sorry I can't help you. I went to Firestone the following day on May 13, 2024 for an inspection which confirmed that the engine mounts needed to be replaced. I returned to Quick Service Auto Center on May 14, 2024 and was met by Albert standing at the inside door entrance blocking me entry into the shop. I was informed by another staff person that Albert was the owner of the shop but when I asked him to provide me with the manager details he refused and said they were a corporation. He had no interest in reviewing the inspection/photos and refused to provide a refund for work not rendered. He refused my request to speak with the mechanic. His only offering was to replace the 4th motor mount. This unethical behavior violates moral principles and professional standards resulting in hardship for others and undermining trust and integrity of those under his leadership. His intentions are not to service the people; rather only to maintain his financial gain. Given Albert's dishonest reputation, I believe his fate will be revealed soon. read more

I didn't realize they were almost closing, but they still accepted me and continued on with the service past closing time. Horne service at this place. I went in for a booster pump for my Ford edge and when I get it back I was getting warnings that my power train was acting up. I go back and explain what is happening and he gives me attitude. I just had a full time up in February so that shouldn't be happening. Again Albert and his group of excellent mechanics came to my rescue. It was only last week that they did a major repair on my Audi A6 wagon. As luck would have it my brakes began sounding the alarm. I was told that they are under new management. My experience was very positive. Went in with my 'teenage' Toyota needing an exhaust repair after getting costly estimates using original parts from others. They fixed what was needed and got it done in one day for much less $$$. In addition to blowing my engine, these fools also batched an easy brake job which was over priced to begin with, and then a year later after one of the calipers and rotors failed less than 10,000 miles later, tried to overcharge me again. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY BUSINESS. INCOMPETENT MECHANICS. These guys quoted me $395 to replace one caliper and one rotor after I showed them a receipt that I had a full brake job done a year and a half ago and I barely drove the car during that time period as I own a few cars. I told them to kick rocks. I went and bought the parts myself, about $125, and then paid a different very reasonable shop $60 bucks to install which was only a 20 minute job. So in all, I paid another shop $185 versus $395 these bozos quoted me. I will never ever ever go back to this place and I advice you to do the same if you care about quality work and paying a fair price. These guys need to go out of business. read more

My car unexpectedly had a flat near the quick service shop. Called Quick Service and Johnny was able to get me in quickly and work on the car right away. He was extremely curteous, professional and efficient. The shop didn't have my tire in stock and he managed to get a replacement from a friend down the road. I was in and out in 1.5 hours without an appointment. Really appreciate his honesty and him not taking advantage of a situation as I was in a bind. Do not go here! Been coming here for the last 8 years. 5 total cars and countless referrals and good word of mouth exposure. Unfortunately, my last visit will be the last. Sent my mom there to get her check engine light looked at. After charging almost 300 to replace spark plugs and gasket, the light turned on the next day. She returned and they seemed like they fixed it. The next day the light turned on again. This last visit, the mechanic/ possible owner did not want to help anymore and yelled at my mom. Very unprofessional way of running a business. Not sure if it is under new management, but the quality and service definitely went down the drain. Took the vehicle to another mechanic and they mentioned there were charges of work that were never done. They persuade you to pay in cash to give a discount, but now I can't even do a claim with my bank for false charges. Save yourself money and time and find a better place. read more

90 parts and warranty what a sham!! First of all they left a screwdriver in my daughters engine only for it to get thrown around by the pulleys and belts. Second of all took it back for the broken belt they just put on and they had me return the belt to Auto Zone and tell them it was defective. Took belt to Auto Zone and the gentleman at Auto Zone said it looked like the belt was installed improperly by the way the belt broke. Auto Zone did honor and gave me a new belt. Took the belt back to Quick Service for them to install and they told me it would be an extra $80. I said it's under warranty. They denied it!! Never ever will go back again!! read more

I took my sons car for repair there. The problem was the car had check engine light on and car was shaking and ran high rpm. They checked the car and said the fix would be $600, I agreed and they said it needed two fuel injectors. Later in day the called and said they also needed to clean manifold and replace gasket and intake valve, that would be another 300 dollars. I agreed again. Two days later, I was out of country and they still had my son's car and called saying they also need to replace "oil separator" for another $198. Now I'm up to $1098 in repairs. I was speaking to mechanic and manager and asked if all these repairs would resolve issue, they said yes. My son picked up car and notified Quick Service that the check engine light is still on. They told him to drive it and it would clear. My son used my car while I was out of the country and wanted to wait till I got back before he drove it because he "doesn't understand cars". When I got back we started the car and the rpm was high and shaking like it did prior to repair but the check engine light went away. He drove it several days and the check engine light came back on and the car had same problem..high rpm, shaking and stuttering when stoped. We took it back after 20 days (the car was parked for 16 days), I had a 90 day/ 3.000 mile warranty. They scanned the car and wanted another $1500 to fix it. I spoke to the manager/ front desk guy who couldn't speak English well. I explained to him that I'm having same problem as before but now I have an additional 2 cylinders misfiring. He said they had to do the work I paid for before they discovered something else can be wrong. I explained to him that the problem I brought it in for still exist. I told him it's not fair for him to take my money, promise to fix the car and now charge me again for the same problem. He through the receipt in my face and called the police. I waited for the police. The police asked me to leave and the cop went on to give me law lessons which I was unaware that his job was to interpret law. He told me to call BBB and to leave the shop or be arrested. I left. This shop just throws parts on until something works. They will take your money but won't repair your car. They stole $1098 from me and now son's car has worse problems. I had also taken my truck there and had the same problem. The bill started at $1200 and ended up $2800. I should have learned my lesson. Don't be a victim like me. Take your business other places. They also ask for cash so they don't have to pay sales tax. read more

Extremely sleazy people working the phones here. I called up and asked if I could bring my car in for a quick exhaust inspection. Yeah, yeah, sure, come right over! The moment I arrive: leave the key and go have a seat. It will be a 25 minute wait. Seriously, say anything on the phone just to get me in the door, and then waste my time? But that's not the worst of it. On a previous occasion, I had a repair being done. I asked in addition to the repair to charge my battery and was told the whole thing would take 45 minutes. An hour goes by in the waiting room - nothing. I walk up to them: "Oh, the mechanic forgot to charge it, I'll tell him to do it now." Not even a HINT of remorse for wasting an hour of my time. The person at the desk was very matter of fact in his dry unfeeling apology. At some point he even raised his voice at me "The mechanic will do it now, please HAVE A SEAT." Spent a lot of money here over the years. shop has really gone down hill as of late. Oil changes are 40 bucks now so might as well go to a 10 minute place. If I could give this place zero stars I would! First off labor is $90 out the door! So expect to spend that just to have them look at your car. I brought my car in to have a part put on that cost $12.99. After the work was done I was given a quote of $300. When I asked for a receipt for the break down of everything I was being charged for, the guy who I assume was the manager from lack of uniform, refused to show me anything. I told him if he can't show me what I was being charged for then I would not pay. He then proceeded to get very loud and even came from around his desk and got in my face. After I threaten to call the police his mechanic came up to him and pulled him to the side. I could hear them speaking in Spanish to each other. They either assumed I didn't speak Spanish or just didn't care but most of their conversation was insults toward me and how they were going to take the part that I just waited for them to put on back off of my car. So they took off the part and put the old one back on because I stood up for the fact that they are running a shady business, making up whatever price they want, and then getting mad when the customer knows that they are being ripped off and calls them out on it. I'm sorry but I looked up the price of my part and also the tutorial online of how long the part takes to put on. $12.99 for the part and 10mins to put it on. So that def don't equal $300. We aren't talking about the worlds greatest engineers here. If those guys are making that much in labor than I'm in the wrong profession! I would have done it myself but I lacked the tools. I took my vehicle here for new tires period. My car was in perfect condition before I allowed the unskilled mechanic to work on my vehicle. I was given one price by the lady at the desk but the time I picked my vehicle up I would up paying for an additional tire sensor, that the unskilled mechanic didn't have any idea how to program and was faulty....and tire disposal fees. On my way to work, my vehicle started acting up. poor acceleration and dash lights lit. Not being from the area, I did not know where to take my vehicle. I brought it in to Quick Service Auto Center and was assured they would fix my issue. Later that day I received a phone call stating that I needed a tune up and ABS sensor. The cost was roughly $650. I said "if that's what I need to get me back up and running, lets do it". Later that same day I was told that they couldn't get the part until the next day so I would have to be without my vehicle for another day. Again, what choice did I have.. The next day, I received a call stating that "your car is all done and running like a champ". I picked it up and on my way home I lost acceleration and the same exact dash lights re-appeared. Afraid to drive any further, I parked the car and found another way home. The following morning I called the shop and was told "that's impossible" yet here I was without a vehicle. I returned the vehicle to them (now on a Saturday morning), waited all day and did not receive any phone call. I was able to contact the general manager at 4:55 - 5 minutes before closing and he said the car would be switching locations on Monday but not to fear as they would "take care of me". Again, what choice did I have? Monday comes and no phone calls so once again I contacted them. I was told the car was in good hands with their Master Technician. A few hours later I was contacted and told to take my vehicle to Honda. When I asked about the $650 I spent and all the time lost I was told "your ABS light is no longer lit" to which I replied, "it never was lit!" They offered nothing in return for my money spent and time lost. I was told that if I ever come back, they would "take care of me".Why would I ever come back to a place that charged me for work I did not need. Poor work and poor customer service. This is a copy of my review on google for this terrible shop... Unprofessional tire repair. I dropped off a tire and wheel that i took off my car so literally quick side job for them. Instead of professionally repairing the tire by removing it off the wheel and patching from the inside (15 min job) these guys had the nerves to apply a quick tire plug that is intended for emergency repairs (1 min job) and claim they fixed it. Furthermore, even after expressing my concern for the EXTREMELY LOW QUALITY and potentially even illegal repair method they still insisted on charging a $25 service fee. A tire plug kit is about $5-$7 at a local auto shop and comes with 5 or more tire plugs. I would not recommend this shop to my worst enemy. Please go somewhere else for tire repairs and have the peace of mind your tire will not catastrophically tear up on the highway damaging your car and potentially putting someones life in danger. read more
