Quick quack is a rip off. Don't do the membership. When the station you visit has poor service, the car wash machine constantly loses power when your in the car wash and you report it constantly and cancel your membership, they tell you we can refund your money cause you cancelled your membership 2 days into the next billing cycle. Everything was OK except tire and rim and tire cleaner needs to be fixed.Tires were very dirty after wash.

This used to be a lot better car wash place. I had a more positive review for them but they rarely now offer wipes or dry clothes. Many, many months ago their air pressure fell off by about 90% and it has never been fixed. I've been traveling to the one off Louetta just to get better service but that is growing tiresome. Time to move my membership to the place down the street? Come on Tomball! You are better than this! read more

The vacuums are ALWAYS clogged and usually don't work well, but that's the least of the problems with this company. I recommend you do NOT use this company, especially this location (FM 2920, Spring). If they damage your vehicle they will either ghost you or make promises to pay and leave them unfulfilled. They promise contact within about 72 hours that never happens. They will send you an email claiming they reached out and heard nothing so they are closing the case, but they never did initiate contact. All contact has been initiated by us with zero follow-through by QQ. Several years ago they promised to replace a $600 driver's mirror that their machines broke. They didn't. They broke the rear wiper off my husband's company car and have done nothing but send aforementioned "case closed" email that we had to reply to stating they did not reach out and have done nothing but ignore us. They are AWFUL! Drive Dirty - you're better off. I'd give zero stars if I could. read more

I went to get my car washed this morning and the water smelled TERRIBLE! It was absolutely disgusting! I have no idea why the water smelled like sewage! The smell even lingered inside my car so I had to air it out! read more

I submitted my information as requested and never received a response. If you don't mind paying full price for half of the wash system being in operation, no air, dirty parking lots, and vacuums that sometimes work then this is your place. read more

Not a great place to get a wash... overpriced to have my mirrors knocked around during the washing. Then come out to vacuum and noticed the whole backside of my truck wasn't even cleaned. The vacuums are so powerful that they left scratch marks inside my interior. read more

The co-owner was there, very nice (BTW...he's a hottie) I liked it so much I became a MEMBER they have unlimited wash packages for a monthly prepaid starting at BASIC $14.99/CLEAN $19.99/SHINE $24.99/PROTECT $29.99 depending on what wash you like. Well let me start by saying I've NEVER been an automated carwash person simply because of the horror stories I've heard about the machines but I can say I'm very pleased with this experience! Probably moreso with the staff at this location, George over there is one of the nicest and most helpful managers I've ever met! The added bonus of having the free vacuum cleaners and the airguns, by the way I'm so glad someone finally added these, is simply worth the monthly membership alone! Anyways if you're looking at a carwash and live in the Spring area I highly recommend giving these guys a try! read more

Best Car wash around....great employees and service

Saturday I decided to go and take my car to get a car wash. As I'm pulling in the car wash my car gets all soapy and the machine stops. The lady in front of me was able to pull forward and get out my point forward unfortunately the staff there that I did not want to deal with moving those things that spin out of the way they told me to back out so I did and the entire thing ripped off my half of my front bumper that I JUST HAD FIXED.. The staff there that they watched it happen decided not to say anything to me they asked me to move over so they could hose all the soap off my car. The young girl hosed all the soap off my car seeing all the damage that was on my car still didn't say a word told me to have a nice day and here's a free towel. I didn't notice until I got out of my car to dry off the car then she told me that her manager will call me tomorrow I still haven't heard a word and it's been 2 days. Very disappointed and annoyed with the staff at the wash that day. read more

Okay, so this is not a representation of all Quick Quack's in the area, but after coming here for their free car wash a few times in different cars when they first opened, I decided to bring my own car here for a free wash. I've been to the location that is near the Citgo off of 2920 and Falvel and had great washes, so I figure a free one from the new location couldn't hurt. Despite being packed to the brim and a portion of 2920 lined up with cars waiting to enter Quick Quack, the service was pretty quick and I didn't have to wait long. I'm not sure what grade of car washing I got, whether it was the cheapest or most expensive version, but my car came out really clean. Not only did they clean my car but they also handed out cute little duck whistles and dashboard wipes too! Leaving here, I was very pleased with the service during my visit here. Since I was going home and my car didn't have much to vacuum, I opted out of the free vacuum area and went straight home. It was kind of dark so I didn't think to look at my car. Since that wash I didn't drive the car for a few days, so I never got to look at it or even drive it much. When I finally did take my car out to run some errands, I noticed there were large surface scratches on the hood of my car and a little on the sides. They were circular and I immediately knew it was from the car was I had here. I tried to take pictures, but the quality of the photo was not capturing the scratches on my white car. I'm assuming this was from the speed the cars were being washed at and the bristles from what was used to wash the car. My car is only a few years old, and I was pretty upset from my experience here that I never came back in fear of ruining the paint. Luckily I have people in my family who are good with cars and were able to fix the paint job. Ever since this experience, I have never come back to this location. I have been to other car wash places and other Quick Quacks and my car comes out fine. I am writing this review to inform those to just be weary of this particular Quick Quack location. read more

I have a membership and use it, OFTEN, for one because it's so affordable and convenient and two, because I have 3 and 1 year old sons who love going through the car wash and helping mommy vacuum. Well, while switching from driver to passenger side, my 3 year old shut the doors and the 1 year old hit the lock button. FROM THE INSIDE. Keys in the car (car off, no air) phone in the car, baby locked inside, it was terrifying and traumatic all at once. I ran to the office where the manager, Dane, immediately ran out to help, called firefighters, ambulance, police, AAA just to see who could get to us the quickest while I was doing anything I could to be there and try to comfort my baby from outside the window (seconds away from trying to smash the window in myself =\). He ended up using his own AAA for me, brought out water from the office, was just every single bit of helpful when he didn't have to be and went WAY above and beyond for us. It was totally unexpected and we are SO grateful for Dane!! read more

I had a pleasant experience at this car wash location and felt truly welcomed by a young lady (I think her name was Grace or Gracie). After my wash, I decided to vacuum my car and she came around to offer me a wipe for the inside of my car and asked if she could assist me with anything else. Apparently, the water is recycled and used again or they have access to reclaimed water. The smell was so bad i had to go to another Quick Quack to wash it again and that didn't completely remove the smell. It took another wash to get that horrible smell off my brand new truck. Maybe recycled water and/or reclaimed water is normal for a carwash and maybe they just replace it before it gets to the point of smelling bad, but that wasn't the case here. It reminds me of reclaimed water in Florida for those who are familiar with that god awful smell. First time with this experience but needless to say I avoid this location now, which is unfortunate because of convienence. read more
