I think the remodel is great and functions well at this location. I often come here after shopping at Costco and was my car because it's super convenient (almost like they chose this spot intentionally lol). The employees are always nice and friendly. I think they could smile a bit more though. Sometimes they look like they sooo don't want to be working lol. I am always well pleased with the wash and the drying. I would love to get a membership but I just don't wash my car enough to pay $22ish a month. I wonder if you guys have ever thought of like a limited monthly pass? Like twice a month only for $15? My only complaint is I haven't always got a dash wipe so I feel I kinda got less of what I paid for those times. read more

We were involved in a 4 car pile up inside the carwash on Saturday. The first car somehow stopped unexpectedly. The employee had piled us in so close together that they were not able to stop the belt until 4 cars had been involved in the pile up. We were the third of four cars and hit the car in front of us 3 times. We were covered in soap and could not see what was happening. When they finally stopped the belt the employee went to his manager. He asked us all to drive out of the car wash to assess the damage and gather information. To make matters worse, they told us we would have to go through the carwash again to wash off the soap or there would be damage to our vehicle. Going back through was the last thing I wanted to do. Today (four days later) we received a call from corporate stating it wasn't the car wash's fault and we would need to file a police report and go through our insurance. I am not sure how this can be our fault as we were inside the car wash in nuetral, covered in soap with zero visibility when the pile up occurred. read more

The child like employee was a complete JERK because I requested a single wash. After I told him multiple times "no" he was RUDE and BELITTLING because I didn't want the expensive membership. The wash will leave your vehicles damaged and swirls in the paint. They say it's touch less but it's not. All they want is a monthly membership sign up. read more

Another CAR DAMAGE review at this location. I would recommend that you stay away. I went to the North Orem location earlier in the day - no problem. A landscaping company was cleaning out the sprinkler system where I work and it got all over my car. I was in the neighborhood later in the day and decided to clean it off. I got halfway through the wash and was stopped with some scraping sound. I was accused of holding on the brake or parking brake. When the car continued to roll through the wash, the scraping sound continued. I got out to find the undercarriage splash plate completely bent and folded over on itself. I arranged for a rental while I figured out what to do as QQ was less than helpful. Lo and behold, the rental company 'may or may not' be aware of other customers needing a rental due to auto damage following a car wash from this place. The Owner called with his offer to make things better by approving a free month of washes... to replace a part that will cost $700 to repair that would absolutely have to go to arbitration (because of the agreement you sign when you use their services)... How generous... I know nobody looks at reviews BEFORE signing up, but I would highly recommend that you don't use this particular location. read more

Quick Quack Car Wash is alright at other locations, and I have used them for over a year, but my first experience at the Spanish Fork location will be my last. There is something different about the equipment at this location and they bent my rear wiper blade beyond repair. I asked the attendant what to do about it, and then they put me in the systematic run-around system. "Contact QQCW online," they say, so I file a report online. Zero response for over a week. I then do the chat feature online and they say to go back to the location the damage occurred. Run-around, run-around. Don't damage your car. Avoid the Spanish Fork location. And know that the whole QQCW system is designed to blow you off if they damage your car! These people are pathetic. Zero ethics. read more

This was a great visit. They are doing the whole grand opening thing with good deals. Yes, I bought the yearly membership. It was just too good of a price to resist. Even though it is on a busy street it is still surprisingly easy to get in and out of. The person who greeted us was nice, told me about the specials and answered all my questions... and I had a few since I was definitely interested in the special prices they had for various things and I needed to decide if (and which) single wash to buy or which membership to buy. If you read this before their introductory deal goes away for the yearly membership, just drive right there and get it. Especially if you wash 2 cars, the price is outstanding. The car wash did a good job, I liked the tire shine and it has been on my truck for the last 5 days and still looking good. Vacuums worked well and I like that they have the two different vacuum ends to reach skinny places or just get the stuff up in the larger spots. While vacuuming, the owner walked about checking on customers and I was included. It was nice to meet him and always makes one feel welcome getting greeted by the owner. He also told me that compressed air would be in the day after for blowing out cup holders and such so that will even be better. If you have kids in the car, make sure they watch for the duck in the wash! lol. Been through twice now and got a dashboard wipe each time. Quite handy. So yeah, 5 stars for everything. read more

This car wash was great! It is a car wash so there isn't a whole lot that needs to be said. You drive up and get in line and the line moved very quickly. A staff member will meet you and you will tell them which carwash you are wanting and then you will pay. The staff was kind and efficient. You then turn the corner and pull into the car wash. A staff member will direct you forward and into the car wash tunnel. They will sign to you when to stop and put your car in neutral. After that, it is smooth sailing! My kids loved it! We don't go through car washes very often so it is quite exciting when we do. My car was quite dirty and now it is sparkly clean - I love it! Something really cool that Quick Quack does is free car washes when it rains so save your receipt because if it rains within the next 48 hours you can go back and get a free car wash. read more

I'm displeased with the place they offered me a deal for $19.96 for washes til the end of the year. Which was great then offered a discount on another car added for a total of a little less than $30. Well I finally just received a notice that they tried to charged my account 44.99 twice. They didn't get the second one. But still charged me the $44.99. Cooperate did nothing to offer any compensation for this. They need to better train QUALIFIED people. read more

Steer clear, at least if your car is more than 4 years old. I took my 2014 Ford F150 through this car wash and it ripped the running board off the drivers side of the vehicle. The manager wrote up an incident ticket and said I should hear from someone within 3 business days. Didn't happen. I contacted them and was told that the owner had been out ill and they would get back to me shortly. I heard back from the manager that had filled out the incident report and he said that it looked to them like it was a after-market product and so they weren't responsible. Also that it couldn't have been their equipment since I had done the basic wash and so the tire scrubber that they had assumed was what caught my running board wouldn't have even been engaged. But to show what great people they are they would give me a months free washes. I assured him that running board was OEM and he referred me to a corporate contact to pursue it further. Corporate said that the running board (which has three settings, out, in and auto) shouldn't have been deployed. Since you have the option of running with them out I argued that that was irrelevant. Last thing they said was that they have a sign out front as you drive up that says they are not responsible for damage to any vehicle more that 4 years old. Although I don't live in Utah, I come down fairly regularly to visit family. I have been through other Quick quack locations, as well as Wiggy wash and Supersonic, also car washes where I live. Never had an issue at any of them. I can only assume that there is something about this location that is problematic. Anyway, long story short, I had planned on going to the Wiggy wash in town, but saw this one as I was driving and pulled in. Won't make that mistake again. read more

Not a fan. Price is higher than others. Does not do great on large trucks and that's after the 2 point turn to get in the bay without scuffing your sidewalls. Poor entry design. Poor use if space. Vacuume seems to have less power the other places. The kicker for me was one morning trying to get a wash before work. 815. No one in line. The worker was talking to a person in a car not in line.. this person looked at me several times but there I sat. 10 minutes and nothing. I left and the employees did not even look up. I took my wife's brand new 2016 Chevy tahoe through their car wash the day we bought it for $52,000 and got home and noticed it ripped off the factory roof rack. Dealer wants $879 to fix it. Life got busy finally went In To talk to the manager who was immediately denying responsibility i knew leaving they were not going to be any help. The place is new and does an excellent job of washing the outside and underneath of my car. They are across the street from many shops, which I like because I can shop and get the car washed all at the same location. After using Quick Quack once, I purchased the monthly pass. It's an excellent deal to be able to wash my car whenever it gets dirty for one monthly price. Vacuums are provided to clean the interior and they are strong. The car is blown dry after the wash, but I personally like to also dry it off with a towel - inside the doors, etc. No towel is provided so I bring my own. The price is excellent. I am very pleased with the service and friendly staff. read more

I am FURIOUS! I literally left the Quick Quack Car Wash in Spanish Fork, Utah 15 minutes ago. Last month I took my car through their wash for the first time. When I got home, I noticed their car wash missed the total middle-front portion of my car. I took my car back today and the same result. I pulled back in to show the attendant what had happened and how awful the front end of my car looks from not getting washed. His response: "Ya, we know. Our system is a very high end system but it does miss the front of some cars like this". I said, "Not acceptable, what are you going to do about it?" His response: "there is nothing we can do about it but don't feel bad, it happens to the back of some cars too". I couldn't believe what I was hearing! I said: "then I certainly wouldn't consider this a high end anything! I then explained to him that I have gone to Wiggy Wash and do most of my washes 25 miles away at the Super Wash and their washes have never left my car(s) only partly cleaned and this was unacceptable! His response: "I don't blame you, I understand". Odd response! I then pointed to the Quick Quack sign so prominently displayed that states "satisfaction guaranteed or we'll wash your car again". I once again expressed my dissatisfaction and told him they need to take down that sign because it is FALSE ADVERTISING and no one has offered to was my car again and I'm definitely dissatisfied! His response" Well, we could send you through again but all we can do is just spray more bug spray remover on the front of your car but that's really not going to do anything, so you'd have to wash it by hand after that anyways". My response: "So you mean to tell me that I am paying for the $15 highest price-best wash you have and this is the result and I'm supposed to just accept that?!" His response: "Yup, pretty much, there's just nothing we can do". Hmmm, ok. My response: "Well, we better think of something because this is completely unacceptable". His response: "Well, we do have a shorter car wash here, so you can go up to the next town and try their wash". My response: "What does the length have to do with anything?! I can go through the $5 gas station car wash that is one-third the size of this wash and it comes out looking better than this and doesn't miss the front or back end of any of my cars!" His response: "Well, sorry, there's just nothing we can do". I proceeded to tell him that Quick Quack will never stay in business when they have Wiggy Wash and Super Wash popping up all around each other. His response: "Yah and we're building them all over the place too!" My reply: "You're missing my point! Quick Quack can only sell two things; car washes and customer service and you and them are failing miserably in both those areas! If you can't give your customers what you promise, people will just go down the next block to another car wash and you can only loose so many customers this way until you eventually go out of business". His response: "Yah, I don't blame ya. We're all aware of it and there's nothing we can do". I then asked for the name of his manager. His response: "Well, there's nothing he can do either, so...." My response: "that is not what I asked you. What is the name of your manager?" He said: "His name is Sam but there's nothing he can do and he'll just tell you the same thing I am". My response: "Ok then, you can't help me, Sam can't help me. So who can help me?" He said "you'll just have to call Corporate but there's nothing they're going to do either but you can still call them". My response: "I know I can call them but if they don't care either, then I'll just go online and anywhere else I need to go to start posting negative reviews of my experience with Quick Quack car wash!" He said: "Ya, I understand and I don't blame ya". I was in shock! Completely discouraged I told him "I have a whole bunch of washes left and I would like to get my money back". Again, I was told there was nothing they could do--call Corporate. I looked at him and said "I've owned my own company for 30 years and if I or any of my employees ever talked to customers the way you are talking to me or if we couldn't provide the service that we promise or guarantee, we would have been out of business years ago!" He replied: "I understand" and I quickly said "No, I don't think that you do! With that, I pulled out of their parking lot with my PARTIALLY CLEANED car as I passed their signage that states "Our CLEAN CAR GUARANTEE means you always look good & leave happy".
