The quality for the value is amazing and the additional amenities available to customers was something I've never seen before. At the vacuum station they had a wide head and thin head vacuum, an air compressor, cleaning spray, and reusable microfiber towels at your disposal. The towels smelled really good and they were slightly wet, which helped wipe up any residual dirt around the car. Overall, great experience. I know Tagg-N-Go is a chain, I can't speak for the other locations, but I would definitely recommend and revisit this location.

The vacuums are frequently broken or simply don't work at all, which is frustrating when you're paying for a full car wash experience (pass). On multiple visits I've had to try several stalls just to find one that actually works. Another concern is the smell coming from the water during the wash cycle. Recently it has had a moldy or musty odor, which makes me question how well the equipment and water systems are being maintained.

We were the third of four cars and hit the car in front of us 3 times. We were covered in soap and could not see what was happening. When they finally stopped the belt the employee went to his manager. He asked us all to drive out of the car wash to assess the damage and gather information. To make matters worse, they told us we would have to go through the carwash again to wash off the soap or there would be damage to our vehicle. Going back through was the last thing I wanted to do. Today (four days later) we received a call from corporate stating it wasn't the car wash's fault and we would need to file a police report and go through our insurance. I am not sure how this can be our fault as we were inside the car wash in nuetral, covered in soap with zero visibility when the pile up occurred.
