    We were involved in a 4 car pile up inside the carwash on Saturday. The first car somehow stopped…read moreunexpectedly. The employee had piled us in so close together that they were not able to stop the belt until 4 cars had been involved in the pile up. We were the third of four cars and hit the car in front of us 3 times. We were covered in soap and could not see what was happening. When they finally stopped the belt the employee went to his manager. He asked us all to drive out of the car wash to assess the damage and gather information. To make matters worse, they told us we would have to go through the carwash again to wash off the soap or there would be damage to our vehicle. Going back through was the last thing I wanted to do. Today (four days later) we received a call from corporate stating it wasn't the car wash's fault and we would need to file a police report and go through our insurance. I am not sure how this can be our fault as we were inside the car wash in nuetral, covered in soap with zero visibility when the pile up occurred.

I think they could smile a bit more though. Sometimes they look like they sooo don't want to be working lol. I am always well pleased with the wash and the drying. I would love to get a membership but I just don't wash my car enough to pay $22ish a month. I wonder if you guys have ever thought of like a limited monthly pass? Like twice a month only for $15? My only complaint is I haven't always got a dash wipe so I feel I kinda got less of what I paid for those times.

I pay for the premium wash so I expect a good clean when I done! Understanding this wash is probably the oldest in their company lately I have found that some of the equipment is not working as should. My last trip the entry jet sprayer not oscillating, the 4 side brushed not working. Specifically went in to remove some bird droppings from the vehicle and when finished the bird mess was still present down the side of the vehicle! Not the first time! Pretty frustrating. Need some maintenance help or newer equipment! Have been committed to Wiggy Wash but I drive past two newer Car Washes to get there. Please see if this issue with equipment can be resolved so I don't have to move on! Thanks!!

It feels like management is no longer maintaining the property the way they used to. The vacuums are frequently broken or simply don't work at all, which is frustrating when you're paying for a full car wash experience (pass). On multiple visits I've had to try several stalls just to find one that actually works. Another concern is the smell coming from the water during the wash cycle. Recently it has had a moldy or musty odor, which makes me question how well the equipment and water systems are being maintained.

However when pulling up and waiting in the cash/credit lane one of the employees were in mid conversation with someone in the car at the start of the lane, the barrier raised but they did not move. The conversation kept going on for a rather long time and due to the body language it did not seem like a professional or business related conversation. The employee looked back and saw me and the extending line multiple times but did not stop his conversation. When finally they did move I found the employee, (Dylan or David, his name started with a D for sure) I found he was a manager. When I asked if there was any reason that took so long, thinking there was a complication or a business related question he sharply told me "We were having a conversation" in a rather rude voice. He was very sharp and clearly upset with me just being there so I didn't say anything out of being so put off and uncomfortable by this interaction. If this was a new employee or an exhausted teenager's first job I would have understood the attitude via lack of experience. But I would have never expected this behavior from a manager. Everything else was fine, my car still has debris on it, my windshield is still dirty, the vacuum couldn't get all of the dirt, and there was no clear area to report the rude behavior, and the expected time to use the vacuums was 10 minutes which felt incredibly too short. Im tired and frustrated and do not think I will be returning anytime soon.
