The good thing is they have a main level gas station for regular sized vehicles and an upper one for larger trucks, semis, and RVs. They also have an RV dump station which can cause traffic clogging after holiday weekends. They have electric charging stations. The employees are usually quite friendly. Overall this is a good place to have a travel rest at.

And we are an oversized load and require 2 spaces to accommodate the load we are carrying. You allow a truck to park in a non existent space between us and the tractor trailer next to us. I have no issues bringing in DOT or the local fire and police authorities to handle the concerns we are currently having with Loves Management and uniform application of parking. We have been parked here all day awaiting permits and not one single employee or driver has been non understanding of our over dimensional load being parked double. Yet your manager will walk out here and insist he is just. His truck will fit easily into the car/truck parking in the front. He isn't carrying a load, doesn't have a trailer and literally doesn't have any of his DOT licensing displayed. So again how do you even know he is a commercial vehicle. Looks like a work truck to me. Police or don't police the parking lot but don't come out here and walk past 6 trucks parked in a red zone to come get involved if you aren't going to uniformly apply your own rules.

I even said, "Oh, thank you so much," and she didn't respond. If the store was closed, I completely understand and would have had no problem being told that at the door. But opening the door to let me in and then making loud, passive-aggressive comments about me being there felt unnecessary and unprofessional. It was a really uncomfortable experience especially since I tried to check on maps and they did not have their hours listed and they didn't have an obvious sign that I could see with their hours. Next time I'll go to any of the other gas stations in the same radius.
