He then told me the COST OF THE SERVICE IS $340. No itemized invoice, nothing. Guy just came up with the number on the spot and pulled out his credit card swiping machine. Literally an unbelievable scam. I can't believe I paid these guys this much to do what was essentially the credit card swipe on the door latch. The technician was kind and efficient but GOOD GOD, do not hire these people unless you want to just light your wallet on fire. UPDATE: I just called 3 other locksmiths in the area and was told this service costs $89 - $120. I'm currently filing a complaint with the BBB.
