The first time I used this service I was a little nervous, since I am a woman and I was traveling really early in the morning around 5:00am, but after reading all the positive reviews, I figured I give it a shot. I drove into the parking lot and the shuttle followed me to my car. The driver got out and helped me with my luggage from my trunk, which I greatly appreciated. He dropped me off at my airline station, and also assisted me with my luggage. On my return flight from Tucson, I was not sure where to go to find the shuttle, but it is really easy: it is right outside baggage claim. You'll probably see the shuttles lined up and ready to drive people. You just hop in; I waited a few minutes for a couple more people, but no more than five minutes and we were on the way. A different driver this time helped me with my luggage at the airport, but did not help me at the garage as did the driver on my arrival. I tipped both drivers, and everyone else in the bus also tipped. Tipping, of course, is optional. The service and the price for parking is quite cheap; it seems too good to be true. Everyone that works here is nice. I have since used this parking service each time I take a flight out of Tucson. TIP: Make sure you store the parking ticket/business card in a safe spot! I am not talking about the ticket when you enter the parking lot (that one you can leave in your car), but the one the driver gives you. The driver writes the location of your car on it, so when you return, the shuttle can drop you off right at in front of your car. read more

The parking lot was 100% full for the Trump rally at the airport. At first they were charging customers as they left, but they realized customers would've been waiting hours to get out of the lot if they had continued collecting fees. The owners took a big loss and opened the gate allowing customers to leave without having to pay! While you took a huge loss in revenue, thank you for opening the gate to free parking so everyone could get out sooner! Thank you! read more

I have used Quick Park twice now for my airport parking needs and I can only say great things. They multiple lots and a fair number of covered spaces. We were told last time that they have plans to significantly increase their covered area. Once you find a spot a bus will come pick you up to take you to the airport. Both times I have waited only a few minutes and was greeted by a friendly driver. Love that the driver gave me a card which he then wrote in both the parking lot as well as my personal space number. How many times have you forgotten where you parked only to cruise up and down aisles hauling your luggage? The ride to the airport is quick and you get dropped off right at the gate. Upon your return, if a bus is not waiting in the Quick Park spot just give the phone number on the card they gave you a call. Again, they will be there in just a few mins and drop you off directly at your parking spot. I think the prices were $3.99/day, but they have a coupon on their website for a discount to $3.59/day. This seems to be pretty similar to other lots on the area. As a whole, this is some of the cheapest airport parking I have ever seen. We did the math and would have to leave the car in the lot for more than 10 days for it to be worth using the local Stagecoach (we live near Ina and Oracle). read more

Very happy with their service. Just show up, get your ticket, ride the shuttle to the airport, when you return give them a quick call, and hop on the shuttle back. There was shaded parking and the amount was pretty cheap considering it would have cost me over 20$ to uber/get a cab one way. Remember to tip the driver. read more

LOVED Quick Park while living in Tucson and used it every time I had to drive myself to the airport. It was cheap, reliable, and (to live up to its name) Quick! They also offer a LOT of covered parking (I believe it has been expanded since the post below mine). I easily found covered spaces on several occasions. The other review is also spot-on about price - only $3.99 per day but $3.59 per day if you bring in the internet coupon, which I think I used 3 or 4 times. It's hardly ever crowded so when you drive in, they bring the shuttle to your car, write you a card with your spot number, and drive you the 3 minutes it takes to get to the airport, right up to your gate. Drivers are always friendly and helpful. Upon arriving back in Tucson, I don't think I ever waited more than 5-10 minutes for a shuttle to pick me up, though it was usually waiting when I arrived. Highly recommend using this place - you can't beat it! read more

Excellent place to park. All covered parking, self park. Very quick shuttle to and from the airport which is very close. I've been here twice, parking is always available. Most of the drivers are very courteous. I only ran into one driver on night shift that was not very happy and showed it. He was short and curt because I had walked to the shuttle without taking note of the spot number I parked in. He had to look behind the car next to the shuttle to take note of the spot. This driver complained on and off about things on the way to the airport. He ended up writing down the wrong spot so the return driver had a little trouble finding my car. I understand everyone has a bad day, but it's inappropriate to complain in front of your customers. Other than the one driver, my experiences with this place have been nothing but positive. I have used Quick Park for 10 years always with great service but today was exceptional service. I had started my morning at 3am only to arrive at my car late afternoon to realize my key fob wouldn't start my car. My driver Said got the door unlocked and figured out how to start my car. I used this service last week. My car was safe and they were quick to pick us up when our flight arrived at 11:30pm. But my main reason for writing this review was that after a very tiring trip and late arrival, I left my carry-on in the shuttle. I did not realize this until 6 days later when I went to get my jewelry. I panicked as I realized I had left it in the shuttle. My carry on contained 2 very expensive handbags, my jewelry and expensive shoes. I called and was asked to describe bag and contents, they said it was there and that I had to pick up from the supervisor. To my surprise EVERYTHING was in there. After about a week I was so thankful. Such an honest company and employees. I highly recommend this place. read more

Umm...this place is more dependable than friends or family even. Holy crap, they were waiting at the airport when I arrived after 10:30pm on a Sunday. I didn't have a covered spot, but that's not a huge deal just for a couple days-it is Arizona, after all. The automated system wasn't working, but I still used the service without a hassle and was in and out, both dropping off and picking up within minutes. I have used Quick Park for years, but never again!! Last night I arrived back at my truck after a 24 hour trip. When I put my ticket in the machine to pay out, it wouldn't work. There was a problem with the way the ticket was printed at the time I parked. The attendant agreed that the problem was the way the ticket was printed, but said that the only way I could leave the lot was to pay a $15 "lost ticket" fee. She agreed that I had not lost my ticket, but claimed that there was no procedure for that. She wouldn't open the gate. I insisted that she call the manager. After 30 minutes of hassle, I finally convinced her that I wasn't going to pay the "lost ticket" charge. She reluctantly let me out, but warned that there will be an "investigation" about why the ticket they issued didn't have the right bar code. Life is too short to do business with people who act like that. Quick Park lost a long-time customer!!! And, I will be sharing my story with my friends. read more

Used this lot many times with no issues. This last time they double charged me. Called the lot1 manager and he tells me there is no way that happened. Now he wants me to email him my bank statement to prove that it really happened. Seriously? He was very rude and needs to do his job and look at his own records and see the same card with back to back charges and give my money back! read more

I just got done talking to the customer service rep. After I told him what happened to me with my battery being dead and the shuttle service wouldn't jump my car and someone breaking into my vehicle and they still charge me 70 dollars to park. The only thing the rep told me was that he own the company And he's been in business since the 1980s and there was nothing he could do about it ....don't park here! read more

terrible service. Vans are very old. New Van's are VERY difficult to get into and out of. Suitcases are thrown in the back of van actually broke one of my golf clubs. I have used them many times with no changes in services. I have called the owner several times and he has yet to call me back. If you use them good luck. read more

Be aware that you need a printed receipt. We called and they told us we did not need one and then we did. They need to make it obvious before you pay that the printed copy is needed as sometimes it's hard to get when you're traveling. read more

Deserves a 0 rating. Had my motorcycle license plate stolen here. When I realized it was gone, when I got home, I had called the company to check with the employees. I asked them to check the video cameras or if they had seen anything suspicious and they did not give me the time of day. The gentleman that I was talking to basically brushed it off like it was not their fault and they would not even do a check for me to see what had happened. He then said he had customers and had no time to talk to me. Luckily, the plate only costs $5 to replace. When issues arise this company does not help. 0-star from me if possible. read more

What good does it do to provide fast shuttle service if it takes over 30 minutes to exit the parking lot? Tonight (September 8, 2013 at 9:30 PM), I was the 6th person in the exit line, and I sat there for 31 minutes before exiting. The one cashier had zero sense of urgency, and there were at least six cars after me. Neither of the two shuttle drivers who were standing around did anything to help expedite the exit line-- it simply was not in their job description, I guess. I have never tried this parking lot before but I have a coupon for 50 cents off per day so I thought I would give it a try when I tried to use the coupon the employee did not know how to use it and called the manager the manager tried to tell me that the coupon was no longer valid but there was no expiration date on the coupon the manager just kept repeating that the coupon was not valid without giving any explanation whatsoever I will never park here again read more

You would be wise to contact this company about the total parking fee before parking there. The $1.59 internet coupon helps but add onto that a surcharge (airport tax) and sales tax (AZ tax). When you exit the lot, count your change before leaving--I was shortchanged. Despite the Quick Park manager promising several times to send me a refund and my mailing him the receipt per his request, he never did. read more

We have always had nice service and very friendly employees, quick shuttles to and from the airport. Today I arrived to park my car. I waited for my husband to come to pick me up for a bite before my flight. A shuttle driver pulled up behind me so I got our of the cart to let him know I was not in need of a ride. Before I could tell him he angrily blurted, "Are you going to the airport today or tomorrow"? He had not been sitting there any longer than 15 seconds. I was not out of my car and there were no bags outside my car. Why he felt he had to be nasty is beyond me. Please bring back friendly drivers!! read more

Parked our vehicle at lot 3 for about a week. They are quick to pick up, drop off and the prices are good. When we picked up the vehicle it had a flat tire on one side and scrapes from another vehicle on the other side. The tire had a slash in the side wall which appears to be caused from a knife. Overall damage to the tires and vehicle exceeded $1000; not cheap parking for one week. We even parked close to the exit booth, although this didn't seem to make any difference on the vehicle damage. read more

arrived 12 noon on Dec. 29. Dutifully waited until bags were secure before calling at 12:20. LOOOOOOOng ring before female answered. Said van was there; it wasn't. Promised that the van would be there. Called second time 25 minutes later. Another LOOOOOOng ring before answering. Again promised immediate pickup. Waited another 25 minutes, called third time. LOOOOOOng ring before answering, while threatening to take a taxi to lot and deducting it from parking fee two additional customers using Quick Park arrived. We were the only customers at pick up area. Driver appeared while speaking to "unattendant" the third time. Later learned only one driver working and they were waiting for two additional customers before coming to airport. Refused to credit the 45 minute wait from my billing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PARKING SERVICE. read more

After almost five years of parking here at least once or twice a month while I was traveling for work, I will not be back. Last night, after a very hard day of travel with multiple delays I was shuttled to my car as usual but when I approached the window to pay, I was told that their credit card machine was broken and I would have to pay cash. I told them this was not a cash business and that I did not have enough cash for the amount due. It was recommended that I call someone to take me to a bank or to walk to an ATM machine at the convenience store up the street. When I responded that I would not do that but that I could write a check I was told that my check would not be accepted. Then I was told that I could not be let out until I paid in cash. After about 25 minutes of multiple calls to the "manager" I suggested that the run my payment through at one of the other lots up the road. Eventually they had a shuttle driver take me to one of the other lots and then they insisted that I had to exit through the shuttle entrance and exit since my bill would not appear as paid at this lot. Mind you I am a regular. The shuttle drivers recognize me. The cashier recognizes me and yet their was absolutely no accountability on their part that they were functioning without a working credit card machine. Quick Park has lost my business for good. And I do not recommend that anyone park at any of their lots unless it is a one-time occasion and customer service means nothing to you. read more

This used to be my GO TO parking service, Used ONLY this quick, convenient, safe service for years. But I think I am going to have to find a new one. First they got rid of their incentives, like park xx times get one free, then they raised their rates (to pay for all the covered parking I am sure), and they JUST got rid of the coupon which made the increase in rates almost palatable. When I called to ask where the coupon was, the girl said 'we don't do coupons." I said "Yes you do it is why i have been parking there for YEARS." She insisted they don't do them...whatever...they DID until at least 2 months ago. Then last week, I left an envelope on the seat of the shuttle. I called the office as soon as I got off the shuttle and just got the runaround on whether someone could please just drop it is in the mail. It was a BILL, already stamped...."Uh we don't have a mail box" was the first response I got. I asked if someone please just could drop it in the box across the street on their way home. She didn't know - it would probably be in the lost and found when I got back. GEE thanks, it is a BILL and by the time I get back it will be three weeks late. I called back later as instructed for the supervisor...and the same girl told me, uhh he's not in today....come on!! Yeah, I'm sorry QPQS, but I may be parking somewhere else for my trips from now on. Parking is FINE, the van drivers are awesome, but customer service in the office on the rare occasion it is needed would be appreciated. read more
