It is very big and isolated and the incident happened within less than 2 hours. I can only move my car during certain times of that day to a different parking lot, but to make matters worse, I am only allowed to move back to my original parking lot between 11 pm and 7 am the next business day. Most of the time I need get up at the buttcrack of dawn to move my car back before I get a ticket. One day, I had forgotten there was a basketball game at night because I did not receive a reminder email stating that I needed to move my car. However, I did get a warning email that told me I had 10 minutes to move my car before I got either a ticket or towed. I was on the other side of Tucson, and it would take me 30 minutes to even get to my car. I was FREAKING OUT. At the bottom of that email, it said that if I need to make accommodations, then I should call the provided number. I called and told them I would need an additional 20 minutes to move my car, but that I was already on my way. They said I would be fine and that they would put something on my account that says I am on my way. So I was feeling good until I got to my car and saw the ticket sitting on my windshield. I immediately moved my car and called them, but they told me that I would've gotten a ticket no matter what because I was late. The office is SO dumb. They made it seem like I was lying when I said they told me it was okay. They should make all their rules clear and tell people before they even buy their permit that they need to move their car because the University of Arizona doesn't have student-specific parking.

They say they're completely full, yet they have space to relocate my entire garage on game days and events. Not to mention, on game days, you have to move your car between 2 and 4 pm that day-they don't care if you have class-and it has to be back at that garage between 11 pm THAT NIGHT and 7 am the next day. So either I have to move it back after 11 because I'm not allowed in the garage before that, and walk across campus alone after dark, or wake up at 6 am to move my car because otherwise I will be fined or TOWED, which has happened before because no one cared that I was sick and couldn't move my car at 6 in the freaking morning. Not to mention, I've called once or twice asking about an update, because I was told my situation was temporary and they would get me in somewhere else-a lie- and the people were SO rude. Acting like I'm ignorant for calling because I would get an email about getting off the waitlist. Like maybe I just wanted to call and check because it's been three months and I still have to walk 20 minutes across campus just to get to my car when I could name at least 8 closer lots and garages that always have open spots?? Like I hate this office wow.

Well, it's just a streetcar stop, so there isn't a ton to say, but I think it's the best one! I…read morelove the Mercado, so even though we don't park here to hop on to the streetcar, we always do the loop to get here so we can have a walk through the Mercado. Additionally, the stop is always clean, it looks the most "upscale" (the neighborhood/area is safe, too), it has some cool art at it, and the streetcar usually pauses for a minute or two so you're not likely to just miss it (it's a common place for the driver to get up and stretch). Even though we don't park here to hop onto the streetcar, there's tons of parking around for other streetcar passengers to park at (the parking doesn't say it's for Mercado only, so I assume parking for the streetcar is ok). It's all very close to the stop, so it's super convenient. I love this streetcar stop, it's peaceful and exactly how they all should look in a nice city.
