I parked in Lot 2 for six days. When I returned, I got my luggage and went to the shuttle pickup spot. The shuttle was already there, so there was no wait and no need to call. The driver had me to my car quickly, even though I was the last one to be dropped off. read more

I parked in lot 3 on 9/9/26 at 5:06 AM. It was dark and no one was there. I tried a phone number posted within the lot but it was not for Quick Park. At 86, the walk to the airport was exhausting. I looked up the number for Quick Park and called them when I returned on 9/14/26 to request a ride and the man must have been stressed out because he screamed at me. He kept telling me that he needed to see the card given to me on 9/9/26 and I kept telling him that there was no one there to give me a card. My receipt showed 9/10/26 to 9/14/26 but It should have been 9/9/26 to 9/14/26. The total on the receipt was $22.95 but my credit card statement shows $27.54. How confusing! read more

Quick Park Quick Shuttle - Quick Park - Parking Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

I had been going to that other major covered lot (FP) for the past several years but their prices have really escalated ($9/day)! Quick Park, on the other hand, is a very reasonable $5.49/day so I decided to try them again. I had a 12n departure and rolled in at 11a (love TIA!). There was no gate attendant so I just took the self-service ticket. Note: at FP there is always an attendant and they will also direct you to a row where there is/are known spaces available. After I got my ticket the gate opened and I drove in, passing a shuttle van that had a driver. I caught her eye to be sure she'd chase me down. I drove up/down 3 rows before finding an open spot. The spaces are maybe 6-8 inches narrower than over at FP but not necessarily "tight." Although, if you had a Suburban or full-sized quad cab you'd definitely risk banging doors and vice versa. The overhead roof cover appears to be about the same size as over at FP, that is to say, adequate to fully shade your vehicle. By the time I had my two little bags unloaded, the shuttle I saw upon entering, was pulling up behind my car. She promptly provided me with a "space" ticket and reminded me to give it to the driver upon my return. I placed it in my wallet so that I could quickly find it 5 days later. The ride from any of the area parking lots is less than 5 minutes (did I mention I love our TIA!). Alas, my QP shuttle didn't have a/c working so the front windows were down. Luckily it was only mid-90s and a short drive. My return got delayed and I arrived (along with about 60-70 other passengers) around 1am. The second I got off of the plane I called QP. A driver answered and said he was already curbside (yay)! All was pleasantly uneventful after that. I do need to raise a cautionary flag about some of the other reviews here. There appears to be a legitimate concern about getting a shuttle during late night departures or arrivals. These appear to stem from the unmanned office/gate which has caused several reviewers to become stranded or nearly missing their flights. That is inexcusable. I wish QP would address that - either by explaining here on Yelp or by posting warnings about staffing/hours at the gate itself. For an establishment that unabashedly advertises "24 hours/day" there has to be, at minimum, 24 hour live customer service. Having 24 hour attendant shifts would not only prevent these potential disasters but would likely eliminate the (many) vehicle break-ins and gasoline thefts reported at here. At minimum, add a few 2K cameras as deterrents - they are incredibly inexpensive nowadays. read more

The parking area is secure and shaded from the sun. The shuttle driver was rude. He kept slamming the side door on people as they left. I handed him a dollar as a tip for the 1 minute ride, but he said I needed it more than he did and he threw it back at me. I guess my $120 for 3 weeks of parking wasn't enough. We will find another place to park in the future. On a side nite, his driving was fast and erratic. read more

I'm giving a 2 star review due to the man that picked me up from the Tucson Airport on 8/31/2026 at approximate 10:30 PM. I had called quick park earlier thinking I had lost my paper to pay with and get out of lot 1. I was told that when the driver picked me up he could help me get paid and out of the lot. WRONG this guy was so rude from the minuet I told him about my delemma and what I was told he yelled at people to hurry up get your luggage on and sit down, then when I ask him if he was going to help me he told me to call 520-294-9000 well at 10:30 at night that number was showing busy, when we got to the lot and my car he open the door and he told me get my bag and wanted me off. He was not in the least worried that I might be stuck in the lot. He did not offer to get a hold of anyone, nor did he offer to drop off the rest of the passengers and come back to make sure I had been able to get out. Quick Park doesn't need this type of person representing you. read more

Don't park here! One of the drivers of the shuttle will falsely accuse you of not paying and block your vehicle and become aggressive. Later, the same driver after being proven wrong couldn't even apologize and became verbally aggressive, using vulgar and curse words. Beware he is very unstable and inappropriate. read more

Quick Park Quick Shuttle - Driver trying to hide his face - Parking Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

Easy to park. Uncovered, but not an issue in February and they have covered spots in lots 1 and 2. Very quick transport to and from the airport. When we returned very late at night, our car battery was dead. Called for an Uber but by the time they arrived, the parking lot manager also arrived and gave us a quick jump and we were on our way. Quickly and easily paid for our 6 day stay, which was less than the price of a one way Uber trip. Would happily park here again. read more

I frequently travel for business and personal trips. I always use Lot #1. They are fast and efficient and I never had any issues.

Never had an issue with this business. The shuttle arrives quickly and the driver is always friendly. He was very patient with a lady that called and had no clue where she was parked. Our shuttle went from the most expensive lot where I was parked, then around the corner to the cheaper lot, so next time I'm going to just park there. They had covered parking at both. read more

These guys live up to their name! I am chronically late but never have to freak out longer than 7 or 8 minutes ( and usually less) before the shuttle driver picks me up at my car and whisks me to the airport. I appreciate this service! read more

I've used them over 20 times through the years and they always are reliable and pick me up in short order. Great price and service.

Used Quick Park Quick Shuttle, Lot #2, for the first time on my last trip. They were great. I had just parked when the shuttle arrived and helped me with my luggage. When I was ready to get my car, I called and the shuttle was there within 7 minutes. Again, helped me with my luggage getting it into the car. No hesitation at all! Both times I had Saeed as my driver, he was fantastic. So nice and helpful. Parking was so easy and they drop you directly at your car when returning from the airport, which is very nice. When getting on the shuttle, they give you a card that shows what row, spot # and lot # you parked in. Upon being picked up to at the airport, they ask for this card so they can take you directly to your car. Their system is great. The price to park was great also. Definitely will be using them from now on. The airport parking prices have gotten ridiculous. read more

I recently parked at Quick Park Tucson. While the lots are open 24hrs; the shuttle does NOT operate 24hrs. Shuttle service terminates shortly after the last flt of the day & resumes around 3am, so don't park at 2am unless you plan to walk to the airport or have other means to get to the airport. There are NO signs indicating the shuttle hrs. If you call the shuttle during those hours, you will not get an answer. read more

Easy to find location. I found a great spot (which are covered). Before I even exited my car the van pulled up behind me. The driver handled my suitcase. A quick ride to the SWA terminal, super easy. My return experience was just as simple. The drivers were both quiet and good drivers. It's approximately $5.50 per day. But for covered and secure parking I think it's a good price. read more

Once I found Quick Park #2, I have never used another park and shuttle. Excellent service! The shuttle drivers are courteous and incredibly helpful. I feel safer leaving my car there when I am gone than at home. Thank you Quick Park! read more

You need a zero rating because we had the same problem as Earl. No one answered the phone. It went straight to messages which said mailbox was full. We waited 20 minutes and no bus came through. We had to catch our flight so we paid to get out and went to the next Quik Park to see if we saw a person or a shuttle. Nothing except a trash truck stuck and unable to leave because the arm was down. Of course we didn't pull in and will NEVER use them again. read more

I park here (Lot #2) every time I fly out of Tucson. I never wait more than 5 minutes for the shuttle and drivers are friendly and helpful with luggage. All spaces are covered and I know my car is safe there. Highly recommended! read more

I needed to drive to Tucson airport & leave my car, and instead of paying high airport parking i found this Quick park parking lot system. The lots are half mile to the airport & there is a shuttle service that will pick you up and when you return take you back to your vehicle. The people that work for Quick park have heavy accents, but for most part very nice and helpful except for one guy who works the night shift was a jerk. Wheh i got back i called to ask where do i get the shuttle back to the parking lot because i didn't know where to go. When i called the guy who answered was so rude i told him i landed and i needed a shuttle back to parking lot #1. They have different parking lot options, but i went with Lot#1, being the best option. When you park call the number that is given at the gate have a pen & paper ready to write down the tel#, wait by your car & they will give you a card wirh the location of your car so they know where to drop you off at. 5 days came to $19.81, which is a great price and my car was safe. I gave 4 stars, because the price was right, pay option was straight forward, there were car port coverings, shuttle service, and overall even though the night guy was a jerk everyone else was very nice given the accent. I will most definitely use Quick park again, and next time I'll know exactly what to do and whete to go. read more

Waited about 20 minutes for the shuttle back in 100 degree heat. Would not recommend in the summer.

The attendant needs anger management. I was yelled at for getting out of line to let the cars behind me get out when the machine didn't read my ticket as prepaid. Got yelled at again when he didn't like where I pulled my car up on the 2nd try. Made me back up (and the car behind me) 3 feet because he wouldn't budge from his spot on the sidewalk. Again kept yelling "where you paperwork" over and over. No signage about what to do when there is a problem. This guy (on 6/21) was a serious ass. read more

I made a reservation stating I would be arriving at 3:30 as my flight leaves at 5am. The ticket machine screen was black and not working. I pulled forward as a door was open ahead but no one came out. The crossing arm was down and so I couldn't get in to the parking lot but it was also dark and no lights on or any shuttle bus to be seen. So I reversed and went to another airport parking lot. Won't use them again. read more

Made reservation and parked and the phone number went straight to messages. After 20 minutes there was still no shuttle and no answer on phone. Had to pay our way out of the lot to go to another parking lot to not miss our flight. Will be disputing charge and recommend DO NOT USE THIS LOT read more

Park here ... you be Happy you did! Last month, I flew home on a trip and left my vehicle here at this Quick Park. They were super easy and efficient. This Easy ... Drive in, took a ticket, and found a parking spot. A driver came up, wrote my location on my ticket, reminded me to lock my vehicle and took my bag and drove me to my terminal, and help me with my bag (really didn't need to but was a welcome courtesy). On the way back home, walk over to where the shuttles were ... waited 2 minutes and the driver showed up ... Driver assisted me with my bag and drive me to my exact location on my ticket ... no wandering around trying to find my vehicle. It was nice being able to get to the airport very easily and quickly, I will be using their service again in the future! read more

I recently took a flight from Tucson to Milwaukee. When I returned, I found my car totally intact, as I had left it. However, I had some how misplaced the ticket that I needed to use the automated machine that opened the gate at the exit. This machine calculates your total due, then accepts your credit card and charges you before the gate will open. Well, I spent about 15 minutes searching for the damn little card and could not find it. Mr. Den was on duty at the office and he noticed. He said he had a solution. Because he didn't want to inconvenience me by having to search my entire car for so long. I showed him my itinerary on my cell phone and he charged me based on the dates I had traveled. Would you believe, at that last moment, I suddenly found the card under the Dashmat carpet of my car! Mr Den asked if he could check it in the machine to verify that he did not make an arithmetic error in calculating my fee. Result? Mr Den charged me the correct amount to the penny! $55 for 11 days of covered secure parking. A very reasonable fee. I know it is reasonable because I have checked the prices at other airports around the country. I handed Mr Den three twenties and told him to keep the change as a tip. Thank you Mr Den for your kindness and honest and reliable service. I will continue to use your service in the future whenever I fly from Tucson International Airport. As a side note, I asked Mr Den where he was from and he said Morocco, Africa. I asked him if Morocco was a safe place for me to visit. He replied: "Absolutely safe". I may visit there in the future. But if I go, I will try to call Mr Den for advice on where to stay and suggested activities in Morocco. read more

I parked for 2 weeks at QPQS and Sayid was the driver on my pick-up from the Tucson airport. He was kind, thoughtful and able to juggle not only the passengers getting in the van but those who were calling for info. He also helped people who weren't sure which parking lot they parked in. I always park here when I fly out of Tucson. And I've always had prompt, courteous and affordable service. read more

I had a horrible day and the only thing that went right was where I parked. The shuttle driver and the manager were amazingly kind and accommodating. My car was parked safely in the shade, I did not have to wait for a shuttle either time and the shuttles were clean! The manager was there to help in less than a minute and quickly fixed everything! read more

I parked here because the covered parking at the airport was full. It is monsoon season and there has been a lot of hail within the past week. when I boarded my flight I read reviews and immediately got nervous about theft, damage, etc. When I returned, my car had no issues at all, avoided hail damage, and I noticed the lot was full-it's a pretty popular place. I had a great experience and would park here again. read more

I just returned today from a business trip to Houston which began with an early morning flight to Houston last Monday. The driver and manager of this location is a gentleman named Saeed. I parked and within 30 seconds, Saeed was there in the shuttle to take me to the terminal. He came down from the shuttle and would not let me lift my bags. Incredibly classy guy! When I returned today, I discovered that I had lost the ticket with my parking location. Poor Saeed drove me all over their lot--with incredible grace and without a hint of annoyance--until we found my car. Once more, he would not let me touch my bags. Saeed is the epitome of world class customer service; and as long as he is running things, I would not consider parking anywhere else. A+++++++ read more

I travel frequently an my daughter and I recently flew back in to Tucson from LA. Upon collecting my vehicle, as expected, my car was dirty but intact. However, I had misplaced my automated ticket that would allow me to pay the fees and leave the lot. Unfortunately, I had done this before and they were able to accommodate and I was able to pay with my card at the machine when exiting. THIS TIME, the man at the booth was rude and indicated that only way to get my car out was to pay in cash. When I informed them about my previous experience, he said that they never do that nor have they ever done that and that it was my fault for losing my ticket. I asked to speak with the manager and he indicated that he was the manager. Not only was this man rude but I was forced to walk around to find a working ATM in a bad area of town at 11 PM (the ATM at the gas station nearby was out of service). I was exhausted and very upset about this experience but I paid them the cash and when I asked for a receipt, he indicated that only the machine would be able to give me a receipt. This was by far, the worst experience with Quick Park Shuttle I have ever had! This is enough for me not to EVER use them again. Customers, be ware! read more

Auto thefts from QuickPark lots are not unusual and the company will take no responsibility for your loss. Feels like an inside job to me.
