Today I had an appointment, arrived more than 5 minutes early, and still didn't get to the window (only one person in front of me, mind you), was unable to get the shot because they could not figure out the insurance (which is in the system, I've been coming here for more than a decade!). She couldn't say why, just, 'maam, it is not working.' Utterly incompetent and unbelievably slow. I just don't get why, there were SO many people behind the counter. Avoid if you can.
