Have used their services for a couple of years. What a difference from Dick Hannah. DH was always coming up with something I didn't need. It was amazing that when declined, the car still runs great...but don't want to get on the DH bashing band wagon. They have always been very honest, quick, and have done a great job. Highly recommend using their auto services!

Great fast service. With honest advise and no pressure WiFi , snacks and a free wash

After finding this on my tire, I was relieved that Quick Lane was able to 'quickly' put on a replacement within 10 minutes!

I've been here before and have only had pleasant and prompt service. However, my most recent experience requires me to share it publicly. I recently had to have a tire unexpectedly replaced on my Ford Fiesta due to discovering a deep gash on the sidewall of one of my tires. Unfortunately, the particular size I needed isn't regularly stocked at most tire repair stops. With much of Vancouver Ford directing regular maintenance to Quick Lane, I decided to give them a call on my way home from work (5PM) on a Monday as they are closed on Sundays when I had notice the gash. Fortunately, they have plenty of my tire sizes in stock, on sale, AND they informed me that as long as I arrived before they closed (6PM) they could get me in the same day. I arrived, and Devin, the same person I spoke with on the phone quickly took my information and my tire was changed within 10 MINUTES. I was back home by 6PM, stopping here only being a minor detour. They absolutely when above and beyond to provide high quality and prompt service that I was not expecting. Furthermore, the price I ended up paying was ~$10 cheaper than what he had originally quoted me on the phone. All in all, they made such an inconvenient event turn into a more pleasant experience. I would definitely come back, and recommend this business to friends.

Repair: Differential Gear Shaft Replacement Repair entails: disconnecting brake lines, reconnecting, and bleeding them Cost: $5,335.00 Summary: 3 repair visits and 24 hours out of state emergency brake failure repair Repair 1 p/u date April 14th - failed at 70 miles an hour in Oregon on my way to San Diego, Ca, by the time I got back to Vancouver, WA it was worse than when I first brought in for the repair. Repair 2 p/u date June 4th - failed at 25 miles almost immediately June 9th went into the shop One Last Chance and I Demanded Toyota OEM parts since I learned I paid too much for none OEM parts and they were trying to pressurize the pinion gear themselves, the reason for the immediate failures. Also, stated if this replacement failed, I'd expect all my money back. Repair 3 date July 9th - my brakes lost pressure in early Sunday morning of July 12th on my way to San Diego, Ca. failed in Bakersfield, California at about 8:30 am after driving all night. Paid $395.91 for a 24-hour emergency mechanic to bleed my brakes. Brake Failure Cause: bubbles / air in the rear brake line. Why didn't it fail sooner - low traffic cool night driving, used cruise and to keep myself alert slowing through curves by shutting off cruise and accelerated then restarted cruise while driving through the Oregon and California mountains. What happens when bubbles / air gets in the brake lines: brake fluid heats up and the air expands causing no pressure to your brakes and the pedal goes to the floor.

Backstory: Boyfriend tried to show me how to change my oil on a Ford Explorer, and accidentally emptied some transmission fluid. He realized it immediately so I did not drive it and had it towed to a local car repair shop. I pulled in and he showed me my transmission fluid and told me my transmission was failing in 1st and 2nd gear and it would be $3,000 to replace it. Told me that he didn't think it would drive home. I didn't have the money immediately (SO glad I didn't), so I paid to have the transmission refilled and went home to panic. Made an appt with Bradshaw's in Portland, whom flipped and ran all diagnostics on the transmission and couldn't find anything wrong with the transmission and said it was running great for how high of mileage it is.

I researched transmission shops…read morelong and hard before I went to Bradshaw's, based strictly on the great reviews (and yes, they ARE very nice people). My 2002 Pontiac Trans Am had been over revving, but losing power, as it downshifted to climb hills. A couple thousand dollars later, with multiple sensors replaced, Bradshaw's deemed it repaired. Unfortunately, it malfunctioned exactly the same way on my return home. When I took it back they decided it was the transmission (which we had always thought it would be). $2500+ later, the transmission was rebuilt. On the trip home, more codes came on. More sensors were replaced. In total I spent around $5000.00, ending up with a 24 month/25k mile warranty. Last week, exactly two months after the warranty expired, but with only 6401 miles on the new tranny, it began over revving on hills again, with the same loss of power. This time I took it to a local shop. They discovered in one hour of shop time that the speed sensor was not plugged in all the way, which tricked the transmission into shifting or not shifting. My bill: $86.00 (incl tax). Bottom line: It really makes me wonder now if I needed the transmission to be rebuilt. Or anything else done, for that matter.

Their mechanic said it would cost almost $9000 to repair because the transfer case and transmission needed to be replaced. Then they offered me A LOT of trade-in value for it. That seemed fishy so I didn't trust them after the offer and decided to get a second opinion on the repairs. I am glad I did! As I said, I'm not a mechanic in any way so Mike helped me and explained that the pickup did need a new transfer case, but that the transmission looked good. He saved me over $6000 from what I would have paid to the dealer. I guess now I know who the true expert is and where I'm always taking my pickup for services now. Thanks Mike!

I paid a total of $500 plus registration for this car and it wasn't worth $1000 in running condition. I decided not to go forward with the repair. The suddenly nasty woman running the place refused to refund any of the money I had put down, threatened me about removing the car from her property within 72 hours or else I would face charges for something vaguely legal sounding and tried to tell me she was doing me a favor returning this vehicle to me with the old transmission in a box in the back of the car. I wish I had the time and the money to take her to court at the time. I was polite, professional and kindly throughout our entire interaction and ended up getting ripped off for $1000, had to arrange a tow for a nonoperational vehicle and got to listen to a ration of crap from an incredibly nasty wretch of a manager for my trouble. This was several years ago and I am still furious with AAMCO over this incident. Other people I have talked to have been ripped off with bait and switch incidents similar to mine and had experienced similar attitude from employees once you stop handling your credit card over without questions. I will NEVER go to AAMCO for anything and if anyone needs ammo for a lawsuit I'd be happy to testify about my experience and I can provide invoices that back up my story. AAMCO is terrible. Take your money elsewhere.
