Have used their services for a couple of years. What a difference from Dick Hannah. DH was always coming up with something I didn't need. It was amazing that when declined, the car still runs great...but don't want to get on the DH bashing band wagon. They have always been very honest, quick, and have done a great job. Highly recommend using their auto services!

Great fast service. With honest advise and no pressure WiFi , snacks and a free wash

After finding this on my tire, I was relieved that Quick Lane was able to 'quickly' put on a replacement within 10 minutes!

I've been here before and have only had pleasant and prompt service. However, my most recent experience requires me to share it publicly. I recently had to have a tire unexpectedly replaced on my Ford Fiesta due to discovering a deep gash on the sidewall of one of my tires. Unfortunately, the particular size I needed isn't regularly stocked at most tire repair stops. With much of Vancouver Ford directing regular maintenance to Quick Lane, I decided to give them a call on my way home from work (5PM) on a Monday as they are closed on Sundays when I had notice the gash. Fortunately, they have plenty of my tire sizes in stock, on sale, AND they informed me that as long as I arrived before they closed (6PM) they could get me in the same day. I arrived, and Devin, the same person I spoke with on the phone quickly took my information and my tire was changed within 10 MINUTES. I was back home by 6PM, stopping here only being a minor detour. They absolutely when above and beyond to provide high quality and prompt service that I was not expecting. Furthermore, the price I ended up paying was ~$10 cheaper than what he had originally quoted me on the phone. All in all, they made such an inconvenient event turn into a more pleasant experience. I would definitely come back, and recommend this business to friends.

When I got there, they had a two hour wait. I searched for a nearby tire shop and found Hazel Dell tire pros. I called and they had immediate availability. When I got there the man that I spoke with on the phone immediately checked out my tire in my trunk and told me I would need to replace it. He did a quote and it would've taken a day to get the tire which I didn't have because I had to head back home but the quote was very reasonable. He then double checked that I put the spare on correctly and tightened the bolts to make sure it was safe. He didn't charge me and was super friendly. I highly recommend this business. I'm not sure why people are willing to wait two hours for poor service, when friendly service is right around the corner!

I had gotten my car completely checked before I went to go the alignment done but he insists that it's because of my suspension. I was also told that he would have to charge me $50-60 more just to check if he did it right?? even so he said that he can't guarantee that my steering wheel is going to be straight. I would not recommend coming here for an alignment if you have a low car or car with suspension.

"Wrong job? Don't lecture me, kid."…read more I came to your shop with one specific issue: my car was pulling to the right, even though the steering wheel itself was straight. I expected professional service and a solution. Instead, I left with an even bigger problem -- now the wheel is crooked, and the car still pulls to the right. I returned to your shop and calmly explained that the problem remained. I told you that now, to keep the car straight, I have to hold the steering wheel slightly to the left, which is uncomfortable and unsafe. Instead of taking responsibility, I was told the job was "done correctly." But when I compared the numbers you set with the manufacturer's specs, the difference was obvious. You insisted the issue was in the suspension and the strut, but even if that were true, no alignment should leave the steering wheel crooked. Originally, the wheel was straight -- after your work, I ended up with two problems instead of one. To make it worse, you told me: "Let's put it on the rack again, and if everything shows green, you'll pay us again for nothing." That's not professionalism -- that's bluffing. I don't need "proof" on a screen. I need results. Instead of correcting the problem and setting the values as close as possible to the manufacturer's golden range, you behaved unpleasantly and arrogantly. My car is over ten years old, and I understand perfection isn't easy, but professionalism means both proper work and respect toward the customer. Sadly, I saw neither. The person who performed the service showed rudeness, disregard, and a complete unwillingness to listen. These qualities are unacceptable for someone entrusted with people's safety on the road. At another shop, they told me: "We can fix this." That proves the problem isn't my car -- the problem is the poor work and the attitude of the one who did it.

Instead of buying new rims I was recommended to get the rims buffed out and repainted. Thankfully I was told about this place in Vancouver. It doesn't take but an hour or so and they look brand new. Even one that I thought wasn't possible to look good again, looked brand new again. Definitely a master at his craft. 10 out of 10 would definitely go back and use again if I needed this sort of service. Not cheap for my pocketbook, but it was cheaper than buying new rims for sure.

I took my car here to fix bent wheels and curb rash. To be fair, they did fix the main issue and…read morethe mechanics were actually pretty nice. However, the overall experience was frustrating because of the lack of attention to detail and poor customer service. The biggest problem was that they didn't paint the center caps, so the color didn't match the wheels at all. I asked multiple times if they could paint them, and every time I was told it wasn't possible because the caps are plastic and "can't go in the oven," so the color would never match. I even asked if they could provide a small sample of the color so I could get them painted somewhere else, and the response from the front desk was basically "we don't give samples, go try another place." That was disappointing and honestly unprofessional. I ended up going to another shop (Factory Wheel Outlet), and they told me it was actually very easy to match the color. They painted my center caps perfectly in just one day, and now everything matches exactly like it should have from the beginning. So while this shop fixed the bend and curb rash, they fell short on finishing the job properly and their customer service could definitely improve. Hi, I just want to clarify that I did ask about the center caps multiple times. The first time, I was told in person that since the caps are plastic and the wheels are metal, the color would never match. The second time, I called again, and then on Tuesday--after taking my car to a tire shop--they pointed out that the center caps hadn't been painted at all and still looked like factory. When I asked again at your shop, the front desk told me: "we don't give samples, go try in Bob's Paint Land." So I'm not being dishonest--I did ask more than once. I ended up taking the caps to Factory Wheel Outlet, and they were able to match the color perfectly and complete the job in one day. The result came out great and matches exactly. I was charged $300, and I have the invoice if you'd like me to provide it.
