Also didn't get any notes on fluid levels, filter quality and any other observations. Their customer service quality was lacking today. Isn't likely that I'll return.

Then when I sold my car, the guy who bought it called me to tell me that I did not have a newer timing belt, which Orchards had said I needed and I paid for with some other things. Quit going there because things were adding up to not good. I had an emergency and needed a transmission pan. Over the weekend while they had my car, rats or mice destroyed stuff in my car and started to eat through area where my accelerator is. My first aid kits were eaten up, a nice basket I had my dog stuff in. Unbelievable. The work was fine I mean it was a transmission pan but the rodent issue was disgusting!

When they told me I needed new brake pads before my trip. With any other shop I probably would have gotten a 2nd opinion and done some price shopping, I trust them. They also go above and beyond in their customer service. I 1st went there on the recommendation of a friend. The dealership had just quoted $110 to change a headlight bulb. When I asked them how much it would be, they quoted the price of the bulb, 20ish if I remember, and didn't charge me to put it in. Fast forward 5 years, I asked them to change my husband's headlight. They looked at it, it had a loose connection, they tightened it up at no charge. These seem like small things but it speaks volumes about the business. I highly recommend this shop.

We took it back, not happy that it wasn't fixed and we were out $822.00. The second fix was to replace the radiator. They said we cracked if after the first repair. There was 7 days in between the first repair and the 2nd! It never worked right after the first repair! They said the radiator was "rusted out" So how could it get rusted out in 7 days. They never said it was rusted out at the first visit!! 2nd repair was a new radiator and new coolant for $756. STILL DOESNT WORK RIGHT!!!

Made an appointment online, took it in, they gave me a quick ride home, later that day they called, I picked it up and chatted with them about potential future maintenance work, then the bill, I was surprised, it was much less than I expected. Each time I have taken the car in my experience is that they can be trusted. Further, they answer my inquisitive questions without hesitation. That's all I can ask for from a service provider.
