He ran a camera through the pipe and took the time to show me exactly what was causing the problem. What I really appreciated was that Edwin gave me two different options for addressing the issue and explained the pros and cons without pressuring me toward either one. He was also very reasonable when it came to working with me on the price. After his crew came out and completed the work, Edwin ran the camera through the pipe again and showed me the results so I could see for myself that everything was clean and the problem had been taken care of. Overall, I appreciated the transparency, professionalism, and lack of pressure. I would definitely recommend Beach Plumbing and Edwin to anyone looking for an honest and knowledgeable plumber.

I called several companies to assess the issue and one company told me I needed to re-plumb the entire house. After I deduced that it was a water heater issue, I started to get ridiculous quotes from some companies. I came across All Pro Water Heaters and was impressed by their reviews. I immediately wanted them to be the people to replace my water heater. I was able to reach Parker on Yelp and he gave me a reasonable quote. He also asked me to take pictures of the current water heater so he knows what they're working with. By looking at my pictures he pointed out some of the things that they might need for the installation so there was full transparency. I informed him that we think it is just the water heater that needs to be replaced but want someone to confirm there isn't anything else wrong and he assured that's something they'll verify. He was able to send someone the same day. The technician, Danny, informed me of his arrival time when he was 30 minutes away. When Danny was done with the water heater replacement, he provided necessary information to my tenant, then he called me to brief me on the completion of the install. My tenant complimented Danny for his professionalism and said he wants to use this company for any future needs. I was thoroughly satisfied with Parker and Danny. They were extremely communicative, professional, and quick to resolve the issue. I was extremely stressed from my tenant not having hot water and All Pro's honesty and ethical approach alleviated my concerns. I will be recommending All Pro to people I know!

When I asked for a ballpark…read moreprice, I was told they needed to come onsite to inspect the situation before they could provide an estimate. That seemed reasonable. Once they arrived, however, I was quoted a price that was roughly twice what I expected. The technician referenced a price/specification list, which makes me question why they couldn't have provided at least a general estimate over the phone, with the usual disclaimer that the final price could vary depending on the actual situation. I take responsibility for agreeing to the work instead of declining and getting another quote, but I was uncomfortable with the way the pricing was handled. It left me feeling that I wasn't given enough information to make an informed decision before the technician arrived. The actual job took less than two hours, and I felt the final price was extremely high for the work performed. I would not use Prodigy again for two reasons: Lack of pricing transparency and what I consider a poor business practice. Extremely expensive pricing compared with what I expected for this type of repair.

And most importantly, they fixed the float and tested the sump pumps to make sure everything was in working order. Great service!

From the initial phone call with Jeanette, to the technician coming out (same day!) the customer service has been top notch. Oscar answered all my questions about the issue with the AC unit and what was broken and options for repair. Knowing that the coming week had a heat wave in the forecast I was hopeful that the fix could happen quickly. Not even 3 days later they called to schedule a repair for end of week. They also provided an arrival time and showed up early! Freddy C and Renee came out and worked diligently to install a new AC and went the extra mile to trim some shrubs to make enough space for the outside unit. They were polite and considerate as I was working from home during the install. Later that day after they left I had to call to ask someone to come back because I was experiencing an issue with the auto shut off and Albert (? sorry if I got that wrong) answered and scheduled time for someone to come the next day. Not even 10 minutes later I got a call back from Albert and he said someone would be there in 30 minutes to take a look. Oscar came back and was able to fix the issue quickly. He was once again extremely professional and took the time to explain to me the issue and what he did to fix it. These guys work super hard and provided A+ service. I highly recommend.

I was glad to see that Tim arrived exactly when he stated he would, and came in with all the tools he needed, plus more. As well as took his time to full diagnose the issue. We came to the agreement that the water heater needed to be replaced due to multiple factors. He didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary things and I was the one that requested and recommended extra work that needed to be done such as valve replacement and vent inspection. Tim went above and beyond with installing new straps, the valve, water heater, reseated the ducting properly, as well as as put in a much needed gas pipe to reduce any dirt or debris from the gas line into the water heater burner. It took him a bit longer than expected, but he thoroughly tested the water heater, burner, and hot water. I was very impressed by his work and how clean the installation was. I think for the experience, expertise, and quality of Tim's work its was an excellent value. We even upgraded to a larger tank for not much more which the family was very happy about. We have also signed up for the yearly maintenance. I highly recommend Tim the Water heater guy, as he does a great job for a great value.
