Found this place on Yelp and glad we did! Barry called to confirm our appointment the night before and showed up on time and ready to work the day off. We had 2 bedrooms, a hallway, and stairs cleaned and treated (with some type of dirt repellant). Even though our carpets weren't visibly stained or that dirty, I did see a noticeable difference after Barry's work. Our carpet looked fluffier and even felt clean. I now feel a lot better about letting my daughter crawl on our carpets without worrying about dog hair and dirt. He completed the job within 2 hours, as quoted. READ THIS!!! I called Barry at 10:45am and it was my lucky day he had an opening. He showed up at 12:30pm. Finished my house in about 1.5 hours. The biggest thing that sold me on this company was the technology. I know people that had to wait 2-3 days for their carpet to dry. Barry quoted 2-5 hours. I read the reviews on Yelp and decided to give this place a try. I can honestly say this is now my new carpet cleaner and will be the only place I will call from now on! Barry returned my call promptly and we made an appointment. I was quoted a price over the phone which happened to be the same price I paid when the services were done!! I had two rooms of carpet cleand which had some pretty dark stains. Its been over a week since the work was done and none of the stains have returned. Barry has cleaned my carpets, rugs and upholstered chair many times. He is the first carpet cleaner that I have every had that the stains do NOT reappear after he leaves. The carpets are almost dry when he is finished and his prices are very fair. I appreciate that they call me to remind me that it may be time to do them again, but are very low pressure if you need to put it off a little while. Definitely 5 stars! I was selling my house and moving into a new rental hone with a 2 year old while 6 months pregnant and the carpet in the new place looked horrible. Landlord swore it had been cleaned but it looked bad. My broker found Barry on Yelp and had him meet me to take a look the same day. Barry thought he could get the carpet looking better and he was right. Especially the edges and stairs! A lot of dirt must have come out of that "clean" carpet. While I still think the landlord should have replaced the old carpet, at least it now looks better and I know it is clean for my kids!
