I was greeted with a friendly smile by who I believe is the owner. I opted for a small coffee and a biscotti, as I wanted something that wasn't too sweet. The coffee is self-serve, which I'm not a huge fan of as sometimes they aren't as fresh, but management seems to take care of this. My orange almond biscotti, while I was happy to be able to taste the hints of orange, was stale. Prices were fair, as my coffee and the biscotti were each $2. It's a bit chilly in the cafe and a little loud with the music but I was still able to get some work done. If it were a bit closer to home, I think I would frequent this cafe a little more, but I wish the owner all the success!

Everything was delicious! The Surtido (or Market Boost) smoothie was so fruity and flavorful, you'd think it was loaded with sugar. And the pan con pollo (chicken salad sandwich) was so simple and tasty. Loved that it had some lettuce, celery and little chips added to it for a bit of a crunch. And all on some good bread. I went in here with my 6 year old son after shopping at Five Below. There was one other customer in…read morethe store and about 5 employees behind the counter. It's very unclear where to order. My son wanted a boxed chocolate milk. So I stood there with the chocolate milk in my hand for about 5 minutes. No one even acknowledged us. Not a "Hi, I'll be right with you" - nothing. Not even eye contact. There was one girl at the register and one employee making coffee. The rest of them were literally just standing there behind the counter. I told my son. "I'm sorry, they're not helping us. I'll get you a chocolate milk somewhere else." I put it back and we walked out. He was asking me questions and I reiterated to him that if that's how people are going to treat me, they don't deserve my time. This way he learns what's appropriate and what is intolerable behavior. I'm very disappointed in their customer service, and I probably won't be returning any time soon. Save your time and money and go to Starbucks! At least they say hello to you when you walk up to the counter!

My husband and I genuinely could not get over how good the biscuit was.....perfectly flaky, buttery. They also have an option covered in an espresso glaze, and it's just ridiculously good. I'm still thinking about it. Coffee was really solid (always matters), and the space itself is super cute and cozy. They also made Mickey Mouse pancakes for my daughter, and she was absolutely obsessed -- such a sweet touch and totally made her day. Westwood is a must. We'll absolutely be back.
