The coffee is self-serve, which I'm not a huge fan of as sometimes they aren't as fresh, but management seems to take care of this. I went in here with my 6 year old son after shopping at Five Below. There was one other customer in…read morethe store and about 5 employees behind the counter. It's very unclear where to order. My son wanted a boxed chocolate milk. So I stood there with the chocolate milk in my hand for about 5 minutes. No one even acknowledged us. Not a "Hi, I'll be right with you" - nothing. Not even eye contact. There was one girl at the register and one employee making coffee. The rest of them were literally just standing there behind the counter. I told my son. "I'm sorry, they're not helping us. I'll get you a chocolate milk somewhere else." I put it back and we walked out. He was asking me questions and I reiterated to him that if that's how people are going to treat me, they don't deserve my time. This way he learns what's appropriate and what is intolerable behavior. I'm very disappointed in their customer service, and I probably won't be returning any time soon. Save your time and money and go to Starbucks! At least they say hello to you when you walk up to the counter!

My husband and I genuinely could not get over how good the biscuit was.....perfectly flaky, buttery. They also have an option covered in an espresso glaze, and it's just ridiculously good. I'm still thinking about it. Coffee was really solid (always matters), and the space itself is super cute and cozy. They also made Mickey Mouse pancakes for my daughter, and she was absolutely obsessed -- such a sweet touch and totally made her day. Westwood is a must. We'll absolutely be back.

For a place that doesn't seem to specialize in coffees, they did make two wonderful drinks for us. The inside is a lot of fall decor with candles, bakeware, kitchen towels, all the cute home stuff that makes your house extra cozy for fall. They also have a little coffee area too but I had already gotten coffee earlier so I didn't order any. Although everything was super cute, it was also a bit pricey so I unfortunately only bought some lotion which was really moisturizing and smelled AMAZING. Something I really liked is that you could sample most of the lotions and sprays so although I didn't buy them, I could at least try them out. If you go through the back exit, you enter the farm portion with a little pumpkin patch, donkeys, and sheep! There were a few places for "photo ops" too. If you walk further there's actually a little garden/flower field which was really nice to walk around and take pictures. You couldn't pick any flowers at this time but maybe we could've earlier in the season in the summer. This was a cute little farm that I would come back to for another season to see how they change it up. Although some of the items were pricier I would come back to get something as a gift. I think there's a lot of nice stuff to give for a housewarming and it's good quality too.
