Kristin gave us our Swedish massages. She was very attentive to each of our individual needs, and targeted our pain points with care, giving us relaxing and relieving massages. Rachel gave us our facials. She was also attentive to our needs, and was careful with those of us who had sensitive skin. I was nervous that I would be in pain while she extracted blackheads, but she was very light-handed and made me feel comfortable. It's been a few days, and my skin still feels amazing. I can't say enough great things about this place. Adrienne is extremely professional and was great to work with. After Adrienne brought birthday cupcakes over, and the staff sang "happy birthday" with us, my mother said it was "the best birthday ever". We can't wait to come back and try out some of the other services. So many thanks to the wonderful, kind, and thoughtful staff at this studio. If you're not sure where to have your next party or girl's day, definitely reach out to Adrienne Decker at Face Forward!

My son & I decided to go to the newer one off of Broad Street, Red Bank, NJ back on 6/11/22 to pick-up a few small items & some gift cards to thank his teachers & coaches. The Store Manager (Chavon?/Shavon?) refused to sell 7 gift cards to us. She said the store's policy maxed out gift card sales at 4 per transaction. There was NO signage to back that up, but she said it was Corporate's policy. I asked if we could break it down to 2 separate transactions then with the 1st 4 gift cards to be purchased by me & the other 3 gift cards could be purchased by my son so we can have 2 separate transactions/receipts. She said we could not. I asked her why not & she just reiterated herself. Then she suggested we could buy the other 3 gift cards at another Walgreens store instead. I asked her Why On Earth would I do that if we're in this store now? I am NOT using the Walgreens loyalty card AND I could pay for both transactions with CASH anyway. She still said she could not sell these 7 gift cards to us. We only purchased 4 gift cards at this store and ended up going to a Walgreens' competitor to purchase the other 3 gift cards; major inconvenience! In hindsight, we should've probably just purchased all 7 gift cards at a Walgreens' competitor instead (as I don't believe this store deserved any of our business; assuming what this store manager said was even accurate)... In all of our years being loyal Walgreens' customers, this was an absolute disgrace; all other stores (we've ever shopped at) never gave us issues w/doing 2 separate cash orders for gift cards). We will never shop here again & will tell all of our family & friends to do the same!

Today was probably the third time I have gone in to pick up medication that I take every day and the pharmacist has just not been there. So now I'm going out of town without one of the most important medications that I take because the automated system said my medication will be ready today but the pharmacist it's just not there. This is incredibly frustrating and unethical. If you can't staff the pharmacy, then don't be a pharmacy. You can't leave people hanging like this over and over again when they need medications. from now on, I'm going to use a different Pharmacy.

After 42 years of sinus issues and breathing problems, I'd nearly given up. Over the years, I saw a…read morebunch of ENTs around NYC, some with great reputations, and kept getting the same answer: "You're breathing fine with the medications." Meanwhile, I had drawers full of sprays and pills that barely made a difference. It wasn't until I had major surgery with Dr. Scaccia about 7 weeks ago (the surgery lasted almost 5 hours) that I realized just how badly I'd been breathing all my life. I found Dr. Scaccia after deciding to look outside the city for help. A few things stood out right away: his office has parking, he has his own complete surgical suite right in the building, and he's clearly someone who's made a name for himself in the ENT world. His waiting room is filled with plaques, research publications, awards, and even TV and magazine features. At first, I wasn't sure what to make of all that, but now that I've gone through surgery and recovery with him, I get it. I can say with full confidence: He is the real deal. From the very first visit, it was clear I wasn't just another case. Dr. Scaccia has a fast mind and a direct way of speaking. At first, it can feel like he's talking over you, almost like his brain is already a few steps ahead. But once you realize how deeply knowledgeable he is, it all makes sense. He took the time to look inside my nose and connect what I was saying to what he saw, and right away he had a clear sense of the problem. By the second appointment, we were going over a detailed surgical plan, and I remember him saying he was genuinely excited for the case. That stuck with me. It showed how invested he is in what he does, getting real results for his patients. On the day of surgery, which took place in the same office where I'd had all my consults, Dr. Scaccia didn't just straighten my septum, he basically REBUILT MY WHOLE NASAL AIRWAY. He discovered my septum was too thin and weak, so he grafted it on the spot to reinforce it. He reduced my turbinates, cleared out scar tissue from years of infections that I didn't even know were blocking my sinuses, and he did a few more things that were explained and went over my head medically, but clearly weren't over his. What really blew me away was that after everything he did, there was no pain at all. Seriously, not even once. This was multi-level airway reconstruction. There was discomfort, sure, but not pain. Maybe that's due to his technique and high precision, or maybe I got lucky, but I think it's worth pointing out. Since then, I've been back for weekly post-op care, and every week I notice another level of improvement. I never realized how much energy I was spending just trying to get enough air through partially blocked passages. Now, I'm breathing in ways I never thought I could. It's practically effortless. It's been life-changing. His staff is also incredible. They're friendly, organized, and really on top of everything. They called me between appointments to see how I was doing and if I had any questions. They had all the paperwork ready when I woke up from surgery, and they walked me through every question I had afterward. The whole operation runs like a well oiled machine. Every time I go, the office is calm and never overcrowded. I found out he only does one surgery per day, which honestly explains a lot. He's not rushing between patients or juggling five procedures. If it's your surgery day, he's focused on you and you only. Whether it's that approach or just the fact that more people haven't discovered him yet, I feel incredibly lucky I found his place when I did. If you've been struggling with chronic sinus or nasal issues, I can't recommend Dr. Scaccia enough. For me, it's the first time in my life that I feel like I can really breathe. That alone is worth everything.
