Last month I had to beg them to please hurry with an antibiotic for a very uncomfortable UTI. The next day she went to an orthopedic surgeon who said it was ridiculous that they fit her with a child's boot. He fit her for the proper boot which also happened to be less than half the price of the Sun Ray one. We tried to return the boot that she had for less than 24 hours and they refused to give her a refund. The owner was very unpleasant and unprofessional and refused to accept any responsibility for fitting and selling her a childs boot. Do not trust that these " medical equipment" experts know or care what they are doing.

I've had horrible interactions with pharmacists just being rude and judging me and telling me what my doctor should or shouldn't be doing, I hated the experience, I dreaded it but since going to Tony's I have had such a BETTER/different experience. The women that work there are very friendly and helpful. The pharmacist is very professional and kind. It makes my day a lot better dealing with a pharmacy that treats there patients with respect and now a days with walgreens, cvs and other local pharmacies i.e; that makes you wait 1 hour after you call them 2 hours prior so you don't have to wait but when you get there to pick it up its not ready and they say we will start it now but I called you 2 hours ago so I didn't have to wait 1 hour ( there not a big chain but I don't want to say the name because I don't want others that go there to be treated worse which will happen if they see this and unfortunately, a family member needs there meds but the woman that was filling it was extremely rude like I was shocked she acted that way after spending thousands of dollars...but we know we can't say anything or they just won't fill it) which is so unprofessional but my point is Tony's has none of that you don't have to put up with attitudes and very questionable pricing. The store itself has beautiful gifts and a lot of animal friendly things to buy. If you need a better pharmacy or pharmacists that treats you with respect and doesnt act like your bothering them please switch if you can. I wish I went to Tony's Family Pharmacy a lot sooner! If they don't have what you need but can order it they will tell you right then and there and keep you updated. So I've been a customer for years yesterday really did me in. I have been calling and following up about my medications. On Monday I was told they'd be good for tomorrow which was Tuesday July 28th. I called in the morning and the girl said they'd be filled for later not an issue. My dad was running late from work so I hopped an Uber and took a train down to long branch walked a couple miles both ways. But instead of the girl telling me no cant be filled till tomorrow the 29th they have me show up and waste $40 that I dont really have just to tell me NO all I can do is apologize. An apology just doesn't cut it. If they cared about their customers they would take responsibility for their fuck ups they should've reimbursed me the $40 again been coming and giving business for years. But when they fuck up they are never held accountable. ( we all know how pharmacies work it can either be filled or not , its not that hard to see no it cant or just to ask the pharmacist. Thats their job not mine. I went off of the employees and again id called the Thursday prior when my scripts were sent over. Called Monday and Tuesday morning. I did my due diligence and no one could seem to tell me no not till the 29th. ) so im urging yall to go and find another pharmacy because when its your worst day they are not gonna give a shit or hold themselves accountable. The owner Carlos obviously doesn't train his staff well and was a complete asshole. Agreeing that the situation is wrong but yet you dont wanna make it right. Hypocritical shit just saving face.
