So acrually I love this place and most of the employees I adore. The one star is for the nasty cashier with the beautiful blue eyes. He gets 1 star for being a really poor human being! I'm there all the time HOWEVER, tonight I used the atm which didn't dispense cash yet money was still removed from my account; I mentioned it to the cashier who threw is hands up and was like I have nothing to do with that call the number. So I turn complaining to myself about this machine to hear this person make a snarky comment about how I should stop using the atm. Then when I needed the address he was nasty, spouting it out with such attitude as if I did something wrong! Thanks for the great customer service douche bag! Needless to say tomorrow when I'm there I'll also be complaining to the manager!!!! read more

If you're going here for a covid shot bring something to read. I'd recommend Moby Dick. They average 1 covid shot per hour here, and that's when you're lucky enough to have 2 people working behind the counter. Otherwise it's 1 person every 2 hours. Stopped by this store to look for my facial cleanser. As I enter the store the security guard immediately follows me and stands by me watching as I'm looking for my item. I didn't even continue to look for my item as I felt I was being harassed. This is not the first time this has happened to me or others as a person of color. Good Day, Darlings!! How's everyone's Monday?? I hope with every fiber of my being that my darlings are having a marvelous start to their work week. Let's get to the matter at hand... Fate brought me here on Saturday. After coming up empty in finding a bottle (or container) of Lubriderm while doing the grocery shopping at the local Stop & Shop, Your Host took a gamble with his cracked, dry hands and headed over to Rite-Aid, since it wasn't terribly out-of-the-way. After a short scan of finding the aisle where said product was located, a friendly associate, Edie, helped me out and to my pleasant surprise there was a bargain to be had...a 2-for-1 on Lubriderm...yay! (It goes without saying that Your Host likes a bargain!). Edie told me that this location is the best Rite-Aid in the area. Hmm, at first Your Host thought that was an embellishment, but, darlings, as it turned out, it wound up being true. She told me that in order to get this deal, I'd have to sign up in the Rite-Aid plan...which is FREE! These bargains just get better and better!!! So...Your Host signs up, gets the 2-for-1 deal on Lubriderm, with the reminder that I have just shopped at the Best Rite-Aid in the Area! Score! Seriously though, Edie was successfully able to get Your Host's state of vexation reversed...as I left the place with a chuckle and a smile... Of course, until I decided to grab a soft drink at the Burger King next door...after a 20-minute wait in the drive-thru. I digress...sorry. My dr sent a RX in on Monday and went Tuesday. Said 30 minutes came back Wed not ready. They said to come back ... Horrible attitude.. went again 1 month later after dr called in 2 days before again not ready another attitude.. WHY!! This is the last time I visit this store . read more

Super weird experiences at the pharmacy. Only two or three times did I leave without a problem. I've been using Rite Aid here for a few years because it's close, and other Rite Aids for a decade or more. After a procedure, they would not let me get my antibiotic filled because my secondary prescription card was expired by a few weeks. Because they had the same ID Numbers I hadn't realized I put the wrong card in my wallet and threw the new card away. But nothing changed. The computer said it was good. But for years of being with them? They SAW online that my account was current, they saw by all of my ID's and my primary insurance was current and that it was Me and not someone else. What is the point of being a loyal customer, if they treat you like you were never there before? read more

I don't even mind rude service, I can deal with that, but when you are extremely incompetent at you job..... NO BUENO!!! I went to refill my script on Monday, was told no more refill were left, even though it was clearly written on the bottle that I had 1 refill left. So I contacted my doctor to contact them as they were not going to do so(lazy as hell). My doctors office faxed them. So I called the pharmacy to follow up a few hours later, they told me no attempt was made on my doctors office. Called my docs office and they sent the confirmation of sent fax. Finally two days later I went to pick up my script they was supposedly ready Monday night. They said the script was t ready to come back in a 1/2 hour. I asked for just s single pill as I need them daily, they said no. They called me 5 min after I left. I pulled up to collect script , n the lady said " oh wow she got this ready for you fast" no shit.... it was supposed to b packaged 2 days ago. LAZY WORKERS SHOULD NOT BE IN THE MEDICAL FIELD!!!! I rarely write negative reviews, but have to voice my displeasure at the very rude treatment by the management at this establishment. At about 9:15 at night we stopped by to pick up a few items that we needed while vacationing in the area. My husband, who was carrying our one year old daughter, saw some balls that she might like and bounced one, ONCE, to see how good it was. Immediately a voice came from what I believe to be the manager's office saying "don't bounce balls in the store!" When my husband said "so how am I supposed to test it?" there was no response. When I asked if we could speak to the person who made that request, there was no response. Apparently, they didn't have the courtesy to speak with us, face to face, about the statement that was made. When we knocked on the office door, to speak with them about what surely was a misunderstanding (we are not kids playing in a store, but respectful adults) the man who made the statement continued to talk to us from behind a door. When he finally came out, he said he was on a business call (at 9 PM?!?) and that the bounce of the ball made it hard for him to hear. Really? A single bounce? Wow. IF he was on a call, then certainly that was more important than treating your customers with some dignity and respect. Truly sad. When we said we would shop elsewhere, the manager and his assistant literally took my items from my hands and said "have a good night!" No apologies, not even an explanation. Apparently this Rite Aid exists in a dimension where they believe that they can be rude to customers and still stay in business. We left the store, after I told them that their service and treatment was horrible, and that they have a lot to learn about customer service and business. All this with my one year old present! Shame on you, night managers at Rite Aid on July 6, 2015! We will never support Rite Aid again, and will not hesitate to spread the word about your lack of courtesy, at best, rudeness, and disrespect. If I could give zero stars, I would. read more
