The lead pharmacist, Georgette, is an absolute gem. Over the years, she has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Prescription issues are not always straightforward, but Georgette is always willing to make the extra phone call, read the fine print, and patiently explain the "why" behind whatever situation comes up. Her dedication and attention to detail are truly remarkable.
Mary made the pharmacy feel like home. Every time I walked in, she already knew my name and my husband's name and often had what I needed ready before I even asked. She's down-to-earth, incredibly kind, and always a pleasure to talk with.
I've also known Amr (the owner) for years, and he is the definition of a professional. From running a business to caring for patients, he truly "inspects what he expects." He leads by example, genuinely cares about people, and is simply one of a kind.
I highly recommend this pharmacy for all of your prescription needs. The team consistently goes above and beyond to make the healthcare experience easier, communicates proactively, and treats customers like family. Even though their hours may be more limited than those of large chain pharmacies, I found that the personalized service more than made up for it. In fact, their proactive communication saved me countless trips and phone calls.
