Well stocked, easy to park. Building is a little run down and staff was okay, but convenient and had everything we needed.

I feel bad even writing this review as I've been a loyal customer since moving here in 2001. No issues with the store. Lately having issues with pharmacy prescriptions. the automated system said a rx, I'm required to take to keep a steady level in my system, was ready. I called first and found it was not ready and they did not have any. When I say I called i went through a drawn out automated system and got called back. I was then told to call around to find it myself. I asked that they do this and advised I knew they had a central service for these issues. Placed on hold then told they had one of the three boxes in my rx and would have it ready. They did, great. I called a week later to find out when to expect the other two and was told I'd have to wait until March to refill again as they changed the rx without any LICENCED practitioner approval. They had the medication in stock now and said if they still did in March would fill it then. They again argued with me, didn't give me the courtesy of listening and told me to call the insurance company myself to see if they would ok filling the rest of the rx. Their automated system is a mess and states I have rxs ready for pu for drugs I haven't taken in years. They offer zero customer service anymore. I gave two stars as I still appreciate the store and vaccine services. I need to find better. I always wonder how someone older than I manages this type of disservice. It's sad. read more

Waited to pick up prescriptions Three pharmacy workers and they kept looking at me and would not come to me to help. It was funny one was walking out from behind the counter saw me and ran and hid. There was a guy working the drive up and he seemed to be doing a good job. Only go to the drive up. No service at the pharmacy counter. read more

1 star is too many. The people in the pharmacy are so incredibly rude. My 80 year old mother drove half an hour to get her medication that was out of stock in her cvs. She went to the drive thru and had the window closed in her face because it was their lunch time. My mom was the only one in line, at the very least the woman could have said "I'm sorry iy is our lunch time. Can you come back in a half hour?" After their lunch mom went in to explain the situation and the woman who closed the window came up and said "we close for lunch, there's a sign, can't you read?!?" My mother was appalled by the behavior of this woman and the fact that the pharmacist did not seem to care. My mom then asked her name so she could complain to the corporate office and the woman said "I don't have to give you my name" I can't imagine ever being that rude of a person. Don't shop there. read more

Fantastic pharmacy! Will went above and beyond! The customer service and general kindness of all the staff that I experienced was a breath of fresh air from the normal lack of concern I seem to receive from everywhere else. I'm now a CVS customer because of this pharmacy, thanks again! E read more

Waited on hold for 1 hour, 4 mins only to have the cow that answered the phone say we are helping people that are here and hung up?! Wtf

The problem with CVS seems to be universal. Pharmacists are probably poor managers. They need to focus more on customer service at the pick up and drop off counter. It's very disturbing to see one clerk handling pick up and drop off when two or three others are stocking shelves. read more

I would give this CVS 0 stars at this rate... I have been waiting to talk to someone in the pharmacy for 52 min and no one has yet to answer the phone. I live over 30 min away from this location and they are the only ones who carry the medicine I need. After being on the phone with my insurance company back and forth with this CVS for 2 hours they said they will be filling my prescription. I am still on the phone waiting for someone to answer, and I called with my work phone at the same time to see if anyone would answer the front which they STILL haven't. I am beyond upset that I now need to drive over 30 min away to see if my prescription is ready. All I will say is that if it's not I'm going to lose it.... I would never recommend this CVS to anyone. read more

I had a very bad experience at the CVS on Richmond Ave. My wife had some previous coupons with included a 20% coupon off the entire order. For some unknown reason the girl at register could not get the coupon entered. She did not try to get the manager to help and I left the store in frustration without my order. read more

Best CVS anywhere in USA, Store manager runs a Great Store, Pharmacy staff is Really helpful, Great Pharmacist Rich, ordered my medication in fact they got it from another store. They care about the patient.you need to follow up because it's a Super super BUSY pharmacy, and their Human, they forget. always someone willing to help me find what i need in the front of the store. read more
