I had a very concerning experience this morning around 7:50 a.m. on SR-528 West involving one of…read moreyour company vans. There was a serious accident on the right shoulder, and as required by Florida's Move Over Law, traffic was moving into the left lane to provide emergency responders with proper clearance. I activated my turn signal well in advance and had sufficient space to safely merge into the left lane, just as other vehicles were doing. Instead of allowing me to merge, the driver of your company van continued accelerating toward my vehicle and nearly rear ended me. He repeatedly blew his horn even though my turn signal had been on and I was legally moving over. I even had to roll down my window to signal that I was complying with the law and safely changing lanes. After passing the accident scene, I moved back into the right lane. Your driver then accelerated aggressively, passing me while traveling at what appeared to be an excessive speed. Throughout the remainder of the drive toward Cape Canaveral, the driver continued following other vehicles too closely and driving at a speed that appeared unsafe. This isn't simply about being frustrated. The driver's actions created a dangerous situation that could have resulted in a rear end collision while motorists were attempting to comply with Florida law and protect emergency personnel at the scene of an accident. I respectfully ask that you investigate this incident and speak with the driver about safe driving practices, including Florida's Move Over Law, proper following distance, and allowing other motorists to merge safely. If necessary, I believe the driver would benefit from remedial driver safety training. Safety should always take priority over arriving at a destination a few minutes sooner.

Both drivers we used were courteous, timely, and professional. The vehicles were spacious and clean. One of the drivers even played a Disney playlist for my 5 and 1 year olds. I couldn't recommend them enough. Any time we don't rent a car and stay on WDW property, we will gladly use them again to get us from/to the airport.

He then walked us to our baggage claim area and sat with us and waited. Afterwards he carried our suitcases to the van, loaded them up, asked if we wanted aux, and changed the temperature so it was perfect for us. He talked to us the entire time and gave us a lot of tips on navigating Orlando! He also would slow down and hold up traffic to show us cool things like downtown, alligators, and the universal sign. He was one of my favorite parts of our entire trip. Our second driver was less enthusiastic and caregiving, but still did the job and got us to the airport safely. The standards were overachieved, and this company was so so worth it!

We texted multiple times, waited and still nothing. Other car service drivers were waiting for their riders at the bottom of the escalator. I finally had to call him and ask where he was. I told him we were waiting at the bottom of the escalator near baggage claim 12. He said he'd be pulling up in a just a moment so we went outside to wait under the 12. We waited outside and 5 more minutes passed without contact. I called him again and he came outside from behind us. He then made excuses about the weather, "being diverted to the red lot" and not knowing if our flight would be delayed due to weather...he had our flight information. He took us back inside and down an elevator to an underground area for where he parked (close to the elevator) and we found that we were riding in a black cargo van. Yes, a Mercedes cargo van, but not a town car as ordered. The driver was perfectly polite, got us there safely, and tried to make small talk about the weather and the area. The issue is that we paid 2-3 times as much (plus. 25% tip) as compared to an Uber to have the driver waiting for us with our name on a placard. Instead, we had to do the lifting on communication and finding him. He had one job outside of driving point A to B for us and that was to be there at the bottom of the escalator waiving a sign with our name on it. The 2 Stars are for the safety and the ride. The lack of the other 3 is for zero communication, being late, and for making us have to search the area to find him. I would not book with Grayson again. Uber Black is the way to go for a better price.

After booking our trip as we got closer to our travel date, the team sent over great information regarding our ride, including where to meet our driver. Lucas met us right near baggage claim and made things really easy. He was great company on our short 50 minute ride. The team did such a great job that i also booked them from the hotel we stayed at near the port, to the ship the following morning. Again - they communicated really well - and were right on time to get us to the ship. Our daughter's flight was delayed and we thought she was going to miss the ship. I texted Aldo and he came to our rescue and picked her up and got her to the ship with an hour to spare. One for a one year old and one for a 3.5 year old. Both trips they only gave car seats that were front facing. The first trip I let it go even though it was terrifying to have my husband hold his arm up against our barely 19 lb one year old to protect him but the second trip I realized this company truly doesn't care to keep kids safe. I had to sit back with my son to keep my arm against my son to make sure if there was an accident that he would hopefully be protected but it was so stressful. Speaking to their management they tried to pin it on me that I didn't ask for specific car seats. They had me give the age of my kids when I booked. I even double checked before my trip that they'd have a car seat specifically for a one year old and one for a 3.5 year old. Those ages are specified multiple times on my confirmation emails and my invoice. In what world do you put a one year old in a front facing car seat that's at least not convertible to put them in facing the back?! They offered a refund for the car seats cost but at this point I don't care if I get it or not. I care that no one ever books with this company that has small children because they will not take the time to make sure your kids are safe. There were other issues too with having the driver not be at baggage like they said they would and having to push for help with our bags but that's low on the totem pole. This company is garbage and should be ashamed of themselves.
