This company is superior to other transportation companies in the area. We came at the busiest time of year, between Christmas and New Years. Their drivers were courteous, communicative and reliable!! Even on New Years Eve 2024. We were cared for and helped from park to park, in a timely and efficient manner. Disney Springs, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood, NASA Kennedy space center, Universal Islands of Adventure, Magic Kingdom, Epcot and Universal Studios. We were always aware of where our driver was, and when they would be there. They even provided a scooter and transported 2 of them with our 6 passenger group everywhere! Take care if you are choosing Platinum Transportation. Really bad service on park shuttle. Service is patronized and do not committed on timing as well as localization. Shuttle delayed 1 hour to go to the park and we lost 2h hours waiting for a bus that was planned to get back to hotel and never came to the spot aligned. read more

I wouldn't know about their actual service because I've tried 4 times to get them to respond to a quote request. I did get through on the phone, and the man was nice, but he said $80 - but I'm supposed to put down my card to "reserve" some generic vehicle without an actual written quote? Now after reading these reviews, very glad I didn't. If they can't TAKE the reservation, now way I have faith that they are going to "KEEP" the reservation (a la Seinfeld episode). read more

I have used platinum a couple of times now and have all good things to say---from planning (Marianella was exceptional) to our driver Marek who was beyond great. They were very prompt with pick ups and deliveries and the van was roomy and comfortable I would have given them 5 stars except we had issues with one of the ECVs we got from them. The battery kept dying...but they offered great service and ended up replacing it with one that worked great. I'll use them again for sure next time we are in Orlando. read more

Would give a lower rating if i could. Disney shut down services because of a storm so it took everyone longer to get to the shuttle bays. They refused to come pick up 14 people because ot was past the time. read more

DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS COMPANY. Poor customer service. The shuttle failed to inform anyone that he arrived AND when my wife called to say that we are right here, to make a right back into the hotel area, he said that they can't do that and then HUNG UP ON HER! Some drivers are awesome like the man who plays disney music and use to drive for disney and hes very informative and nice others are terrible and know NOTHING about the parks or ways to get around. Shuttles will leave without you as you are waving them down because the pick up spot info is wrong. Terrible would NOT recommend any hotel that has this shuttle service. read more

A friend and I I were transported to Sea World, from Champion World Resort, on Feb 20, 20 at 7:10am and the female driver instructed us to be at the drop of point at 5:50pm because the bus leaves at 6:00pm. We were at that drop off and pickup point at 5:40pm in very cold weather. At 6:10pm I called the business number (407) 397-0022 and spoke with an unidentifiable male who advised me that he didn't know where the driver was located and would call me back. At 6:26 pm, he called us back on (321) 624-1604 said the driver had already left and called out for riders and no one showed up. Of course, that was not the truth, because the driver never showed up. The man advised us to catch a cab or Uber. If we could rate this so-called business or 3rd party contractor to Champion World Resort less than one star we would! We highly suggest that you think three times before depending or using this deplorable business. Our last comment is why in the world does Champion World Resort utilize such an awful company to service their clientele? BEWARE! read more

The driver was 30 minutes late picking us up from the hotel and was very rude to another couple who were in the van with us. The driver was 15 minutes late picking us up for the ride home. Thank goodness it had stopped raining and we were only baking in the sun on the way back. read more

This service has got to be a joke. The morning started, they were late. The day was over, yup you guessed it, they were late. Waited since 11:20pm for an11:30. 11:55 no one yet. Called, they sent another one only to tell me they couldn't. I turned around there was a taxi. They ruined my Disney vacation, like really ruined. This service is literal feces. read more

If this is the same company that Diamond Resorts contract with, they are horrible. The drivers Marcel and Jesus, were outstanding to help. However, we are owners with Diamond and staying at Mystic Dunes. Before we came from California we called Mystic Dunes about shuttle service with accessibility. They said yes, just make reservation 24 hours ahead of needing it. They picked us up. During our day in the park we received a phone call from them. I called back and talk to Nick. He said they could do it today only. I said we would need the service for 3 more days. He said he had to check with his supervisor since they usually don't do this. The person we talked to said unless I was where I could not get out of wheelchair or scooter they could not transport me. So please do not use this company. When they did pick us up they sent the wrong bus, no accessibility. They loaded people on the bus. However, then the accessible one came and they made everyone that just loaded onto the bus, which included a mother carrying her sleeping 2 yr old daughter, and load the bus that was the accessible one just for me. This is the worst transportation company I have ever used. They have no consideration for the customers. I had to take a cab to my hotel from Epcot because it was going to thunder storm. I Was told the next pickup would be a 10:45 at the time I called the company it was 5:30. We would have been waiting in the rain until 10:45. This transportation was chosen by my hotel. read more

They are not at all handicap accessible and say one thing but do the opposite. They were the shuttle company our hotel partnered with and we ended up waiting most of outlets vacation having to find other ways to get to where we needed to go because they couldn't accommodate two electric scooters. read more
