I arrived at the lab at 5:30AM for an appointment at 5:40AM. I arrived at the lab just as the doors were being opened for the day. I went in and checked in at the kiosk by 5:35AM. There were a handful of people that had arrive prior to me; several persons were in line behind me when I completed the check in process. I sat down at 5:35AM and patiently waited to be called by the staff. My appointment time came and went; the lobby was cleared of those who arrived about the same time as me, including those that were in line behind me. Then, they started taking people who arrived quite a while after I did. They started to take the fourth person who arrived well after me; I interjected and asked the staff member why they were taking people were front of me that had just arrived They said they would look into. Yet, they called two others in front of me - I interjected both times explaining my dilemma; It was 15 Minutes now past my scheduled appointment. Finally, a technician called my name; only 18 minutes past my appointment and a dozen people going ahead of me that signed in after me. Why did I even bother have an appointment? I have other options for lab care - I certainly do not require Quest Diagnostics for my lab needs. I am very disappointed with my recent visit and find the circumstances to be absolutely not acceptable. I will seriously consider my choice of labs in the future and have no intention to utilize the lab on Painter Ave in Whittier, Ca. The service I received at the lab, all in all, was just an unacceptable experience. read more

I came in with an appointment. Since I was a few minutes late Sandra told me I had to wait till the end of the line. So now instead of waiting for appointment I have to wait an hour. Sandra is so rude she calls herself the manager. But apparently she has no people skills or professionalism. No care or compassion for people who are ill. She clearly discriminated me because I complained. She should preferential treatment and treated others better. The place is way too small and way too busy. Had very simple lab work to do (3 blood tests) and was in and out very efficiently at my scheduled appointment time. Had results back online within a couple days. Parking was only $1, but they validated me. Would repeat again for sure for any needed lab work. They are In Network for my insurance, so that's a great thing too. read more

If I could give quest zero stars I would. They are no help. And the wait times are always 2+ hours for walkins. Even when they are only serving 2 people the wait time is always more than 2+hours. They're staff will not help people check in. Which is sad because I saw a Cold War vet today needing help and no one came out to help him. Went here today. Plenty of parking. The have self check in kiosks. I had an appt but there was only a few people there. The employees were not friendly. No smiles, no hi, or how you doing. They are there to do their job and that's it. Had blood drawn, came home and took the bandage off and never ever saw that much after giving blood.......in my 35 years of getting blood drawn. I came here to get lab work done for my annual physical. I made my appointment online, which was a great idea because the waiting room was full with walk in appointments. I thought I'd get there early but still had to wait for my appointment time. The staff was ok but were rude to other people and appeared to be overwhelmed. I happened to see a friend while there who had an appointment but was overlooked. She wasn't treated very nicely when she brought this to their attention. I was called in and the Phlebotomist took some time to process my lab orders from my Dr's office. The first attempt at drawing blood didn't work so we had to switch arms and finally found a working vein. I usually go to the facility in Fullerton where everybody is nicer and not as crowded. I'll remember this next time I need blood work done. read more

Women at desk was very rude to all clients. Was giving cards for people without appointment to call and when you call none answers the phone. When I called to confirm that no one was answering the phone she then said I was belligerent and wanted to call security. She was treating the older patients even worse didn't care about them at all. First time using this lab and location. I had a great experience. Check in is easy, front desk staff was efficient, didn't have to wait too long before I was called in. Bianca was my favorite however. She listened to my concerns and did an amazing job. I get blood drawn pretty frequently so I know when I have found a good phlebotomist and Bianca is it! I had no pain and no bruising. She really knows her craft. She is also personable, friendly and knowledgeable. read more

I gave 1 star because you cant put zero or negative 5 stars. This place is a joke. Me and my wife there on 12/21/20 to do blood work. My wife didnt have to do blood work just the poop kit. I did my bloodwork and also got a poop kit to take home. We did the kit and I took back to drop off like they told me to. I figured it was ok to drop off. They told me i should have mailed it in. Waited to be called in for drop off. The put my info in and said ok we cant find your wife in the system. I told her when went in on dec 21 they told her no blood work needed to be done just the poop kit. She said "yeah theres nothing they could do". This place doesn't even deserve a star. Was there on January 16, 2019. The paperwork said that they're open after lunch at 12:30 PM I stood outside their door for 20 minutes and they never unlocked it. This is a horrible place if you want to get your blood drawn. read more

First of all it is NOT STE 104 it is STE 301. I saw it looked like a lot of people make that mistake cause the location list from the docs is not updated like mine wasn't also I see a lot of complaints about this place but I had a great experience. When you walk it you check in on the kiosk and then they give you a wait time. The wait might be around 15 to 45 mins depending on the number of walk ins waiting in the waiting room but for a walk in what do you expect. The staff was really nice. You can track your wait time on a tv screen. The place is very clean. The girl that did my blood was super friendly, and was great with drawing blood. No bruses no pain. The bathrooms are clean. They all had beautiful personalities. read more

As soon as I entered the office, someone was there to take my temp due to covid, which was great, but there was no greeting, no interaction other than her saying i need to take ur temp, and she said it with attitude. Then she said, go register and sit down. I thought ok, she is having a bad day. I was called in the back by a girl yelling my name and the room # I needed to go to. The girl drawing my blood entered there room, no greeting again, just ignored me, so I decided to greet her but saying "how r u?" She's replied "fine". That was the extent of our conversation. When she was done, she said, "you're done" and turned her back to me once again. Being in healthcare myself, we would NEVER think of treating patients in this manor. People r usually uneasy doing anything medical and it is the medical professionals responsibility to put the patient at ease as much as possible. These people didn't care anything about their patients, which to me is horrible medical care!!! read more

I tried to make an appointment. I finally gave up on the automated phone system. Yelp said they would be open until 3:30. I got there at 3:00. Sign on the door said they close at 3:00. They would not take me. Very annoying! read more

My only reason for the low rating is the customer service. They are pretty quick and the phlebotomists are nice but the front desk staff is rude. They've lost paperwork and then argued that it was my fault, they speak over you and are condescending. I hate dealing with them. They should get friendlier people to be the face of their office. read more

I was sent for lab work from my doctor. It was my first time here and didn't have an appointment. I've been told that this place gets really busy. I walked in and it was empty! Must have been my lucky day. I signed in and 5 minutes later i was already seated in a chair with a needle in my arm. I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. Not too shabby! read more

I've used this office for the last 3 years! I always get greeted and a friendly face! I'm always asked how I'm doing or what I'm in for. They are professional and have a bed side manner. I remember one time I felt really dizzy after my draw, they made sure I was ok and safe to drive home. Gave me juice and graham crackers. read more

Brought my 2 year old and 4 year old in for a blood test, had a 49 minute wait. Went to use the restroom for 10 minutes came back with plenty of time left. Our name was still on the board, I seen it get deleted. I went to the front desk and they told me I need to re register because they called my name. So they wanted me to wait another 49 minutes with my 2 cranky kids. Will never go back and would not suggest anyone with kids go here. The ladies at the front desk are very rude. I took the day off work to take the kids, but I'm not willing to wait almost 2 hours for a blood test. read more

Very unprofessional staff in the front office, not only are they rude, but they look like they just rolled out of bed. A patient came in complaining about pain after getting his blood drawn and they dismissed him and told him it was because he was putting pressure on his arm. He left after no one cared to help him. The girls the front office proceeded to talk about him after he left. Then the phlebotomist that helped my grandmother was very degrading and flat out rude, asking how long she's been in the country; when in fact she was born in this country. What does that have to do with his job as a phlebotomist? He made some other comments regarding her race that were very offensive. I came in today was met with very rude staff, the person at the front desk refused to answer any question and kept pointing to a dumb sign at the window and said any questions will be answered when paper work is picked up. I had already had blood drawn, but as I was leaving I had a question I went up to the front desk and the person there looked at me and pointed at the sign on the window then I told her I already had my lab done then she proceeded to tell me in a very very rude tone "any questions should of been asked inside" . She refused to answer me. So I just stood there waiting for someone else to come to the front desk, and she again pointed to the sign. She was very very rude. I even witnessed one older lady having trouble checking in with the kiosk, the same person at the front desk refused to get up and come help her. Came to this location today because it is close to home. I made a same-day appointment online for 2:15pm, showed up at 1:45pm and there was only one other person waiting. The girl at the front told me to sign in as a walk-in and I'll be seen sooner. So I signed in and was taken to the back within a few minutes. I've been here a couple of times. I make it a point to make an appointment because they're always full. I try to request Yessenia although she is a temp, but she is the best! I feel very comfortable coming here because I know I will be treated well and they are very thorough in getting it right. I will continue to come here as long as I need it! read more
