Friendly staff. Near CVS. Parking is tight so park further away and walk. It's freezing in there so bring a jacket. Drinks lots of water. Make an appointment online. Bring your paperwork. Checkin using the kiosk. It scans your ID and insurance card.

The worst service ever, I guess they didn't get good pay, they're very slow if I had a choice I will not come here for my blood test

Holly Nguyen did an amazing job at drawing blood and providing care for my grandma. I would highly recommend asking for her.

Ask the Community - Quest Diagnostics

Can I go to Quest Diagnostics if my lab paper says Labcorp?

It depends on what medical group you are with! I had a paper that said LabCorp and I went there, only to be turned away and told to go to Quest

Do they have any translate or any vietnamese people?

Many staff and phlebotomists are Vietnamese and can speak!

I've even recommended this place to friends and have brought my daughter here in the past when she needed tests. However, our recent experience on October 3, 2025, was very disappointing. The woman in the photo provided unprofessional and rude service. My family has always used the same insurance card at this facility without any issues. I had just completed my own lab work at this location shortly before, using the exact same card, with no problems. In fact, even last year, my daughter had used this same card at this location without issue. But this time, the front desk staff claimed that my daughter's insurance was not valid and insisted that she provide a different insurance card. My daughter called me, confused, and I was genuinely surprised. I immediately contacted both my doctor's office and hers, and they confirmed that the insurance is valid and that the member ID number can be used to verify coverage. What upset me most was that the front desk staff spoke to my daughter in a harsh and disrespectful manner, even though she calmly explained the situation. Despite being told by both doctors' offices that the card was active and accepted, the staff refused to acknowledge it and did not allow her to proceed with the lab work. Her appointment was at 11:00 AM, but after a long wait and no resolution, she had to walk over to her doctor's office to have them call the lab directly. By the time she was finally allowed to proceed with the blood draw, it was 12:00 PM. At that point, she was told the lab was closed for lunch and was asked to return after 1:00 PM. She ended up having to fast and wait over two hours just to complete a basic blood draw , all because of the unprofessional handling by the front desk staff that day. In healthcare, professionalism, compassion, and patience are essential. I sincerely hope this feedback leads to better service and improved staff training at this location going forward.

These ladies had a smile on their face and said even with no appointment, they would try and help me get in if I waited for the people with appointments to go first. Yep! Smooth running process- checked in and took a seat and they got me in and out in less than an hour! They moved people so fast in and out of that waiting area and treated everyone with respect and kindness. When you're getting lab work done you can be so nervous and worried and they made the experience great! Thank you ladies for being a pleasure to work with and for caring about your patients!

We are both cancer survivors and have to get blood works frequently, I'm grateful daddy is in the WH, I was paying $900 a month premium a month so Newsom can give free health care to migrants. Don't let anybody tell you otherwise, things are getting better since 11/5/2024. I have changed Quest Diagnostic many times, this one is the last time I have to do so, the worst one is next to Fountain Valley hospital, the wait was up to 1 hour, the room was full of migrants they probably had TB or other pulmonary diseases, they coughed their brain out and I was fearful we would both die from caching TB as said above, we are both immunocompromized, btw keep our health care excellence, most cancer patients are dead in Canada, in America you die w cancer and rarely die OF CANCER. The 3 Quest offices in and near OC Memorial hospital, the wait was ridiculous up to 40 minutes maybe 15 min w appointements and you spend 25 minutes looking for parking, this office has been here for years, I can't understand why I never thought about coming here. The tech was quiet but she did her job, it's Ok, I don't need to chat, just get my blood work done and get out fast! I'm totally shocked the results were in 24 hrs, it used to take a week and it was like pulling teeth, I had to call them to demand my results, geez, what was their problem so trust me, my reviews are 100% accurate, the good, the bad and the ugly, I never sugarcoat anything. I'll post this on Google soon, it's not fair the low rating hurting their business. Everything is cool except my A1C, I have been eating too much rice with HAINAN CHICKEN 3X, I usually don't eat rice, bread chocolate, I don't like starchy food in general but the glutinous rice in rice cake killed my A1C, I have to stop any more Hainan chicken rice or I will get diabetes. The parking here is great, plenty of parking, altogether I saved 1 hour coming here.

Checking in was a breeze, they have self service kiosks. All questions and directions for a new photo of ID and insurance card were pretty straight forward. I made an appointment for 10:10am and was helped out pretty quickly after my arrival. Appointments are available to make online, walk-ins are welcome but there will usually be an extended wait. Blood draws haven't always been easy for me, but over the years I've been able to hop that mental hurdle. Even then, my heart always beats a little bit faster when I enter a lab. I was greeted and helped by Samantha, a most kind human and wonderful phlebotomist. I think she could sense my nervousness and kept the conversations flowing. She answered all my questions and was super patient. Most importantly she didn't hurt me and she got me on first poke. YAY! My doctor had requested a blood draw and a urinalysis. I recieved an email that my general labs were ready next day. Quite quickly, especially when they average 2-5 days! I did have a specialty/genetics test that promised results in 2 weeks or more. I recieved them right in the 14 day mark! I appreciate the punctuality! From my experience, this is my favorite lab to go to when I need my labs ran. Will be back! Side note, as of right now (April 2026) they are re-doing the parking lot, adding solar panels and coverings. I'm assuming the project goes into the fall. Parking has been crazy. My primary care doctor and women's health doctor share the same lot, it has not been fun trying to park. I'd come at least 15 minutes early!
