Not sure why all the negative reviews? I personally had a wonderful experience for being a blood work collecting facility. I arrived on a Saturday about 10:30 AM (1 hr before closing) as a walk in. There was 1 patient with and appointment and 1 walk in before me. I was called back with in 22 mins. Not long at all (that was after the 2 others before me). I was called back by a very professional beautiful Asian Lady named Sonoe! she was very professional, went through all my info to make sure it was correct. Sonoe answered all my questions and gave me the step by step process required for my visit. after that room I was lead into the blood drawing room which a very pleasant, happy and also beautiful Linda (who was covering for a James) greeted me. Linda was amazing blood technician. Not only was she quick and I experienced no pain during the blood drawing process. Once I was called back I think It took around 10-15 mins. Only because I was also needed to supply a urine sample as well as a blood sample. The two (Sonoe & Linda) work amazing as a team and I would recommend this location. OH and this location is INSIDE Walmart! So don't let the map app directions fool you. Thank you Sonoe and Linda for making my experience a good one. read more

Well this place is hopping, if you can make an appointment ahead of time. But if you need to be a walk in like me, just get there early. I want to highlight Vanessa and her team member who was working with her on the Saturday morning I went in. I told them I don't do well with needles, which is true, I will faint. They took time to get me a room with a reclining chair, chatted with me and we had a great convo, and turned the lights out after I was done while letting me lay prone as long as I needed. If I could give this laboratory, no stars I would. Took my 88 year-old mom here signed in, and no one was waiting. We waited for an hour. No one ever came out to help us. We finally got up and left. We always have a problem when we come to Quest Labs at this location. Quest Labs is absolutely the worst Labs. read more

I had scheduled an appointment for 2:10 pm, but had another conflicting appointment come up during that time, so I arrived at this location at 0700 hoping to do a walk in. I signed in and one of the clinicians came out and said that because I signed in, I could only come back 30 mins prior to my scheduled time. I explained my situation and he told me there was nothing he could do; I find this hard to believe. I came home and scheduled another appointment at a different location and cancelled the one at Singing Oaks Walmart. As others have said, great location, but lousy service. read more

Although convenient location, blood draw was painful and Claudia (employee) simply stated, "you are just sensitive." I have had many blood draws and IV sticks to compare from. She was forceful and uncaring- bad combination. read more

I had appointment this morning May 9, and was attended, by a VERY rude lady with short hair. The majority of people do not go to quest because they feel good. We go there because we are feeling terrible. and to have someone disrespect me was AWFUL. I hope i never have that type of experience again! When you need bloodwork done, you want it done quickly, efficiently, and pain free. It also helps to have someone that has a good personality to take your mind off the sticks and blood draw:-) Well, our Quest meets all of those requirements most days. However, it depends on who is working. Some of the help rates a 1 while another rates a 5 (makes the average rating). This clinic was previously located in Dr. Mann's office complex. Now, they have moved to the front of the Wal*Mart store at US Hwy 281 and State Hwy 46. Actually, this is a much easier location to get in and has much better parking. A nice touch is their app. It allows you to make an appointment that nearly eliminates any waiting at the facility. In this day of the covid virus, not having to wait around other folks is a great thing. Will I return? Definitely, the next time that I need bloodwork. read more

The appointment system is inefficient. I have made appointments at the Singing Oaks site and they are always running behind. My time is just as valuable as theirs. What's the use of making an appointment and they can't meet the time or give a courtesy communication stating they are running behind. Furthermore, Quest diagnostics contact methods are lacking in effective communication. The drop off sample is very complicated. I waited 21 minutes to drop off a urine sample. I then waited 19 minutes to speak to customer service just to be put on hold for 15 more minutes. I hung up!!! Will find another lab service in my area. I do not recommend this company nor the Singing Oaks location inside of Walmart. The technician finger point and blame the customer for their inefficiencies. read more

What a horrible experience beginning with the most unfriendly and rude staff you could ever encounter. Don't be in a hurry, even with an appointment. In fact, I'd suggest expecting a wait of at least an hour past your scheduled time. read more

If there were minus stars, I would give them minus 2. Had appointment. Received notice from them that my doctor had sent orders for blood test. Arrived, checked in and then was told they had no orders. Showed them the texts from Quest. "Oh, we've been having this problem and we're working on it". Quest sucks. I will drive 50 miles so that I never have to go to Quest. read more

i've never liked going to Quest for my routine tests, I started a couple years ago testing at my cardiologist's office when I could but have finally had enough and won't go back to Quest. What has finally set me off for good is Quest's new policy of not telling me what the tests (which are free after insurance at the cardiologist) will cost me while I'm there but taking an imprint of my credit card so they can charge me what they like later. Seriously. They told me that a blood draw and lipids panel would cost me "no more than" $155 and the way I would find out is by looking at my credit card statement. A couple times in the past they've told me (once I was in the chair) that it would cost $200, or $400, or whatever, and make some excuse such as "your doctor has coded this incorrectly." At least I could get up and leave, which I did several times. With this new policy I would't know the cost until it hits my credit card. The lady working literally dug in my arm when the vein she decided to use ( I told her to use a different one) stopped working. She said she collapsed it. It was super painful. I told her to stop digging and when she pulled out the needle I completely collapsed. I was out for a while and they woke me up. I asked for juice and they said they couldnt help me. I needed to lay down so they finally got me to a chair and left me in a room alone. I barely could get up and walk out of there. They didn't check on me and I was in bad bad shape. I got food from walmart bakery and had to have someone come get me bc I couldnt drive. This was 3 weeks ago and my arm still hurts and is bruised. Don't go here! read more

I was really excited that I didn't have to go far to give blood. I made the appointment over the phone, then I called to make sure I didn't need anything else. The lady was really nice and said I only needed my ID and insurance info. I confirmed, I only needed those two things. She said yes. I arrive at the door for my appointment and read the sign that's say read 1st. Cool. No COVID-19 issues. I check in on the tablet and sit and wait. About 15 minutes later the lab tech opens the door and asks me about my face covering and motions to the door saying didn't you read the highlighted paper on the door. Obviously not if I walked in and checked in without a face mask. Seriously, I'm supposed to notice highlighted tiny letters telling me to wear a face mask.I informed the technician that I specifically asked the representative on the phone if I needed "anything else" and I was told no. Face mask requirement was reiterated. Therefore, I left. Returned with a face covering and completed visit. I would have given this whole experience a 5 star rating if I had been informed on the phone to bring face covering and had not wasted an additional 30 minutes of sick time that I had not planned for. The whole face mask requirement made the experience unpleasant and I hope I never have to return to this business ever again. So if you have to give blood at Quest, bring a face covering. read more

My cardiologist office worked with Quest to make things easier- not here and not for me. The order was transmitted twice and faxed and they still didn't 'see it'. I found out later I can ask them to call the office for orders but I have my Quest account number and order status and am going to a hopefully more customer friendly Quest. read more

Showed up 5 min late for my appointment. It's not always easy being on time with a 1 year old and a 3 year old. No number to call and let them know I was on my way. They locked their doors 10 min early for lunch. As they're exiting the doors for "lunch" I stated I was running a little late for my appointment and their answer was well we already clocked out for lunch. It was 1145. Doors stated they close for lunch at 12pm. Blood draws take maybe 5 min. Standing there with 2 small children. They still refused to draw my blood bc they already clocked out (early at that). I was very upset with this location. I arrived at the door to this location, inside a Walmart, at 3:55 PM. The (printed on the door) closing time read 4:00 PM. The doors were already locked. I knocked on the door for six minutes until 4:01pm andI finally gave up. This is the second time I've had an issue at this location. The last time I came in here they had problems with their computer which caused major headaches. read more

i came in to get some labs done and they were fast which was nice but barely spoke to me, i was already uncomfortable enough to have a needle put in me to take out vials of my blood but they were short and didnt talk to me barely , i know im a patient but im a person too, a little small talk would have been nice to help me calm down. read more
