Was late to my appointment trying to figure out how to get to it, but took the elevator up and finally found it. The ladies at the front desk were super nice and helped me out to where I needed to go! My apt was smooth, the lady I had was also very nice, friendly, and very kind! Made sure I was okay after the drawing and made sure everything was good to go! There's definitely limited parking, but I was able to find a spot pretty quick along the side of the road! P.S if you are getting your blood drawn and have a Quest appointment, go inside the doors, head towards the elevator and it tells you which floor to go to by doctors' name! There is also a note inside the elevator on which floor you are supposed to go to. Go through the door next to the elevator, Quest is not the first lobby you see! Truly only of the most intentionally poorly run companies out there. Nobody works at the front desk, nobody answers the phones, very intentionally so you can't ask questions. The only people who care are the employees, who are caught between their patients and incompetent management, by design of said management. I got a text an hour before my appointment telling me to NOT go to the counter to check in upon arrival, but to check in online via a link and take a seat. So that's exactly what I did. After 35 minutes of waiting I went to the front counter to ask how much longer it would be and the receptionist shushed me after I said "hi." Another receptionist asked how she could help and when I explained I'd been waiting, she told me the quest diagnostics was actually further back. There's a door in the waiting room where people had been coming through and calling patients back, so I had no idea there was another waiting room beyond the waiting room. There is also no obvious signage to indicate this, and asking people to not check in at the counter & just take a seat, didn't help. There needs to be clear instructions on where patients should go, especially when it's a shared office! I ended up having to check in separately as a walk in because my appointment time passed, and they have no estimate of how long it would take. So what should have been a quick 10 minute appointment for a blood draw is now turning into 1+ hours. I'll probably get a parking ticket as well since it's paid street parking only, and I can't leave to refill the meter otherwise I might miss them calling my name since I'm now a walk in. They really should add a line to the check in text, instructing people to go to the 2nd waiting room. It's a really simple solution to avoid confusion & wasting peoples' time. read more

Juana at Quest is one of the best flobotomists I've ever had. I don't have great veins (they tend to collapse during blood draw) but she is amazing. I'm also a wimp when it comes to needles. Juana is kind and as close to painless as possible. Even thought it's not the closest lab to my house I always try to come to the Quest Labs on First. Fair warning - make an appointment. I've been to this location twice and was very impressed by the person who did my blood draw. Her name is "Juana" and she was the only one working there both times I was there. She came to the waiting room to call each patient, then walked them back to do their blood draw. She even had to troubleshoot her computer system while I was there with no one to help her. Juana was friendly and polite the entire time even though I could tell she was dealing with a lot on her own. I highly recommend this location based on my experiences with Juana. read more

To the lady who could not draw my blood- please go back to school. Why in the f**k would you use a STRAIGHT on my hand?! Not only that, you blew my vein and left me f**ked up for over a week. You were extremely rude and dismissive of the whole situation and shooed me out of your workspace because you couldn't perform your job duties and get a measly 3 tubes of blood from me. When I as a patient have to step in and teach you how to do your damn job and try to help you get blood out of me, it says a lot about who Quest hires. You refused to stick me in my perfect spot- every facility can find my vein without issue. Instead you decided to fish for the smallest veins. Newsflash- you DON'T need to physically see a vein in order to perform phlebotomy. I should've just asked a junkie to help a girl out. They would've found my vein no problem. read more

Drove down, parked in garage, waited 45 minutes. Entire process was automated, no one to speak with. Finally, after 45 minutes someone appeared front desk ( only because she was waiting for her food delivery)) Person sitting at the front desk was head-down into her phone. She then proceeds to explain how it works and NO, they do not validate parking,. The trip took 2 hours, parking costs $5 and no blood was drawn. Shame on you Quest...get it together read more

Took my 2-year-old in for a Blood Test at this location. I opted to be a walk-in patient both times as getting everyone to be at a place at a certain time is never easy. The staff was very accommodating both times and helped my daughter remain calm during the drawing. It is located upstairs on the second floor you have to go thru a doctor's office and then you'll find this location. It can get confusing but, if you ask the front desk at the doctor's office they'll help. Masks are still required but, they are nice and will give you one if you happen to forget one in the car. read more

This was the worst experience ever. I made an appointment a week prior for a 10:30 appointment for my 90 year old mother. When you get there you sign in on a computer. If you don't do it right, you are considered a walk in, even though I had a confirmation number for the appointment. When I tried to explain that I wasn't sure if I signed in correctly, the employee was super rude and waited about 15 minutes ti help me. She then told me my mother didn't have an appointment even though I gave her the confirmation number. She said we would have to wait until the people With appointments were done. We arrived exactly at !0:30 at our appointment time, my mother had been fasting, and we did not get out of there until after 12:30 I will never subject my mother to this place again read more

This review is for the receptionist at the front desk and for Maria, the phlebotomist who did my quest diagnostic biometric screening. 1. The girl at the front desk had fair/light skin, curly hair in a bun, and the most horrendous attitude. She spoke to me like a total idiot when I had said I had an appt with quest diagnostics. At the end I asked if I owed anything and she said "idk you're in the wrong place" so I left and she said "BYE!". We're you taught ZERO manners?????? 2. Maria, the phlebotomist- where do I begin? * she took my height without asking me to take my shoes off, she said it didn't matter and then ASKED ME HOW TALL I WAS. Then asked me what my height said on my DL, and "that's the height they go by" ...... so I asked what was the point of taking my height? ........??? * she weighed me with my purse, shoes, and huge jacket on and said "oh it won't make a difference." (I had her re-weigh me and it was a 6lb difference.) *why would I take time out of my day to come here and not get accurate results?* * she then told me to sit down and gave me ZERO instruction. I said to her "why are you not communicating with me? I ask a question and you act as if I'm bothering you?" Her response: "don't you know what we're doing here? Don't you know what you signed up for? it's a biometric screening!!" (It was my first one, ever.) does she talk to her elderly patients like this? What is her issue? Why was this experience the absolute worse thing I could imagine? I hope she was just having a terrible day so before I left I said "Maria, can you please treat your clients more kindly? The nurse here is horribly rude and unprofessional. Her attitude shows she would rather be anywhere other than at work. She has no bedside manner or compassion for the patients. This has happened twice now! The first time I figured she was just having a bad day. Then today she was even worse....rude, slamming stuff around the room, literally jammed the needle in my arm with no warning. I have never interacted with someone in the healthcare field that was so unprofessional and uncaring. She is clearly in the wrong field of work! I have filed a formal complaint with Quest. read more

I noticed the bad reviews and got a little worried after I arrived today, but I had a good experience! I was really grateful for the woman who assisted me, she was very kind! It's only street parking, but there was available parking when I arrived. Clear markings on where to go when you enter the front of the building, but when you go inside the suite door, just let them know you are there for Quest- they share and office with other providers and they will direct you back. I was a walk-in and only waiting about 15min. Quick and thankfully painless! read more

I would not recommend this lab if it's the last place on this earth. I made an appointment, which was easy. However, finding parking, finding where to go in the building was not. Upon arriving I had to confirm I had arrived, which was also great on the iPad. However, the there was no reception. The time I waited which was a wonderful thing as well. However, what highly annoyed me was I was told one thing by the phlebotomist in regards to how much I had to pay verses what my insurance told me I had to pay. The phlebotomist told me I had to pay $105, when my co-pay was only $15. She changed her story when I called my insurance. She lied to me and my insurance's representative on the phone in front of me. I will never return to this place again. My insurance found me another laboratory, which was excellent. I will continue to go to Labcorp I will never go to Quest again nor will I recommend them to anybody. I do not trust people who lie. I had to post this because I would not want anybody else to experience what I experienced. read more

Very disappointing experience at Quest with my annual blood draw. Regrettably, "Surekha" seems too inexperienced for her position running this one-person office. My positive experience last year with "Carlene" was the reason why I returned to this Quest office today. Because my veins are small, I always alert the phlebotomist. When I did so today, unlike other technicians, Surekha took no measures to try to ensure a successful venipuncture. She did not palpate for the best vein. She did not use a small-bore needle, nor did she secure the skin as other professionals have done in the past. Rather, she chose to use a large bore needle because the flow "would be faster". After a vein on my one arm blew out, she then used a "butterfly" needle for the other arm. Both sticks were angled deep, and both sticks left swollen hematomas. I've had annual blood work for decades, but never with such bad outcomes. A good phlebotomist should be able to make the adaptations necessary for a difficult stick, by adjusting not only the size (bore) of the needle but also the angle and speed of insertion, to draw the blood without too much pain and trauma. I was very skeptical going there due to the bad reviews, however I had the opposite experience! I went in on Friday. Got there early, checked in on the iPad and was called back in about 15 minutes. The tech was so friendly and made it a great experience for me. I hate getting my blood drawn because I have very thin veins but she did an amazing job. Surprisingly I had no bruising. I will definitely be coming here annually. Just a heads up it's street parking. read more

Had my blood drawn this morning. Was quick, easy, and the lab technician was awesome.

I just experienced the rudest Health Care "professional" ever. I went to Quest to have my yearly lab results taken for my company's health incentive program. You are required to have your height, weight, blood pressure and cholesterol taken. The woman was unfriendly from the beginning but the real trouble started when she measured my waist. She took the measurement in the wrong spot and had the tape measure crooked which added three inches to my waist. She then measured my height and got that wrong by incorrectly translating centimeters to feet and inches. When I corrected her she gave me attitude. I asked for her supervisor and she responded, "I don't have a supervisor." At this point my blood was boiling so I failed the blood pressure test and I have never had high blood pressure. Do not use this location if your results are important to you. read more
