I felt this was a reasonable price and the process was extremely easy -- make an Appt online, show up, and get tested. I was in & out in less than 15 min and was told my results would be available within 24 hrs (but likely between 2-4pm same day, my test was 830am). For a lab that doesn't typically interface with the public, they are doing a fantastic job -- super friendly and happy to answer any/all questions. I will definitely use this lab again if I need quick turnaround results!

After explaining the consent forms and procedure, they pricked my finger for the rapid test. The results are faster than the mouth swap by 10-20 minutes. During the 10-15 minutes waiting time for the results, the worker asked me further questions about my sexual practices and explained things if I needed it. It wasn't my first time at the rodeo, so I didn't really need much explanation. Then, I got my rapid results and was taken into a room to get my blood drawn for the Early Test. Done and done. PS Note that there are limits to every test and know what the results are telling you. While the Early Test detects recent infection well, the Rapid Test detects a wider time frame. It's important to pick the appropriate test for your possible exposure time frame. I like to do both for the overlap.

I waited on hold for 40 minutes, following several different menu options to try and get someone on the phone and never once was my call answered. Because I really needed the results to start a new job, I finally decided I would just show up in person. When I arrived, there was already someone inside and I had to wait for about 20 minutes, which is why I had wanted to call to make an appointment in the first place. I was annoyed enough already, but it only got worse. The facility did not appear to be clean. Upon walking in it was very cluttered with papers, boxes and other items, and it smelled like stale cigarette smoke. This could have been from a previous tenant, but very off-putting none the less. The bathroom where I gave my sample was really gross. The sink was very rusted and it just had a very unsanitary appearance. Nothing like other professional places where I've had similar services before. The person who attended me was very creepy and made me uncomfortable. Not wearing gloves and refusing to wear a mask was bad enough, but I was SHOOK when the attendant used the same thermometer used to read my temperature TO READ THE TEMPERATURE OF MY URINE SAMPLE rather than simply using the temperature strip on the side of the sample collection cup. I can't be certain, but I'm willing to bet this would not be considered best practices. When the temperature of my first sample came back 101, the attendant discarded it and made me sit in this dingy office space for 40 minutes while drinking tap water from his gross rusty sink, so I could produce another. All the while, he proceeded to make inappropriate comments such as "I can either play dumb, or not dumb," "whatever you tell me I don't have to repeat to your employer," or my favorite, "you social workers are all the same..." It seems he was insinuating some misconduct on my part which I did not appreciate whatsoever, ESPECIALLY BECAUSE MY SECOND SAMPLE CAME BACK NEGATIVE FOR EVERYTHING I left the place with a very poor impression, but that was only half of my dissatisfaction with the services. I took the test on a Wednesday and I did not get results UNTIL FRIDAY OF THE FOLLOWING WEEK! Granted, the day after my test was Thanksgiving, but that still allows at least 5 business days with no results. And just as before, they were unable to be reached by phone after being on hold for another 40 minutes. This is especially frustrating because I had a new job pending on these results. This poor quality service literally put my life on hold. If you're a company looking for a service to ensure a quick hiring process, or an individual looking for a clean facility to test in for personal reasons...LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Fortunately, the county was still willing to work with my friend and the detainee to complete the transplant. We were in dire need to find a mobile phlebotomist that could quickly go into a detention center during a tight time window to complete required testing. I also needed a lab that the county and the hospital would approve. I called quite a few phlebotomists and mobile labs but was having no luck getting someone to meet my requirements. Fortunately, a nurse friend referred me to Mobile Xpress Clinics. What a God send. Jill, the Operations Manger, listened to my requirements of needing someone to go do the testing as soon as possible. She answered every call (which were quite a few) and had all the answers I needed to get this scheduled. She also followed up with the hospital and the county to verify she had all the information that was needed to ensure everything went flawlessly. Jill also had the blood and urine draws transported directly to the transplant center's lab saving us the need to hire another currier service. I can't even put into words how caring and accommodating she was. Jill and her team (thank you too Windy) were willing to work around any schedule that the county and the hospital required. Mobile Xpress' prices were very reasonable as well. It is not everyday I need a service like this but if I do, I will always have their number in my phone. I could not have had a better experience. I wish more companies were this diligent, caring, and professional.
