I had two different mobile phlebotomists, one who tried five times and no blood and the second who had to draw from my hand. I let KK know this in advance. She spent a good minute plus searching for the right place. I felt zero when she inserted the needle and my four vials went fast. That is rare. Only one other phlebotomist in the last 11 years has been able to do that. I told her I wanted to hire her for any future work I need! She's very direct and to the point and does her job. Love this. Hope she stays at this location always or I'll follow her to another one!

Most of the labs in the Dallas area didn't have hours that were suitable for my son's work schedule. This was very frustrating because my son needs this bloodwork done asap, as he was just released from a 2 week stay at the hospital with renal failure. Miya was such a blessing and a true lifesaver, driving to my son's apartment and doing his bloodwork there. Plus, she actually answered the phone and I was able to speak to her personally. We will definitely be using Miya's services again and highly recommend her!
