That said, this place completely changed my perspective. Check-in is done on a laptop instead of with a person, but the process was smooth and organized. I was called back promptly at my appointment time, and the staff was kind, attentive, and professional. They took their time once inside with and explained everything. I got lucky here. Scheduling online is relatively easy, and you can check multiple sites to see which one works for your timing and location. Checking in once you're on site is done with a standing kiosk/tablet, which is great. Sonia took my samples for testing; she was friendly, professional, and is in my all time top 3 for blood work, which says a lot in my book! She's doing blood work for my future physicals, hands down. This location is convenient but they need to work on their scheduling/timing. It's appointment only and by now they should know how many people they can see in a given day and not over schedule. I had an appointment at 11:15. It's currently 11:33 and the wait board says I have 3 more mins to wait, although it's said that for the last 10 minutes so who knows. The seating in the waiting room is socially distanced, but they're so backed up that people have no place to sit. I had a great experience here. I set my appointment online and received a text reminder. Once I was in the parking lot I notified them and received another text to enter once they were ready for me. They were ready exactly at my appointment time. No wait! And I was in and out fast. The lady who took my blood was very friendly and I barely even felt the needle. This was the best experience ever coming to get lab work done. This was my first time at this location and the check in was quick and easy and the screen kept you updated and even though I came in as a walk-in at 6:30am when they opened, I waited less than 30 mins even with 3 people in front of me on the standby list without appts., they were so fast and had plenty of staff available. When Marina called me back to the room I was surprised of how neat and clean the area was kept and Marina was so gentle and a pleasure to have. I'd want her every time I need to come back because she asked me what arm was better/ preferred and she inserted the needle slowly and removed it with no pain as well and that's what I pay attention to the most because I'm not scared of needles at all but some others have hurt me in the past but with her I can see she has the special touch and is very skilled in her career! They need more workers like Marina honestly. She's the best! read more

I got to Quest, and immediately a worker was being rude about me not having a mask on. I went back to my car to grabbed one and sat down and proceeded with check-in. A man came in to try to sign in to his appointment but the system wouldn't let him as they DON'T have a receptionist, but robots that don't work instead. He was very bothered that the system kept denying his appointment and showed the two health workers that he indeed did have one. The workers instead told him that he was late and had to go (again being very rude). You can tell that they completely hate their job and aren't trying to provide good quality care for individuals who need to get blood work done. If you don't like your job, please stay at home! You do not have to treat or talk to people in a certain tone just to let your rage out :) read more

This place opened up right next to my house so I had to give it a try. The only other place I liked getting blood drawn from was LabCorp in Altamonte but it is a bit farther away. I got to the building at 6:30am today which was when it opens and there was already a line of people at the door. The inside is very clean and much more sleek than other places I've been to- you can tell it's newly renovated. We signed in at a computer system- there are two of them. It was pretty easy to check in. I was a walk-in because I had trouble finding a way to schedule an appointment with this location online. You can watch your name on a computer and see how many minutes are left for you to wait. Mine first said 21 minutes, and that's pretty accurate considering there were about 6 people in front of me. 2 people who showed up after me were scheduled appointments so they skipped over me to the top of the list which was a little nerve-wracking but I still felt like I was seen pretty quickly. The man next to me was freaking out that people kept jumping past him to the top of the list because of it. However, I like the list versus sitting around feeling unsure as to when you're going to get seen and how many people are in front of you. Overall I had a good experience and I'll most likely come back for more blood work in the future. read more

I was so disappointed with this quest location and I have given other quests 5 stars in the past. This one is new bright and shiny on the surface but that's it. I had an appointment and arrived 15 mi it's early. They proceeded to take walk ins and didn't take me until 15 minutes after. There is no receptionist at all. The lady taking my blood was rude. Some of the tests I needed they were out of. She said "we are out of this test find another quest." I said which one. She said "any." I said this one didn't have it. I asked for my paperwork back and she refused so now I am without my doctors order and I have to drive to every quest to see if they have a test. They don't staff them to answer phones anymore. Horrible experience with blood draw. Phlebotomist hit nerve in arm, slowly filled 3 vials. She then switched to other arm and caused the same excrutiating pain. She said she couldn't get anymore blood and left to talk to someone about them finishing. She came back to say I'd need to come back another time to finish, it was her lunch break and she could not stick me more than twice. I asked if the vials drawn could be used for some of the tests. She said her supervisor said "no" since they might hemolyze. I then made an appointment at the Winter Park clinic where Isabel did the work with compassion and no pain. read more
