I asked staff multiple times what was going on, but no one could provide an explanation or resolve the situation. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I made time for my appointment, yet the lack of communication and failure to address my concerns caused me to miss work. My time is valuable, and I should not have to lose wages because of poor communication and disorganization. I would like an explanation for why I was not seen in a timely manner, why my concerns were not addressed, and what will be done to prevent this from happening to other patients in the future.

They tell you someone will call back within 48 hours. They don't. They don't have an accurate schedule to book appointments. They blocked my son from seeing a neurologist because they said we had to go to them first even though we had been there 3 months ago and had already seen the Neurologist twice. They told me they would give my son an injection that I had to drive an hour to get the medication. They lied and turned us away. I am trying to find a new primary care but it's hard to find one that takes MyBlue. Other than that, they are wonderful.

Quest charged me for all of them, and when I asked why they said that the doctor had sent the wrong diagnosis code. After maybe 7 messages and phone calls I went back to the clinic and they sent another code to Quest. Still wrong. Besides the doctors see the tests and do not return to the patient if a medication is needed. They are terrible. Acoid the headache. This place makes you sick and then you have a bill to pay due to incompetence.

I was able to get an appointment at this particular location the following Tuesday at 11:00. Let me start off with a personal complaint. This whole fasting from 10:00 the night before with no food or liquid until 11:00 was not easy. Oh well, the cost of trying to stay well. I got here pretty early, probably a bit over an hour before my scheduled appointment. It was already a line of people here, so we're here for the Walgreens Pharmacy and getting flu shots or vaccinations and then there was me. I had to check in using their quick check-in kiosk and then I waited. While I waited, I did a bit of shopping in the Walgreens and picked up some things at while I might not necessarily need, I will need soon enough. Pretty much razors and whatnot that I found that a better price point than I would find in a supermarket. There were snacks/water, a TV, and a Keurig coffee area. It's a bit chilly in here but they do offer warm blankets. All the employees I met were personable, kind, & accommodating. They even checked on me in the waiting room to see if I needed anything. It was a nice touch. Thanks for taking care of my family member & making sure the tests came out correctly.
