What a contrast from my last visit, same company but different location If anything I think Covid had a positive effect here. People spaced out, appointments were honored in their time set, masked at a place where ppl can be sick... I would return Professional, a real person greets you, then sends you to the kiosk. You can choose to wait in your car or in the waiting room Inside were small compartments of just a chair and the basics to draw blood, weigh you, measure you and other screening procedures Outside this is an older medical center, shared with other businesses, medical The courtyard is nice and serene as you walk to the office Only complaint is a suggestion that I told them, they need music and/or pictures of puppies or things to stare at to distract from the needles they are giving you. Plus no privacy in conversations as rooms are close and adjacent with open air on top on between. What ever happened to HIPPA laws? Idk read more

Quick in and quick out! I came here to get my covid antibody test. MaryAnne took a vial of blood and I didn't even feel the needle. That was amazing!!! Plus she was super friendly. This is the place to go for quick friendly service- and hopefully you get the person that I did! read more

First off, there's nobody there to speak to if you should have question about "anything" like... is there the right facility that I'm at etc... There's a kiosk that seemed to have checked me in but I ate learned that it did not. So I was ignored until I finally realized by asking another woman if she was signed up. She said she was a walk in yet the called her before me even though my time slot has come and gone. When I explained that to them, the lovely miss whatever refused to take me. She said there were issues with the Kiosk but I'd still have to wait:))) So... in conclusion, this office is run HORRIBLY!!! Not a fan of Quest but my doctor's office keeps giving me RX to Quest. I'm gonna make a point next tome I need a test to let them (the doctor's office) know I want NO part of Quest!!!! Especially the one in Naples on immockly. read more

The woman at the desk spoke little to no English. A man standing next to me had a confirmed appointment (he played the phone message out loud) and she told him he didn't have an appointment and to leave and reschedule. He lived in Ft. Myers! He had driven all the way down to Goodlette for this appointment. Ridiculous. Now this location is closed, but there is not even a sign on the door saying they are no longer there. This place is a TOTAl scam. If you Walk in and sign up they sit you down. And you wait. You're on the board and it tells you all you're going to be called in with in five minutes five minutes later you're going to be called in for five minutes finally after 35 minutes one of the technicians comes out and says walkins are 2 to 3 hours!! MADThey tell you to make an appointment online or you go online and try to make an appointment and there's no openings for five days. What good is that. Only waited 20 minutes. There were 4 people ahead of me and some already in the rooms to be taken care of. Have been here twice over the year. I found the staff to be very helpful and engaging. Had blood drawn and was out within the 10-15 minutes there. read more

Let's face it, giving blood isn't always fun but once you navigate the potentially large wait, the staff here is friendly and capable. Once I actually got in the back room, poked me and took what they needed. Service as efficient and as expected. read more

Just left without getting my labs done. 6-17-2020. I had an appointment at the Goodlette rd office. Quest website claims they are practicing COVID precautions. Not at this office! I made a 6:30am appointment. The first of the day because I have a Primary immune disorder. There were about 7 or 8 others walk in waiting. I stepped in and judged it was too close quarters for me so I sent my husband in to scan my QR code as I had checked in online to shorten my exposure. I was called in from outside by my husband right away. The desk lady did my paperwork. There was an unmasked lab tech walking behind her as she checked me in. They sent me to stall #3. The same UNMASKED tech motioned for me to walk within inches of him and into the stall. I was shocked and all my alarms went off. I backed out and told the girl he didn't have a mask on. I asked if I could have stall #2 , there was a guy with a mask on there. She went off on me. She said he just got there and he would be putting a mask on. Why in the world wouldn't he put a mask on before ushering me in? He had already been walking around in the back without a mask. Quest website advertises safety ,distancing and precautions. I saw none of that. The check in lady should not be working with the public. I thought it was just me who experienced her wrath but my husband said she was rude to him as well. The whole situation was unsafe so I left without getting my labs. I had been going there for years but will now have to find another, safer alternative with respectful employees. read more

FYI. If you forget your paperwork, the orders are in the computer. The dr orders them and it is seen at all quest locations. We went in today. May 1. Two girls at the front desk. The black girl is a sweetheart and knows how to draw blood quickly and efficiently. The white girl couldn't have been ruder. When you are sick you don't deserve to be treated in a rude or unfriendly manner. read more

I recommend Quest for blood lab work because I don't need a doctor to review my blood test results myself at the myQuest website. It's called myQuest App for patients. i downloaded it on my smart phone this past summer. In the past, I was forced to have my different specialist doctors print out my blood lab results and mail them to me which my different specialist doctors really never want to do. Additionally, when I'm with a different doctor I can easily pull up historical myQuest blood test results (on my smart phone) and show them to my doctor during my exam. I have a general physician, an endocrinologist, a gynecologist, opthalmologist, oral surgeon and a skin doctor. My blood test labs for the past several years involve cholesterol levels, white blood cell count, enzymes levels, hormone levels and A1C sugar levels Etc. I strongly agree that the patient has a right to always have a copy of their historical blood tests so the patient can share them amongst the different doctors. This enables the doctor's to have a more complete picture of my health. As a result of myQuest patient App, I receive better Medical Care. I strongly recommend the myQuest Blood Lab Company and the my Quest Patient app to download on your phone. read more

Relocated permanently to SWFL recently with new Doctors I wasn't forewarned that they used a DMV type automated wait system and no Human Contact as you enter. An IPOD tablet greets you that had a terrible touch interface. As I sat down a TV screen faced us noting your name and wait time and I was at a nice 4 minute wait but the longer I sat the longer my wait time kept growing to the point that after 15 minutes waiting my time grew from 4 minutes to 17 minutes. Every time someone walked in my wait jumped from 4 to 6 to 8 to 9 to 11 to 13 to 17 and I saw no end to this escalated wait time. I got really ticked as I was fasting with no food or drink and dared open the door to object to this asinine system and the lady objected to my language when in fact it's not a swear word as it's meant to mean incompetent and their system is incompetent. Never encountered a Lab system like this anywhere other than at the DMV office getting license plates or Comcast. As a Diabetic and Cardiac patient with regular Lab work over 10 years never ever had a wait system like this and purposefully had no human interaction with customers during the wait process. Got pissed as I saw no end to my wait time growing, voiced my objections to it and walked out. Be forewarned that you should make an appointment before or else your in a bump system perpetually as your at the mercy of the automated IPAD that keeps knocking you down the list and no customer service greets you PERIOD! Worse than the system was the Lady that interacted with didn't give a damn what was happening and more concerned with protecting their INCOMPETENT WAIT SYSTEM than me as a Customer and how dare I attack their system. At no point did she give a hoot about my concerns and my being bumped perpetually down the list. Typical FL Medical systems that can't touch those in MI like Henry Ford Medical. Your Greeter is an IPAD Folks at this place and it's lousy touch sensitivity. read more
